Im so grateful to have found the Physiotherapist Andrew Ahn. He's not just giving you exercices to do, he's also working/relaxing your muscles. Despite my pain, he was able to make me laugh and to make my post surgery more positive and enjoyable. We can feel how passionnate & dedicated he is. He knows what to do. A physio to try, you won't regret!

Very good service on bookin and out with Natelie. Excellent help, treatment and exercise ideas from Paula. One more treatment and following the exercises is expected to resolve my hip and upper thigh pain.

Scheduleed a appointment for dry needling and they just gave me acupuncture and said it's basically the same. Will be going somewhere else for dry needling.

Went here for treatment of issues with my foot. The people are friendly and they do try to help. I had some shockwave therapy applied to my foot and unfortunately it has resulted in horrible pain in my foot ever since. I can’t make it to the mailbox a hundred feet away anymore without pain.

The damage to my tendon has been devastating for me. I spent years working to get this tendon into better shape and it was taken away in one shockwave session. I’m truly at a loss for how badly this has affected me. Please be very careful with any shockwave treatment you seek. This has been one of my worst experiences i have gone through.

I went in there through an accident insurance claim and the intake process has been very smooth, very friendly and welcoming staff!

Enoch is a great Physiotherapist who helped me a lot with my tendonopothy. He is very knowledgeable and a great person to have for a physiotherapist

They did massage for the full 1 hour and very friendly, they don’t like others that will leave you there with music for 15 min. Very satisfied and feel really good about the massage.

I recommend Lois for acupuncture and Andrew Ahn for Physio! I went into the clinic with a sprained back and was walking hunched over and after 1 visit I was 90% better! They are absolutely amazing!

I attended 6 weeks of group post-hip replacement physio offered by AHS at Market Mall Physio. It was an excellent experience and very helpful in aiding my recovery. Everyone I dealt with- Andrew, Enoch, Kelly, and others - were terrific instructors and therapists. The format of the sessions worked very well: group exercise followed by one’s personal regimen, provided by the therapists, with personal consultation interspersed, I highly recommend these classes and Market Mall Physio for me was a perfect place to do them!

Really nice service, from the front desk to all the specialists. Smiles on faces, and everybody is welcoming respectful. My physio, Paula, is fantastic. She saved me with a double elbow tendinitis, and know I see her many times a year to prevent injuries. And it working awesome. I also saw an acupuncturist (Lois), a chiro (Madi) and another physio (Agnes). They were extremelly nice an knowlegeable. I was recommended, and recommended, and recommend this place.

Agnes Lee (Pelvic Floor Specialist) is honestly the best health/para-health professional I have ever had in my life and I have had some really incredible doctors and specialists in my time - her bedside manner is spectacular and she is just so easy to work with. For something like pelvic floor therapy that means a LOT.

Agnes helped me with longstanding pelvic floor issues using techniques I felt comfortable with and was able to implement easily at home. She is very friendly, understanding, and incredibly knowledgeable. The staff was always wonderful. Thank you Market Mall Physio!

This clinic is very thorough and welcoming. The group physio sessions have been helpful in my recovery from knee replacement surgeries. I also attend personal sessions with Kelsey who is an excellent physio with a lot of expertise and knowledge. She works cooperatively with her clients in order to help them to achieve their goals.

Andrew is helping me with my knee replacement recovery. He is an incredible physiotherapist and I am so happy I was teamed up with him. I have no doubt that with his help I will be walking my dogs by spring!

Office is clean, welcoming and the staff is really attentive. The facility seems to have everything that would be needed in a physio/chiro appt AND it was super convenient to be able to book a massage right before a chiro appt. So far, the business has everything I'll need. Happy staff!

I had an injured knee in early December which caused me to have pain when I even walk and bend my right leg. Luckily, Andrew Ahn worked on the weekend and had one opening so I took it. He spent the time to understand my situation and diagnosed my injured. Fortunately it was from overuse and not from a tear. He did some deep tissue work on the area as well as surrounding tissues as the calf, legs and glutes are all connected. He provided some exercises to strengthen the surrounding area as well as some stretches to improve my mobility. He used the PhysiApp to show my exercises, which is great as it have videos of everything he showed me (I tend to forget after I leave the office). Andrew was not there to maximize the number of times I return to see him. Instead, he said I should do my exercises and wish to see me in a week and hopefully progress to every 2 weeks with the focus on me doing my rehab. I also saw Dr. Rogers, who is a Chiropractor, who worked on my hips and my injury. She did some amazing cracking of my leg and with Andrew's support, got my knee back into a much better place now, which is 4 weeks later. With initial pains, mobility limitations and prognosis of 6 to 8 weeks to recover, I am extremely happy to be where I am right now. Thank you Andrew and Dr. Rogers

Kendy is fantastic! I came ain barely able to move my neck and she fixed me up with an interesting treatment and beyond that gave me simple exercises that gave me back my mobility. Go see Kendy, she will take great care of you. Thanks Kendy!

I went to see Agnes Lee for physio after having a baby. She is wonderful! In just a few short weeks she helped me heal my diastasis recti, taught me how to break up scar tissue around my c-section scar and fixed a host of post-baby problems. She is an advocate for women's health and fun to work with. If you have had a baby, go see Agnes ASAP! Don't wait-the sooner you get to her, the more she can help.

I found this practice by convenience of location and an opening for Vestibular PT. I was lucky to be seen by Enoch and he was great with his assessment and worry from his findings that sent me to the ER with a very thorough report that was praised by the ER doctor that saw me. Then he follow up two days later to see how I was doing and continue to share his thoughts after I sent him the ER report. Even though it couldn’t be fixed through PT. Kudos to Enoch!

Great experience. Always on time and very knowledgeable. Physio Therapist - Enoch listens to my concerns, explains what problem is, demonstrates exercises and then closely supervises as I do exercises. A handout with pictures of exercises specifically for me are given to me at end of session to work on at home. Thank you Enoch!

I had such great experience with Kelsey (physiotherapist) in Market Mall Physiotherapy. I went there for my neck issue. She helped me to reduce the pain and taught me how to manage it. I am now pain free and hitting the gym.

Agnes Lee is fantastic physiotherapist, at first I was very nervous about going but Agnes is very professional and made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. I was able to see improvement in my pain levels which is awesome.

If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would! Had pain in my wrist and pain in my back and Enoch got both of them back to completely normal within just a few sessions. It was amazing because as soon as I started doing the exercises Enoch showed me, I felt better within a few days. Enoch is very personable and makes his patients feel comfortable especially when they are very nervous. Also had dry needling done and I was very nervous but Enoch helped put my mind at ease and it was a very easy procedure. Front desk staff are also super friendly/helpful in person and on the phone. I have been going to Market Mall Physio to see Agnes for about 3-4 months and she is fantastic! Highly recommend her if you need a pelvic floor physiotherapist! I had a great experience at Market Mall physiotherapy. The clinic is very clean and the front staff was welcoming and fast at checking me in. My treatment with Kelsey was wonderful! She really took her time to understand my neck pain and during the actual treatment she was thorough and always made sure I was comfortable. After the treatment I left feeling great, my neck definitely felt much more relaxed and I got some great stretching exercises from Kelsey as well. Overall, fantastic experience!

Lois Garton is truly exceptional at both physiotherapy and acupuncture. I came to see her several years ago for back pain which she has helped me tremendously with, but I’ve continued seeing her for stress management, insomnia, hormonal balance, prenatal and postnatal care. She has a very good instinct and knowledge when assisting her patients. Many times I have come in with one concern and she has brought up different symptoms to me that I hadn’t even noticed. I love that I’m able to see improvements in my well being as I walk out of the clinic. I could not recommend her more. Her friendliness and kindness goes a long way as well. Great professional and personal care!

I've been coming here to see Paula for a few years now to treat various sports related ailments. Booking appointments was simple and with so many time slots available, finding a time that suits by busy schedule was easy. Every visit has been positive. Paula's sports background makes it easy for me to explain how my injuries occurred and the in-clinic treatments she performs and at-home exercies she prescribes allows me to get back at my sport quicker.

At the beginning I couldn't even move my arm and was in constant pain, they have done amazing work with me and my arm is stronger than it has been in years. Thanks guys!

Now a couple of years later, I am seeing Enoch for my knee. He has in 3 weeks gotten me doing squats - I have never been able to do a proper squat! WOW. Thanks a lot!

Having been a patient of Lois Garton’s for over 14 years I am pleased to say I am always treated with great care and respect. That also goes for all at the front desk (but I want to say I really miss Beth). Over the years Lois has treated me with a combination of Physio and acupuncture and I have been very satisfied with my care.

The physiotherapist was great. He not only tested where my abilities were post surgery but, he explained what they were looking for and where we would be aiming to reach for. He went over and created a plan of action and had me participate in setting some goals for what was important for me to achieve. Also, I was given some new ‘homework’ exercises to work on to improve my range.

Very kind and knowledgeable staff. Andrew is a great coach, and gave me the confidence I needed in order to test the endurance of my shoulder.

Today I enjoyed an acupuncture therapy session with one of Calgary's finest. Lois treated me with a questionnaire following a visual stance flexibility assessment. Being in a relaxed atmosphere of professionalism of acupuncture treatment, i found myself falling deeply asleep. Lois looks after you with increasing agility and mobility! Enjoyed pysio today with a warm welcome at front desk, Kelsey physiotherapist and apprentice Aj, took excellent care of me with a questionnaire, addressing area of treatment, range of motion, excellent exercises with paper handouts to work on at home.followed by a heating pad and treatment gave amazing results of flexibility, increased range of motion.

I was looking for a physiotherapist to help me with my knee after it had been swollen and making clicking sounds whenever I moved my legs for about 2 weeks. I like Market Mall Physio because it is close to my home (but not the closest one) and it is very professional. I like how its website is designed, it provides information about each therapist's background and experience. It makes me feel better when I know who is treating me. I also like that the website allows me to book appointments online, so I can easily find a time that would fit my schedule the best. I even saw my previous appointment history with Sam years ago. I remember bringing my youngest child with me to my appointments back then, she was so happy to be there as she was treated like a princess:). This time, I picked Andrew to help me because his available time fits my schedule the best. Though Andrew is young, he is knowledgeable, kind, patient and gentle. He is not afraid to try new treatments on me. He was willing to spend the time to explain how the knee's mechanism works, and how the exercise he gave me would benefit my knee, etc. So I have learnt something that's not only temporarily helpful to my knee but helpful in the long run. After only about 2 weeks of 6 treatments, I felt my knee was completely back to normal, and in fact, better and stronger than before. Thank you, Andrew!
