I visited Dr Phan to renew my glasses. All team members in clinic were very nice, helpful, and patient to answer my all questions. Dr Phan is very knowledgeable, expert in her profession, caring, and patient to explain thoroughly all my questions. Not only she prescribed a new eye glasses, but based on a family history she also monitored my eyes carefully for glaucoma, macula degenration, hypertensive retinopathy and all other possible eye problems and she diagnosed my vision problem in early stages; she referred me ontime to an ophthalmologist for next steps. I really appreciated Dr Phan and her all team members in Market Mall Eye Clinic for their efforts and excellent job. She is a brilliant optometrist and I definitely recommend Dr Phan and Market Mall Eye Clinic.

This was the first time I saw Dr. Barua. I had some serious eye issues in the past two years. She had reviewed my case before I came in and knew all about what had happened before and knew what she needed to look for in my eye, to ensure it had healed properly. Dr Barua has a positive and soothing approach and she set me at ease. She explained the results of my previous eye issues and how they affect my sight now. I've seen 2 optometrists after my eye issues occurred, prior to seeing Dr. Barua, and they did not explain these things to me. It meant a lot to me to know what is really going on in my eyes. I'm glad she has joined Market Mall Eye Clinic!

Staff were welcoming and friendly. 4 people at front desk. My son had prescreening test and one of the ladies gave clear instruction and effective communication for an autistic child. She was patient. Dr. Ong took us for eye exam right before we were about to be seated. Eye exam did not take long. Service was quick, professional and efficient. It was a great experience for my son and he had a good time.

All staff were friendly and helpful. The glass frames were amazing and hard to choose. I chose a pair of frames that were very comfy. I had someone with helping me choose. The whole process was quick! I walked away knowing this place was for me and I would be returning. Thanks for the friendly, professional, helpful staff!

Debbie had a serious eye injury - stabbed by a tree branch! Dr Phan’s care and attention to her with this injury reassured both her and me - taking photos of the eye and sharing the information with us both was so helpful. Her instructions and guidance for the care was precise and showed with the follow up visit to check on the progress. We both appreciated her care and attention at this scary time. Dr. Chaudhry is wonderful to visit, making each and every appointment worth your time while creating a comfortable atmosphere to be assessed. She was very thorough in her approach, providing detailed explanations and using simple language helping me understand what was being shown on my scans, what tests were being done and why they were being performed. I was seen by Dr. Buzea for a check up to renew my prescription. He was very friendly and not only updated my prescription but also looked into other eye health concerns and scheduled an important follow-up to ensure that my eye health was monitored. My trip to the optometrist was very pleasant. Doctor buzea was very thorough, he answered all my questions and put my mind at ease now I understand why I was having trouble with my vision I would recommend anyone to go to this clinic.

We had our 12-yr old son's eye exam and found out that his near vison has been deteriorating. Our first thought was that he would need to get eye glasses, which we weren't too happy with. However, our doctor, Andy Nguyen explained that there is another option available which is one of the latest technologies in myopia control - Orthokeratology Lenses. They are contact lenses that only have to be worn at night and taken off in the morning. This was a great option because our son will get the freedom from having to wear glasses or contacts during the day.

We got thorough explanations and demonstrations on how to put the lenses. We had a follow up appointment on the very next day and to our surprise, the vision of the affected eye had improved dramatically (20/20). Since then, we have had a series of follow-ups within few months and everything has been going great!

We are very happy with the service provided by Dr. Andy Nguyen and the team. They have been very friendly and spent so much time explaining, demonstrating and answering all of our questions. We are surprised by the number of modern vision tests and professional hours included in the package.

Dr. Nhi Phan was very accommodating and helpful with Ortho-K lenses for my daughter. We saw her regularly and the contacts really worked well to correct her vision. She was there if we had any questions and we really appreciated that.

I been seeing Dr. Nhi Phan since last year. I experienced severe dryness of my both eyes. Dr. Nhi Phan explained IRPL treatment for my both eyes. On my first session I already feel the difference and on the second to the last session its amazingly progressing the severe dryness of my both eyes. I started going to this eye clinic a couple years ago, it was there I was introduced to scleral lenses. The idea of contacts was new to me so I was unsure at first, but after I tried them on my nerves settled. The sclerals didn't irritate my eyes and they were not difficult to insert. Taking them out was not a problem either. I find my vision significantly improves when the sclerals are in, I don't have to squint my eyes to see anymore. My optometrist, Dr. Nhi Phan was the person who introduced to sclerals. She was extremely patient with me and made me feel comfortable every time I was in her office. She helped me every step of the way and explained anything I didn't understand or was unsure about. My hope is that more people try out scleral lenses and see how it works for them.

From start to finish, Market Mall Eye Clinic has been first class. Dr Phan and the front end staff provide an amazing experience as soon as you walk into their office. You get greeted with a friendly smile, warm greeting and great conversation.
Dr Phan has given me confidence in my eyesight again by providing me with near 20/20 vision after going through the scleral lens fitting process. I have worn soft lenses and RGP lenses previously and neither of them stack up to the scleral lenses. These are life changing.
I commend Dr Phan on her knowledge, top of the line equipment, and the amount of time she spends with her patients finding the best possible fit. This speaks to her genuine willingness to care for her patients.
I would recommend this office for any optometry need, but more specifically if you are wearing contact lenses and are looking for the best vision possible, go for the scleral lenses. They will change your life like they have changed mine.

We had wonderful experience with Dr. Sherene in a recent Sunday visit when I brought my son to this clinic for the first time for an eye exam. Dr. Sherene is incredibly knowledgeable and caring. She answered every question I have during the eye exam and explained the possible causes of the problems with my son's eyes and recommended ways for correction. I am so grateful that we came to this clinic for eye care.

My daughter comes to the Eye Clinic and sees Dr Theo. She is usually a little nervous walking in (5yrs) but once Dr Theo engages with her it eases her and they're best buddies. I feel he's thorough and to the point. Very refreshing. Fantastic place.

The staff was also great. Regarding COVID 19 I felt very safe inside their office with all the sanitizing practices and social distance.

I've been going to the Market Mall Eye Clinic for many years now and they provide great service and assistance with everything from check ups to new glasses. They are committed to their patients and stopping the prescription of their patients from rising. Currently I am through Ortho-K with them and they are providing tremendous support through the stages, considering it was a challenge because of my high prescription. The staff have been supportive through this treatment and continue to be. I would 100% recommend this place for families and anyone else who is looking for support with anything eye related.

I came here to get my eyes checked for the first time in a while and inquire about my chances of getting Lasik. Dr. Nhi Phan was the one who ended up doing my check up and I've got to say she went above and beyond. She was very thorough in her examination and took the time to explain to me everything she was doing and why it was important. She offered me great advice and recommended some eye drops (I-drop pur gel) and ointment (i-difference) that would help me on my journey to getting Lasik done. I will most definitely be coming back and I would 100 percent recommend anyone who needs to have their eyes checked come here and see Dr. Phan.

I've been In a few times, the service has been good, Dr. Buzea has provided sound professional service, Nelly is excellent; professional and friendly. No product was pushed on me, what I did acquire was legitimate, similarly priced on line when I did my homework. Pushing product is unprofessional and tacky as well a huge turn off for me, I'd would not return to a place that did that. I felt none of that.

These guys are the best! So helpful and patience with me and my 8 year old son.we both are new to contact lenses and the helped us both out so much. Highly recommend them!

The receptionist Erin was not nice to customer, I was scare to do the pre exam test and she seem doesn't care, so I take my time.then I waited half an hour for the doctor, another receptionist come and offer me to see a different doctor, I am appreciated her help. If I would need to wait that long, they should let me know!
