Mark's

Well stocked store. With many prominent brands. Also helpful shopping assistants. A bit pricey. But that comes with good brands.

Went to the store to buy a couple pairs of carhart pants. I found my size and picked out 2 pair and a shirt and headed for the cash out.
At cashout was a couple young guys buying boots having a good talk session with other girl. There was also another chunky girl standing at the till also. I waiting for about 10 to 15 min for my turn. Finally when I got up to the cash register to my surprise the chunky girl who is an employee open the other till to help people that had just pulled up behind me. I wonder why she could not have opened for me instead of having me wait for 15 min? The people behind me didn't have to wait 1 min and she opened up the next till.
Starting the think buy from Amazon is not a bad thing.

Smaller store then most others but staff is friendly and helpful. Prices are in range and competitive. I like this store.

Not a single staff offered help, never once offered to see if we needed anything.
Oh well, they never see my Shdow.

This is the best place for laborers to find the best gear with the best selection. My advice is to shop for sales and you will find a deal

A good place to buy necessary and stylish, excellent quality merchandise. A little pricey but worth the money spent.

Great for workwear, everything from coverals to boots, gloves, hard hats. Both men's and women's fashion items.

They used to be wonderful. I don't know what happened, but they have gone completely downhill! I lost a glove I purchased there some years ago and returned to buy some new ones.nothing but garbage on the isles, all made in China; great copies but no substance. I'm done with them! Of all they had to offer, (and I purchased a lot in the past), the quality has diminished significantly. Service is poor as well. You loose, I'll shop somewhere else.if it means on line. Something I don't want to do, but that's what's left.

Excellent experience there! Went there to get new safety shoes. They have an excellent selection as well as reasonable prices. The store is also conveniently located for me. Good place to shop!

Just got a new pair of boots here. Awesome staff, just great. Gave me 10 percent off after I explained my new boots had gotten crushed by an accident and the steel toe was messed up. They were very helpful and straight forward. Good place!

No staff to unlock dressing rooms. I hate waiting and trying to find staff just to try items on. Not very pleased!

Helpful staff, good selection of work gear. The staff will call other stores for you to find the boot you are looking for if it is not in their store.

Stopped in to buy work boots. Picked up some Timberlines. Bought some sandles too. 25 percent off sale. I always get what I need at this location. Helpful staff and an organized store.

Always nice to shop at Mark's was looking at face masks and got one and I do like it but was hoping for the fun designs that the brand Wel-max has for youths but for adults

Mark's is a great place to shop, quality clothes and returns are never a problem. Great customer service!

My wife came here for her to pick up some clothes and have them embroidered for work. The staff were really patient and helpful as it was our first time doing so. This is one of our favorite Marks locations!

Great location. Wasn't busy. Appear to be following all covid protocols. The staff that work there provided great assistance. I needed to exchange a previous purchase. They we quick and efficient. I was able to complete the exchange within a matter of minutes. Seems to always be a positive experience here.

Actually it was great service. Usually I can't get anyone to help but here the attendant got me a tape so I could measure my brothers waist. When I told her what I needed, she began searching and finding what I was looking for. I haven't had service like that in a long time. I should have mentioned it to her manager and will do so when I go back. Very impressed

They have new terminals with touch screens that face the customer so everything is clear.less deals but all the basics.great deals on shoes.and how awesome are beaver socks and lightning undies?

Sept 27th, 3: 15pm. Understaffed. Line of people waiting to get into the change rooms. She said they have the one side blocked off so it's not her fault. Then don't you think you should be extra aware of that and make sure you check periodically? We were also in line for awhile. There were only 3 people. Manager (or atleast what looked like the manager) saw the girl at checkout was doing a long exchange, finally came over, helped one person, then left. She could have helped us (as were were the last people in line), but instead went back to the floor to do inventory. I have worked in retail and would never do that to a customer. All my regular duties get put on hold, customer is always first.

They have a lot of really nice winter clothing and they always have good hoodies and work clothes

Was in store for boots (hiker). No service at all. Employees were around, at least one. I had to request help. Wont affect my patronage to Marks but probally not that location again.

Store was clean and staff were friendly. Kind of lame I couldn't use the change room but that's the nature of Covid and completely not their fault.

Today is August 30,2020 at around 17: 59 and my own experienced is ungrateful I tried to buy a scrubs and it says buy one and get the 50 percent off on the second one on the clearance label. It doesn't`t make any sense because the one that are labeled clearance is isn't my size like what will I`m gonna do with 2XL or up size knowing my size is S-M. I am not gonna spend my money with that! One staff said try other Marks store, seriously I did a day ago and its buy 5 and get one for free. That`s a good sweet amazing deal.but getting the second one on the clearance labeled and isn't not comfortable to wear for work wise. NO WAY!

Their selection of work clothes has shrunk over the years as they've moved into more general public clothing. It's harder to find sizes that fit a bigger male.

When will they be open again? Many restrictions are being lifted. Farmers markets are open, flea markets are open. I need steel toe boots and I have a boot allowance voucher from work.

The manager of the store, Shaun, was great! From the beginning, he was very helpful and resourceful with my return request of a damaged product. He deserves a raise. Thank you, Shaun.

Asked for slippers from the add, was told I dont know. Didnt care if I got help. She said go look.

I find Mark's has decent qualify items and is well organised but often low in stock and overpriced.

Poor salesmanship. Please show prices at least, not fun to ask sales people that act as if you are disturbing them.

The service here is terrible. The inventory is way off and they wasted so much of our time “looking at the back”.

Fist time at this location & gotta say I was impressed with how big it was & the massive selection, very helpful staff.

Good quality and sales but have 3x more options of mens clothing and similar items are more expensive for women

I highly recommend Mark's for any shoes, or insoles. Their SOLE insoles are well worth the money. Plenty lighting, friendly helpful staff.

Pretty decent sale on. Most things are buy one get one 50%. Associate did a great job helping me find a fit on jeans. Happy customer for sure.

I love Mark's because they're one of the few places an adult lady that isn't stick-thin can buy stylish pants, shorts, etc that fit. For that alone, I will be eternally grateful for Mark's. They also often have a decent selection of shoes. I find the prices to be pretty average, good if you can get a sale item. The staff are pretty good too.

Service wasn't great tried to find someone to help us about sizing, I find Mark's expensive hence maybe why the store was not busy

I've shopped Mark's for a long time. Their work clothes, and boots have always be pretty good quality.
In recent years the level of customer service has dropped and their boot warranty is not nearly as good as it was before.

Love this store, amazing staff. Went there today and the Manager Raj was amazing, friendly and polite. There use to be a saying, 'THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT'. Marks still makes that feel true. I dont know what they teach Management at Marks but makes me want to work there and be part of an amazing team. I will forever be a loyal customer:) Keep up the good work Marks

Also went there a week ago and met Jackson the manager very positive and helpful. This store is amazing and best customer service skills hands down:)

Their selection of women's clothing used to be for women who actually work in labour industries now it's terrible. Why can I only find appropriately sized work gloves in pink? I have a hard enough time fitting in at work, I don't need a shiny pink beacon drawing more attention to me. Brands like Carhartt make women's sizes, why not stock them?
