The store Manager, Gary, is great. He's an incredible "boss" that pulls his weight. I'm sure that his management skills contribute to the positive team environment.

With customer service becoming a thing of the past, this location is a stand out in maintaining appreciation of their clientele.

A smaller Mark’s location so it won’t have as much as bigger locations. Yet I was still able to find what I was looking for. Friendly staff showed me around and found my item quickly. I would come here again before checking out other stores.

Store was tidy and clean. However having a 14 yr old secret shopper following my kids and I was so enraging! Never stole a thing in my life and certinaly didnt need that! Will not be back

Polite cashier, needed work gloves 2 for $30 look like good gloves fit perfect, last visit bought a good wallet.

I love Marks, my go to for so many items for me and my family. BUT why can’t women’s pants have pockets? If you find casual dress pants with pockets for women they are teeny. This location is great and has less crowding than some locations and that’s a bonus for me.

It sort of kills me to give marks as a company for stars… Because the reason I was there was to buy myself work pants. Apparently marks as a company doesn’t feel like stocking all of their stores with women’s work wear. I guess we must not be skilled workers or trades people. However, the man who helped me, and called other stores to find what I needed, was wonderful. The company needs to empower this man because he will sell to women for sure! Get this man a woman’s section!

Bought nursing scrubs, lots of choices. A bit pricey but good quality. The store is clean and friendly staff

The sales guy who worked in the boot aisle was rude asked 20 questions as soon as we walked in we tried to explain what we were looking for but he just responded "over there". When i asked a question about a certain style I required his response " what you see is what we have" and went in the back. I would have been open to some suggestion if he had bothered to offer any. I was ready for leaving and ran in to another sales assistant who I explained about his rudeness and lack of help, she apologized for his behaviour and offered to help we explained what we were looking for and she found it right away and we left the store satisfied.thank you to her for coming to the rescue.

Amazing customer service. Was greeted when we walked in, allowed to bring our dogs and helped thoughout our shop. The staff member on shift was fantastic and helped with sizing due to covid related fitting room closures.

Makes is one of the places where I shop most at. Great clothing that can last at a reasonable price. Always great specials going on and super friendly and helpful staff.

Horrendous customer service. I asked an employee to check the back for an item, and they left and never returned. Very few customers present, and the staff on the floor stood around chatting amongst themselves while I waited. My time wasted, I left without making a purchase. Disappointed, and would not recommend.

Friendly staff, good selection, reasonable prices. What's not to like about Mark's? Lots of locations so they are convenient in most cities. Sort of specialize in clothes for the casual and work worlds. My go-to now that Sears is no more.

UPDATED review: AMAZING difference in service. I loved it! I was greeted immediately and asked if I needed assistance a few times. Store is well organized and easy to move around in. Rating going from a 2 star to 5, and they get extra love because they made the changes so desperately needed. (Previous review; “Customer service is pretty bad, racks are way over crowed”. Denied the return of a pair of boots by subtly implying I was lying about how long I had them. Why have a manufacturer guarantee policy if you won't honor it? Told me to go to Caterpillar.it is a manufacturer defect, why can't you deal with the manufacturer.

Great selection with friendly staff and good deals. I bought some new boots at this location and the staff member who helped me with very helpful in setting me up with the right pair.

I went in looking for something specific. The staff helped me find exactly what I needed. The manager helped me and he had lots of knowledge on their stock. I was very pleased with my experience. I will definitely go back

Marks Work Wearhouse is great for finding a wide selection of work attire for those who work in construction, hospitality or healthcare. They have an amazing selection of scrubs crafted from a wide variety of materials. Often Marks sends out flyers with coupons and promotional money back savings that are worth keeping an eye out for.

Nice store with nice clothes. The store is very well organised and staff are helpful and friendly. Too bad there's no entrance through the mall itself, though. Prices are fair.

One of the worst customer services I have ever had. The staff and espicially the cashiers at the NorthHill mall are very rude. I had a question about a product and the cashier left his their till area to turn around to the flyer and were yelling at me while talking about the sale deal. I will never ever visit any Mark's store because of my experience I had. And will tell family and friends to never shop at a place like this.
