Placed an online order and never received a email to pick it up at the store. When I went in the manager said the jacket had been returned and I would get a refund in 7 days. It's now been well over 2 weeks and I haven't gotten my refund. Thanks for stealing my money

Staff was very helpful. Had to get work safety shoes and gear for the winter. The staff member whose name I forgot knew what they were talking about and he helped me pick out right shoes and coveralls I needed. Thanks for the help and good service

Tried to buy new boots, pants and a work coat. No help provided at all. Got fed up waiting and left. I won't be back. To bad half a star isn't available as a rating

I bought a pair of work shoes online and have it shipped to home, however, the shoes were too big. I brought them back in-store for an exchange, the staffs were very nice and helpful in guiding me to re-select the proper size.

Great place ladies thier were very helpful way better than white oaks store. Margaret was amazing took her time very helpful.

Staff were nice but their clothes selection was not as good as other locations. Could not find many pants with 34" length. Had to buy 32" lenght flood pants

Under staff needed help but only had one worker and she couldn't help me due to being on cash I don't blame her but they should have more then one person working that's to much for one person

Awful experience. Staff didn't know what they were doing, took forever to do anything. No apologies for the long wait, wouldnt waste your time with this location.

Very good store. Looked online first to make sure my products were actually available. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had more stock than stated online. Very knowledgeable staff that could help me in finding the right boots for me. I felt very well advised at this Mark‘s location. If you have any questions they will be answered professionally.

It’s 2022 get women’s work pants!

The women’s side of the store only seems to have scrubs and active wear. Professions aren’t gendered anymore catch up.

Great selection of boots and also stylish and comfortable shoes csa composite toe and souls. Prices very reasonable. Accept online vouchers for you're supports centers to help with safety gear. Large selection of apparel, from head to toe.

Great customer service! They have a lot of selection for work gear. Found the safety glasses i wanted and a nice sweater to keep warm. Also had the gloves i wanted. Nice clean establishment.

Immature people work there. Don't even know what time they open. I need to plan routes anywhere I go so it's important for me to know what time a place opens so I'm not sitting waiting for an hour. I have mobility issues.
Plus I politely asked if they had any orange t-shirts. She didn't know, she didn't look, she has no idea what it means to provide good customer service. They shouldn't hire young ladies based on their looks and how well they work outside of the workplace. If I went in to their store waving a 50 dollar bill they'd be snapping at it like piranhas being teased with a cows leg. Humbug marks. Humbug

BEWARE- I had purchased 2 Pairs of Jeans from Westmount Marks in Edmonton, Ab through in store online purchase on 2021/04/16. They gave me the marks card which I was told it was for online sales, it would act as a receipt and to track the online order or in case of return. I had made this purchase in store with my debt card. Now on 2021/04/21, I was told by the desk lady at the front of the store that the purchase could be only returned onto a marks card. The lady told me it was impossible to put the money back on my debt card, then they had taken the card they had give me the day I had bought the Jeans. They Scanned it to place the return money back onto their Marks card. I had questioned why they could not return my money to the debt card as you would at any store unless they tell you that if returned, they could only give you in store credit. As a consumer you might not follow through with the online in store order because you might find the jeans are not a good fit. I felt the interaction was not dealt with good customer service, so I called the corporate customer service number to ask about their policies, I told them word for word what happened. They informed me that the store had not followed the policy and to call back if they still didn’t follow through with the transaction. I entered the store this time and asked for the manager as told by the lady I had phoned on the marks phone number. The lady again seemed as I was in the wrong, she did call the manager this time, hesitant at first. The manager seemed more willing to make the return, but she took a little more time to figure out the return. She told me she would cash back the Marks card and return the money back to my debt. I heard them discuss behind the counter because I mentioned corporate customer service number and I got the impression they were not impressed that I had gone this extra step after the service. I heard them discussing between each other as to blaming the marks computer system. They said there was no option as a return to the Debt… I found this funny. They did not seem too impressed by this point, but your money is your money. As I left, they didn’t not say goodbye, just that awkward walk. Anyways, either their system is flawed, or they are not trained very well. It could also be store policy. Either way, thought this might be a good insight to whether you order an item instore online for the West Mount location from instore online purchase. The employees should have a little more integrity and respect for the customers.

Highly recommend Mark's for a great selection of safety gear and everyday clothing. Fantastic friendly staff!

Shout out to the 2 workers who held the store opened last night.

I was on my way to edmonton from Fort McMurray for a test I had the following morning and around 2 thirds of the way I realized that I had forgotten my workboots at home and it was critical to have a pair for my test.
I knew I wouldn't be in town until 9 so I called ahead of time, told the woman what boots would work, and the young lady working the till had 3 pairs of boots to choose from at the counter waiting for me when I arrived at 8: 57ish.
I then asked if I could take a minute to be sure of my purchase and the young man insured me that I could take my time and was helpful with pointing me in the right direction.

Their combined service was fantastic and I really appreciated their support in getting me what I needed!

It's a handy location, selection is alright but unless you have a company discount card or number, prices are high.
I bought identical hard hat at 111 st Super flea for 50 bucks cheaper - truth!

Had what I needed on clearance so it was very economical. Otherwise I consider them usually slightly above average when it comes to price.

U can buy any type safety shoes fire proof jackets work glasses safety hats lining pants for men and womens official clothes and regular shirts t-shirts safety jackets

Grabbed a coat off a rack labelled " clearance 49.98 and under " and it scanned in at $68.98. The associate, who was stellar despite the outcome, rang management and was told that they would not honor signage on the rack. Respect the quote or take down the sign, not good business

Had the perfect pair of snowflake rated shoes that I was looking for! The guy who helped me pick them out was super friendly and cute with his curly hair!: p

If you're looking for women's work wear (Carhartt, etc) don't bother going here. They don't carry any at all.

I'm told it's because"they're too small of a store" to accommodate one tiny rack of women's gear like the other locations typically do. Meanwhile, the Mark's in Canmore is about 1/8 the size but carries women's stuff?

Totally unacceptable.

I went in for work boots and was greeted by an associate. He came over and offered me assistance and was very knowledgeable and helpful. They didn't have my size of boots but he checked other stores and had them transferred for me. The store was neat, clean and organized. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Found my steel toe boots I needed. Service was good. Came by every few min to see if I need anything.

Smaller than the other locations, so doesn't have everything you see online. However I am here quite often and they always have what I need. Constant sales, friendly staff.

Definitely not a cheap place to shop but if you're looking for quality here's where you'll find it
