I was just trying to buy a $10 pair or sandals.not get drilled for 5 minutes. Sorry but there are a lot of other places I can go to where I don't have to answer all these questions and can just pay for the goods.

They always stand behind their products, are super helpful, and the prices are lower than you might expect.

This store Always have a good deals, sometimes do not have the size that you want but the staff is friendly and can help you to find what you looking at in the store in downtown. Parking lot is available and quality of products are very good.

It's great.unfortunately it's easy for me to find things I like, but can never find my size.they can bring it in fairly quickly

Customer service was great. Greeted upon entry to the store, sales representatives gave max effort. Combined with courtesy and politeness, this outlet got my vote.

First off, these five stars are for the staff here at the store only. That includes, Brendan, Destiny, Audra, and Eve. If these four were not as helpful and courteous as they were, we would have never been able to get our order in time. The store's POS system is a nightmare. No way to print receipts from an online order, no easy way to process a refund. Let's just say that Mark's has made it extremely difficult for these guys to be able to serve their customers the way they should be able to. These guys were so patient, apologetic, and courteous with us the whole time. They spent so much time dealing with our issues and resolved them with a smile. Our order was large and it was on a corporate card so we definitely needed a certain criteria to be met for us to be able to expense it to our company. I can't thank Brendan, Destiny, Audra, and Eve enough for how professionally they handled our particular situation. Thanks again you guys! And we're sorry for taking so much of your valuable time. We will be back ONLY because of you four!
