Made online purchase and after waiting over 2 weeks for it be filled, I just cancelled it. Apparently the order was overwhelming for the staff at this location. I submitted a review to the head office and it was rejected since it wasn't positive.
I like Mark’s. Unfortunately some of the stores are not well kept and kind of cluttered. Not this store. Must be managed well. Tidy well stocked and the help is awesome. Jae-Lynn was very helpful.
Mark 's has always been the main stay for Canadians and there outerwear. From sunglass and mitts to jackets and boots. You will find everything for your winter and work wear. They were super fast on the tills when I was there for Christmas shopping. The only problem is the que as it would go up isles that you wanted stuff from. Its fixable they just need the time to do it. All in all its one of my favorite placed for clothes and work where.
Returned a pair of boots. Great service, didn't have my receipt but they worked with with me and walked out with a new pair of boots and money in my pocket.
Staff was too busy on their cell phone to acknowledge me, or help me buy my work gear. I left without buying anything and ordered my work gear online and saved quite a bit compared to this store.
Flew into GP for work and WestJet forgot to load the luggage of everyone on the plane. I needed clothes so I could work the next day. Rick was very helpful and I was super impressed with his product knowledge. He knew all the ins and out of Carhart fabrics, and got me setup with some stuff on sale. Really appreciate it Rick!
The store is great but marks as a whole is very overpriced. There casual clothes are fairly priced but their work clothes are highly over priced when. Compared to other companies in the area. One being across the street from the mall. Staff is great clean store but poor market awareness.
Good and decent work wear here I tell ya! Durable stuff. But none of it made in Canada/USA/Mexico. I would really like to buy North American made goods. From raw product to finish product 100% North American made. Please make this happen
Staff are wonderfull. It's now fully Canadian Tire run, this means dollar store items sold at high end prices. Everything is tested to fail long before your ready to replace it. I can't afford to shop in other counties for the better items. Canada's population is to small for great competition battles.
This store is over filled. As much as I appreciated finding the excellent warm winter boots, that I purchased. I couldn't try sizes on without moving out of other shoppers' way. TOO MUCH STUFF EVERY WHERE!
Love the service and products, I got a pair of haley Hansen work boots that are perfect for the cold weather and deep waters that came with it. And reasonably priced too no need to break the bank.
This store continually overstocks the small area that they have. You can't move in the store, let along slide a hanger aside to see the full item. Ie 100 shirts on a bar that should have 25 shirts. It's always super messy with clothes all over because there's no room to hang them back up. It's been like this for years though.
They used to warranty thier shoes I had a pair less than a month old but was told becuase they were actually worn imagine that! They would warranty them I will not shop here for work shoes / boots anymore!
The manager at the mall location is awful to deal with. Unprofessional and generally all round unpleasant woman to attempt to speak with. I’d give no stars if I could based on my experience at this location in the prairie mall.
