There was a sign above the clearance rack that said the carhartt scrubs on that rack were 20% off then when I got to the till they proceeded to tell me it was only for the ones with the yellow tag but none of them had a yellow tag #falseadvertising

Staff has really rude attitude, seems like more racist, when i entered the store the look on sales person, and all i wanted to get work boots, all i asked was i am looking 6-8 inches high boots, she looked at me like i was wasting her time. I dont like to write reviews like this but i hope i never buy stuff from this location, i would rather choose store in prairie mall.

Like their brands but wish when I find something that I like they end up not carrying it with a yr.

Stopped in from out of town to find new work boots. Was very happy to find a size 15 that was comfortable in a very short time of looking

Check products before purchase 3 pairs of boots all torn got my money back on a gift card will probably gift it away

Went the other day with my husband. We grabbed a couple things and when we got to the till the teller was helping another lady with a return. No big deal, didn’t mind waiting as it seemed like it would be quick. It started to take awhile and three other people lined up behind my husband and I while we waited. Well the teller had to call over a shorter larger bodied blonde Lady with glasses and blue shirt to assist her with the return. Then the blonde lady walked away with a line up of 5 people who had been waiting almost ten minutes. She walked away to go unbox socks. So apparently socks are more important then helping customers in a timely manner.

I work customer service too and as a supervisor I’d never walk away to unbox socks while there’s a line up and only one teller. So they do need to work on that here.

I love Marks and their clothing options. This is a nice big store, which is positive. I was quite disappointed with the service though. With COVID19, I understand protocols and policies. We waited outside a aubstantial time to go in due to the small number of customers allowed in, totally fine! When we went in, we sanitized our hands as directed by the staff member, also totally fine! We were told nothing else of any protocols. So when we went in we saw a few customers trying on jackets and hoodies over their shirts. When we did the same, we were met with a very snide response from a staff member (who was not wearing a mask, no staff were) stating that we had to give her everything we have touched. We ended up buying the hoodie we tried on and the staff memeber working the til was less than friendly as well. This is an unusual experience for me in Marks (although I have never been to this one prior) as usually the staff are quite helpful. We are totally fine with whatever protocols you have in place, but make sure you make it clear to the customer when they enter so we can actually be aware.

Alright service by a corporate store’s standards. Never have my size, can’t try anything on. Pretty much a waste of my time to even go there. Yet I can take the clothing home, try it on, then return it? How does that make any sense? Good selection for work casual and hiking, this being the only redeeming quality.

Long line up and only one cashier was at the till. Waited 20 minutes while other employees were wandering around. Several other customers in line were also annoyed.

I had the bugaboo ribs and they were good. Service was great and the food came quickly in the lunch hour!

Great selection. The staff are awesome. The prices are fairly high but the selction of boots clothing and accessories fairly outweigh the cost of driving around if you don't know what your looking for.

Went in with my husband because he wanted to buy some work boots. Cane out with what he needed plus some jeans, long johns and a belt that he needed, too, because the service was excellent and the clerk was able to help him find them easily and - on sale!

Terrible over the phone customer service, employee didnt say the business name upon answering the phone, and hung up shortly after putting me on hold.

Great service, should have stopped here first for my out of season item.would have saved a few stops.

This location is brutal. They have the selection but they don't keep stock of common sizes. They are sold out everytime

Organized space and very friendly staff. Sydney was especially helpfully when I was deciding on which hiking boots to buy. She knew about the products and even checked other stores to see if they had other sizes. I left with a new pair of hiking boots I cannot wait to try out. Thank you Sydney for the outstanding customer service.

This is where I usually get my footwear. Good prices, I like there Steel toe shoe variety and styles. Wish they would get more variety and brands of mens running, and hiking shoes.

The greatest jackets to scrape the earth. Although I don't think shirts should be worth $50. I'll go there if I'm feeling rich. Big baller type beat, you know?

Left my wallet here while husband was shopping. Staff were great about it. I called and didn’t even know what brand my wallet was but upon describing it they were like ‘we got you girl, you have nice hair, I remembered what you look like’. Their prices are fair, have great sales many times I go there.:)
