Not the first time I have shopped here with absolutely no floor staff. I only shop here for WindRiver brand of hiking shoes.
It is getting really annoying to see staff pass by not even acknowledging you. Once I establish another place to buy these hiking shoes I will not be coming back.

Excellent customer service. Very friendly cashiers. Lots of stuff on sale. Extremely recommended to go and shop around. God luck.

FIRST. I Called the store to ask a few questions and when the mumbling lady answered the phone all she said was "hello? " Which was very annoying because I wasn't sure of where I was calling. When I mentioned to her she should probably say where it was that she works, she SNAPPED at me and said she did.when she clearly said it to a "dead line" or not at all. I was there for over an hour looking for pants and the floor walker wouldn't leave me alone but try getting actual service from the staff here.it was impossible even when I finally got someone's attention, he had NO product knowledge and ZERO customer service kills, he looked lost to be honest.though the nice lady at the change rooms was fast friendly and efficient that doesn't make my experience good, just bearable. And another girl on the floor DID have a bit of product knowledge, so that was nice.but why on earth were all the people behind the tills wearing masks, yet nobody on the floor was? That makes no sense. Overall, I will not be returning to this location, it was a terrible experience and I would hope this is read and acknowledged.

They continue to hire great people that are willing to always step up. I've been dealing with this location even before their relocation to the mall. Great work by the management team

Long line up when I was there, staff was very busy. Lots of nice stuff for sale. Kind of pricey.

Terrible service old woman that hates life and takes it out on customers probably be better without her.

Staff is so un helpful and condescending.tricked me into signing up for a credit card I did not want by telling me it was a “rewards card” and didn’t disclose to me once it was a credit card. Called and asked for help and they directed me to my local canadian tire and said they had a bank? The CANADIAN TIRE was helpful MARKS was not. Absolutely aggravated.
