Busy place and some really good deals on outdoor work clothes to keep you nice and warm and staff was very friendly and helpful and sure helps out the pocket book when there is a great sale on

Very Bad experience with Marks online order and store service to deal with the issue. Ordered online they gave me used one and later on requested another pair. They sent the same used pair to my home. Very disappointed with their customer service. Called customer care centre also and they hung up on me twice. Please be careful before buying stuff from their online website and particularly this store. Thanks

Work clothes and shoes mostly, but they have some nice casual clothing, jeans fanel shirts, scrubs, steel toes boots.

Great place to shop for young mens clothing. Awesome bargains just before Christmas, busy, but only a 5 min wait to cash out. Very polite cashiers

I bought work shoes barely 5 months ago and they are already tearing. I went to the store today to report to customer service. Unfortunately the manager was very rude and said she can't help. I do not recommend buying this brand of shoes SKECHERS Work otherwise you will be very dissappointed. Customer service = 0.

I appreciate sales. But one person can completely overhaul the kind customer service in an entire store filled with great employees. That one person or lady's name was Karen (Yes, the name on the receipt was actually Karen). This morning she calmly reprimanded me for going with what's stamped on my receipt and not her word. "All sales final" is what she said she told me. That's totally fine. The stamp says Exchange or Merchandise credit only. She returned them to the sales floor. I'm guessing that if I didn't have half my head shaved due to migranes and headed to a cleaning job, I would've likely been given the chance to speak. I will not be returning there. Regardless of whether or not I was given store credit.

Great customer service. Had a coupon so got a good price. Normally I wouldn't recommend marks because they have inflated prices (especially on their home brand Dakota). But it worked out. Probably not going back jobsite work wear has better everyday prices. But this experience was good, I'm happy with my boots so far (Dakota unlined iron workers). Most marks get a 2 on price. This one gets 2 stars for costumer service and going the extra mile to honor my merrit discount.

The cashier was helpful but the sales person, not so much. I found what I went in for and am happy with my purchase.

Finally found some ladies work tshirt hi vis. Staff so helpful and chatty. Clean and tidy and great sales

Love shopping here for myself and family members, there always seems to be a sale going on for something and most of the staff I've encountered have been awesome

Horrible customer service. 2 managers barely looked at me. Walked right by me while I was standing at the shoe wall for 10 min without anyone saying hello. Didn't get a hello when I walked in.
I had to hunt someone down to ask for a boot.
The kid who helped me was reluctant but since I asked he went and got a boot for me. No additional service from him.
I was going to buy both pairs of footwear I ended up trying on. But in stead I left without anyone even noticing and drove 20 minutes to a different store to buy the exact same boot. I would rather give them my money.

Has a very good collection of winter cloths, shoes, accessories and many more. A variety of brands.
I visited four outlets Chinook, Beaconhill, Airdrie and Crochrane. The best customer service was Crochrane. More products were i Airdrie.

It seemed like some of the staff was more interested in discussing what they were doing other staff than being attentive to customers. Not all the staff was busy talking but enough.

Their clothes are always of good quality, good staff, and all products are placed next to their expected accessories. Such as the shoes and boots being placed next to the polishes and laces.

Always great service. Many items on sale any time you visit. Online orders, returns, order to store and delivery all work seamlessly.

Great service, super friendly staff. Considering many retail store are very understocked due to the lack of demand covid has brought. This Store was fully stocked with a very large range.

Super friendly and helpful staff! I went to get shoes and I found lots of great options for footwear along with some very nice clothing items. Some things I found a bit pricey but with quality comes a bigger price tag. Overall I enjoyed going there to get some nice hiking shoes and will continue to do so in the future.

Employee at the door was explaining the new Covid rules to everyone who entered. Store was very clean. Good selection of items. Very quick and friendly check out.

Five stars to Mark's in Airdrie for exceptional customer service & product. Big thanks goes to Deb who went above and beyond to bring product from another store and was extremely helpful. We don't live in Airdrie but will make an effort to shop there every time we are in town after the excellent treatment we received. Highly recommend. Thank yo Deb!

Was told I could get my money back on boots that leaked. Instead I got an exchange which would be ok except I already bought a replacement pair

Good selection, there's usually a sale going on, helpful people. The only issue I have is sometimes it takes a while to find someone to help you/check you out

Hours not well posted and when sent an email to head office for guidance and information, they brushed me off like a toddler. Only redeeming quality is that when you actually go when they're open, staff is friendly

Staff is always extremely helpful here and it sells some of the most practical yet stylish stuff around. Perfect for construction to a date night. If you are looking for quality clothes this place has it. Or if you are looking for a gift for your significant other you can't go wrong with something from here in my opinion.

Online store is a joke. Says item is available but is not and was not notified. When I called the store was told they have not been able to find it in another store either. No notification at all. Staff at store were not able to assist in anyway. Very willing to charge credit card even though item is clearly not available. Very misleading online sales techniques. Back to Amazon.

Working out of town for my job makes this place my #1stop for most of my work apparel needs! Everything from steel toe boots to hard hats its sold here.
They also sell everyday clothing and outer wear. Sales happen very frequently as well so keep your eyes open.

Products are always quality at Marks. Wife was looling for jeans.everything was mixed up which makes it a chore to find size required. Will be back.

One of the best Marks in terms of inventory, massive. Tell you what, the customer service is dreadful at this location! I was surprised how unwelcoming were the associates at this location. Sounds like they are too far a way from the spirit of the city of Calgary.
