Mark's

I was not impressed by my shopping experience. It took me a few minutes to find a staff member to try on jeans. They then said to go to the change room and someone would be there to open if to me.there was no one there for about 5 min.

After I tried on the jeans I was waiting in line to pay. One cashier helped a customer getting a credit card application. The other did a purchase for another customer. Then when done she looked at me and walked away

I stood there for 3 or 4 min and she was about 30 feet from me loooking at me but never came back to help me. Finally the other cashier radio'd for someone to help me. A new cashier came to help me and the other one just stood in the middle of the store with a blank look on her face

I was so not impressed - I will never return to that store

Great location and selection. Was really crowded, though, it might have just been because of "boxing day" week sales.

Staff seems annoyed if u ask questions
especially if you are trying to find something specific in sizes

They are way under staffed for this busy location, waited for 15 minutes to find someone to assist me finding anti slip shoes and left without getting any help.
