Good selections, but on-line prices for same items are cheaper. Their sales are usually a good deal for quality apparel.

Great selection, and the staff spent considerable time finding exactly what I was looking for.

Very helpful and friendly staff! They had the correct size of work wear in inventory, that I was searching for.

Horrible experience. I'm lady that works in construction and was made to feel silly the entire time for shopping in the "men's" section. The women's section has clothing geared towards everyday wear or nursing attire. What section am I supposed to shop in then? Won't be going back anytime soon

Terrible customer service. Called to see if they had same size boots, as the ones we bought are defective. Was told none in store and wouldn’t be able to order any in unless paid for first… called other marks location and the girl there was 100x more helpful.said they could order them in and do a refund at that time.

Terrible customer service. When I asked for help the lady seemed very annoyed and had nothing to say but direct me and leave. Wouldn’t shop there again.

I was in the store for 45 minutes and not once did any store staff ask if I needed help with anything. I was wandering around the aisles looking at their very wide selection of boots, with a very specific look I needed and no one stopped to ask me if I needed anything nor appeared open to being asked for help. Their boots are very disorganized and it’s near impossible to find the style of boot under the display model. The couple times I actually saw a staff member, they walked up to put a pair of shoes away, not even sure if it was in the right spot, and then walked away again without so much as a glance in any customers direction. I had to take to the internet to research their own boots to see if they had what I was looking for. I left the store disappointed in their service and because they didn’t have the style of boots I was looking for, both on hand and online.

Clean and friendly staff, but no big man sizes in store, only online, so you have to order, wait, and hope it fits, or do it all again.

My husband got some good shoes, and I was able to find work gloves for women that actually fit me. Which is awesome

Marks was good but didnt have to much of a selection of Merrils but found some Columbia's i like. No one ask if i needed help though with my search for shoes.

Was in the store for well over an hour looking for boots, not once was i acknowledged. Its not like it was super busy. There were three associates at the counter

Called the store regarding stock availability this morning and got a VERY helpful lady. Went to the store, chose my purchases and then stood alongside another gentleman at the cash register for 10 minutes while scanning the store looking for someone to take our money. Finally the other gentleman called out loudly asking if anyone worked in the store. A young lady slowly made her way from the rear of the store muttering that she was looking after someone else. The other gentleman was visibly angry and asked if she could have at least spoken up earlier to indicate that she was coming soon. The clerk continued to mutter that she was looking after another customer. The time was 11: 30 am and she appeared to be the ONLY employee in sight while the store had MANY customers shopping throughout the store. Perhaps more visible staff would be in order? !? !

Love marks. Best quality stuff for affordable prices. I always shop marks for work and home apparel

Mark's do have a great selection of outerwear and clothes no question. Was in this particular store the other day looking for a pair of bluejeans. When in the store I went the section with all the jeans. Was there for 20 minutes browsing at different makes and nobody came to see how I was doing. I went to find an employee and 1 at the other end of store, rearranging some clothes on racks. I asked her if they had any pants in my style that I was looking for. She said if they weren't on the shelves then there were none. I said that I didn't mean to waste her time, she then did have a look in 3 piles then said NO they didn't have any. I was not very impressed with what had happened. Have shopped in Mark's many times without any problems.
