Chris is a great guy. He has one of the best customer service. Very helpful and dedicated. We ended buying way more than what we intended to:)

I love shopping at Mark's, it has everything that I want or need for clothing. The selection is great and the prices are fantastic. The staff are always knowledgeable and cheerful. All round great store, two thumbs up.

I liked a shoe and they didn’t have my size but than I asked someone they had told they had the size just in different location so the next day I went and they said they didn’t have it, it was all sold out after I had told them to hold it, I was even ready to pay when I had gone the first time and saw the light pair of shoes made me drive 30 minutes away for no reason very dissatisfied with your service

Dealt with 2 employees and both were amazing! They didnt have the size I needed but called another close store for them to put them on hold. Great friendly staff.

Went into store to look at converse- came out with two pairs- black and pink. I was persuaded by Jade about the pink. They have become my fav's - far more versatile than I thought. Thank you. Service was friendly and helpful.

A little unimpressed with this location. Came in looking for some insoles and saw a few customers needing help with all 4 staff standing at the back of the store chatting
