This lady named Harleen lied about the
price of a bonded fleece hodded shacket that was $79.99 and was clearance for 50% off and she said it was $45.00 but was supposed to be 39.99 and tax is $2 so that would be $42 and she added three dollars extra. I recommend to not go anymore.

I found all my uniform, Scrubs being health Care worker. The staff is very friendly, they helped me a lot, Specially the Punjabi Brother and Labanese Sister. I don’t know their names but nice staff. Thanks at Sunridge Mall

Great customer service. There's always personel around who's willing to give a helping hand.

I visited this store to purchase a product that they advertised on their website as being in stock. I was happily surprised to see that they even had a bigger selection of all kinds of varieties of that particular product to choose from. The biggest bonus was when I asked the clerk if I could return clothing yet as per the big issue with the virus threat. She told me that customers can now return products that don't fit properly. So I asked her if that was the case with underwear garments, and she once again said "Yes".

I am not totally sure if this is true as I didn't see a written copy of the store policy, but if it is, this is a huge plus on the part of Mark's. How else are customers expected to deal with clothing that may not fit properly.

Impressive if this is indeed the case. I will be visiting here often. 5 stars.

Instead of fixing it, she calls the manager, who actually tries to DEFEND a cashier who can't do 3rd grade math.

But it speaks to INTEGRITY.

Found great mark downs. The quality of the clothes and selection brings me time and time again.

Highly recommend because staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I went in to get a pair of work boots, walked out same day. Loved the experience thanks to the professional staff.

Store was clean, and in good order. I had one employee help me find what I needed, she was very friendly and helpful, but when I got up to the cashier the young lady did not acknowledge I was there. When I tried to get her attention she seemed to be bothered by me. I was very friendly and didn't give her any reason to be rude. She was very impatient and snarky with her replies. I believe her name was cassy and after dealing with her I will not be back.

I had never been to Easthills Shopping Centre before. Very large outdoor shopping center and about 4 years old. I loved the Marks there with its style and flair. Very easy to find things and plenty of stock.

I got nice pants for 5 bucks. Hard to be mad. Quality is great, style is casual and comfy!
