“Lexy” who is part of the management team at this location could use some retraining when it comes to customer service skills. We had purchased items on a specific date, thereafter on the following date the sale had ended or been removed. We had travelled across the city because this store had a specific size. We asked Lexy since it had been less than 24 hours of the sale ending if she could honour the sale considering the fact we had already purchased the said item on sale. We then went to another Marks location where they said they would honour the sale if they had our size, considering we had purchased the item and it had been less then 24 hours of the sale ending.
We believe in excellence when it comes to customer service! Why couldn’t “Lexy” have made the same decision as the other store? Unfortunately “Lexy” created a negative experience along with her poor demeanours and lost a customer and a corporate business customer that buys hundreds of uniforms each year from another Marks location.
I have a nice experience there I would love to visit again Staff has a good knowledge of products and they are very friendly too I love their return and exchange policy
Went in the store to buy a pair of ladies winter boots. It was the best Birthday present I could buy! Was $129.99 on sale for $89.99 & I only paid. 50cents Now that's a steal of a deal Thanks to Canadian Tire
Not a bad store, they usually have a sale on something there so you may find what you need at a discounted price. No pushy sales people and a quiet atmosphere.
Never fails. I come in looking for work boots. Service is terrible. I can spend money anywhere, those that provide service will get my business. I will wave bye on the way out.
Terrible customer service. Come here all the time and think I’ve been greeted maybe once. Never anyone at the registers, having to stand in line for 10-15 mins before someone comes to check me out and the whole time they have an attitude.
Bad staffing at this location. Unacceptable experience while wanting to spending my hard earned $$$$, I will continue to other places out of my community that offers better service and carry appropriate supplies.
The store good but the employees jessica. Such a bad attitude i went there to return an item, first they said they dont sell that item at all and then they actually found it in store and when i asked why were you guys lying all of sudden i was loud and yelling. I was asked to get out of the store. Didn’t took that item back. Very bad experience!
Just left the store, at 7 50 pm on Monday night 16 of August. The girls were rudest and worst costumer service.if you don't like your job why work? People when come to buy something should help them not kick them out?
Went in looking for boots with a friend And we were extremely happy with the service all around. Ron was amazing helping my friend find the right boots for her. He even stayed late to ensure she found what she needed and was satisfied.
Needed a specific type of work pants and Mark's came through for me. Excellent selection and great quality. Staff were awesome. To those complaining about getting stress about bringing your dog in with you: I'm a total dog person but you're clothes shopping. Leave Fido at home.
Most amazing customer service I've had in years! Lexie and Kashawn were beyond knowledgeable and efficient. I was just there for work pants and was in and out in less than 15 mins AND had to do a return beforehand!
Yesterday the young guy with the Toronto Raptors face mask was incredibly helpful and nice. Don't think I've ever been experienced customer service like that before. 10/10.
Friendly staff and very understanding. Brought back something I wanted a refund for and it was a few days past due on refunding and they still honored it. Very pleasant and good customer service.

I was helped by two awesome ladies here today. Their names were Summer and Lexie and I'm honestly so impressed with how patient they were. I was able to exchange a pair of winter boots (that I thought were the right ones) after It had taken me SO many trips to find the right winter boots. I'm really grateful for their help:)
