Big thanks to Marvin and the team at Marlborough Ford for getting me my new 2024 Maverick! I placed my order in September and was not expecting to get the truck until next summer. Well only a month later I got a confirmed build date on the production line!

I want to share that i had very bad experience with Marlborough ford that we had our deal done of ford 150 lariat everything was done all the papers were signed I also gave them the deposit of $2500 after everything they refused to give the promised package that was done in the deal. I do have all receipts that what they have mentioned in the deal.

I’m from Edmonton, I had some safety concerns about my truck while visiting Calgary called most dealers only Marlborough ford was willing to take a look at my truck, didn’t make me wait Cody the technician took an extensive test drive with a “welcoming face “ couldn’t duplicate must concern but assured me if I hear the noice don’t hesitate to reach out. I knew they were busy but Marlborough ford u deserve 5 star and Cody you are the best.

This was the best experience and service I have ever been provided. I had a car emergency and called 30 min before they closed. I was heading home from Calgary which was an 8 hour drive and I knew something was wrong with my car. The Technicians said come down asap to check out what was going on.they got me in right away within 30 min they had a diagnosis and ordered a part for me which they put a rush on it to come right in the morning. The following morning they fixed my car right away and I was paid up and out of there before 10: 30. I also forgot to mention the shop guys stayed late to make sure everything was set to go for the morning. Sean and Cody and the shop manager I forget his name (sorry) where phenomenal with thier service 5 stars. Thank you Calgary Ford!

I have had a great experience working with this dealership. From the time I purchased my care to getting service on a regular basis they are all very friendly and knowledgeable. From the person that answers the phone to the service advisor that greets you when you drive in. Edwin was able to explain to me everything that was going to be completed during my appointment and then thoroughly went through the report and detailed information as to was going to be required to have a part replaced. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that will listen.

Paid over $200 dollars for an oil change work, including tire rotation etc for my explorer St.

I go to Marlborough ford for filters and parts. In my last visit I had a message to check coolant additive in my f350. Katie in service was very helpful, she got Pete the service tech to come check out my truck. Pete was very helpful and didn’t charge me a dime to test my coolant. Great service will be going back for my future Ford needs.

I had been to many different ford dealerships in the city, all they wanted to do was sell me what was on the lot, none of these guys listened or had any knowledge of the vehicle that I wanted to purchase, I went to Marlbrough and was pointed in the direction of Bruce Palin, after Bruce had shown me a few different models of the new transit he understood that I was looking for a factory model, we both discussed the different options in person and over email and ordered exactly what I wanted, Ken and Courtney in finance were also great to deal with got things sorted quickly, they gave me an approximate time of 3-4 months, my new transit 250 arrived 1 month early, great, honest and genuine people to deal with, I will be definitely using them again for my next vehicle purchase.highly recommended,

I’ve just bought another vehicle from Marlborough ford, I was not disappointed, I got the same great service from Bruce Palin and Courtney chandler, outstanding service and a great team to deal with,

Brought my car in for service (recall) here because my jobsite was only a block away so it was very convenient for me to just drop off and walk. I honestly thought I would settle for a subpar experience "because it's Marlborough", but that was not the case at all. AJ was the service advisor who I worked with and he was extremely friendly and helpful.

Booking the appointment was straightforward, as was checking in the car on arrival, and the job was completed right on schedule. My electric car was fully charged for me when I picked it up, and upon inspection afterwards found that the technician even replaced some skidtray fasteners that I knew were missing before.

Thank you to AJ and the tech who worked on the white C-Max Energi for the great experience that I had today at Marlborough Ford.

I was very satisficed service. I purchased my Ford Escape from Marlborough Ford. The sales man was executant. The only thing was I didn't get the camaenid start I would have liked. I have only been back for a recall and the service adviser was very infuriated as to what the recall was and why Ford was recalling this product. If you are looking for a Ford Vehicle go to Marlborough Ford for the great customer service.

Update: My latest experience was not nearly as pleasant with Marlborough Ford. Went in for a regular service. No courtesy ride, shuttle or Uber. Dropped off for 8am appointment, and was called to come pickup at 6pm. Was given the keys and told to walk through their lot to get my vehicle. Payed close to $200 and they couldn't put washer fluid in, or remove the garbage from the interior.

Had emergency car troubles on the weekend and apparently Marlborough Ford is the only Ford dealer in the City that services vehicles on the weekends. They were booked full but offered to check it out if they had some time, over the weekend. Within 2 hours of drop-off they called to tell me it was just a dead battery, and quoted me for a new one + installation.

Great service, fair price. We’ll above average. And the advisors are so friendly. Could not recommend enough

1-found some stuff in my storage compartment on the passenger side floor.
2- I had to add water coolant and windshield fluid which I bought. The level in both was very low.
3-I booked an online appointment morning at 8: 00 with a waiter option (no need for transportation), which I believe should be express, but I have told that I had to come afternoon, which went till 2: 00 PM, to get my vehicle done.
