Just walk in they advertise, not true! I WAS a patient of the clinic but they can’t even help with a prescription refill (blood pressure meds). Staff is not polite, more than happy to ignore people and not at all helpful or willing to help. Save yourself the grief and find another clinic.

I would really appreciate if you could answer the phone! I have a question I really need to ask, but no one answers the phone.

If I could give zero stars, I would. One doctor in particular refuses to see patients if they haven’t been to the clinic in a while. Even though that patient went to them for years and years and made an appointment.

Other doctors will also refuse a walk-in. Even though their website says they take walk-ins.

Just when I thought reception was better they hired another incompetent worker. I tried booking an appointment she didn’t hear me correctly made me repeat myself multiple times. She was rude when speaking with me, and didn’t even correctly hear my date of birth then proceeded so rudely to ask me if I had been here before… like I’ve been coming here for 20 years now. Learn how to do your job properly and learn how to listen to your clients properly. Numerous people don’t want to be helped by this receptionist for these reasons. I understand people need to learn their jobs if it’s something they don’t have knowledge in, but neglecting to learn your job is a whole different story. And neglect is what this receptionist shows as she continues to “try” to do her job while just making clients mad.

EDIT! They also won’t book an appointment over the phone for my grandmother who is 80 years old and can’t use technology to book via online. Not very accommodating to people’s needs.

I was able to come in for a walk in which is a god send in these stupid Covid times where a lot “walk in clinics” don’t do walk ins unless you’re already a patient with one of their family doctors so I got in quickly after she made my profile in their system and got in surprisingly quick when I’m normally prepared to wait at least an hour. The doctor didn’t take long to come in and help. I was in and out with a prescription in what felt like no time at all. Thank you since it’s been a pain to go in for a walk in with being in school full time

Dr. Abeer Al- Azzawi and Dr. Paul a great doctors. Dr. Michael Nazer was rude and unprofessional.
