Dr Emery is our main GP but when he's on holiday or otherwise unavailable it's great to be able to see one of the many other great doctors here.

NEVER EVER COME HERE WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT. If you do, you could wait up to 3 hrs. I was talking to a nice elderly lady who also did not have an appointment. They said her wait would be 30 minutes. She waited for 3 hours. Is that how you treat elderly 85 year old ladies? That's not right.
I'm realizing that their "walkins" are actually standby to fill in for no shows. If everyone shows up to their appointment, you will not be seeing a doctor. Maybe at the end before they close.
I just hope my review saves at least one person the frustration of what I and this poor lady had to go through.

I have been going to this medical clinic for years and wow has it ever gone down hill majorly. The front staff is extremely rude, uncaring and unprofessional. It didn't always use to be this way at all. As I can see from a ton of other more recent reviews, this is a major issue. I don't come into a medical building to be yelled at, put down and made to look stupid. I also expect to see a doctor in a reasonable time, as well as not be lied to over the phone about being able to come in and upon arrival looked at like I'm crazy to think I'll be seeing a doctor. Something really needs to be done, this uncaring, unprofessional attitude by numerous front desk employees needs to change. We are human beings whom deserve compassion, especially when coming for various reasons to get assistance by a medical professional. The doctors aren't too bad, but a few of the good ones have left unfortunately. My personal experience with Dr. Magunthan was brutal, doctors shouldn't lie to your face, I've never experienced something so absurd by a doctor before. The continuing brutal experiences I've had, have definitely prompt me to find a different clinic. None of us deserve to be treated the way the staff does here, it's a real shame.

Unprofessional front staff. Was been told over the phone to come in as walk in and then they said we are not taking any walk-in.

Dr. Magunthan is a perfect example of someone who became a doctor without actually having any interest in helping people.

She shows a clear disdain for her patients, and treats them like they are wasting her time. She has refused treatment, refused testing, THEN when I went elsewhere and got testing done, her receptionists call repeatedly to get me in to follow up with the results. TO TESTS SHE REFUSED TO GIVE. This whole clinic is just a money grab.

I hope all her patients report her and she has the opportunity to change careers into something that would suit her better. Probably something where she didn't have to interact with others.

0.5 star for the staff at the front desk with the thick makeup, poor communication. I made an appointment at 2: 30. I get there 10 minutes early, waited in line. When it was my turn the woman with the big right nostrils tells me that they moved my schedule to 2: 20 and I missed my appointment. She said they been trying to call but I didn’t receive any calls from them. 0 missed calls from them. When I showed my phone with no missed calls from them, she told me that I just missed the doctor. Also, they didn’t even ask the reason I was there for. It was frustrating. I have severe pain on both my ankles, I woke up with this sudden pain but I didn’t think it was enough to go to the ER. I forced myself to walk and go to the clinic. Hoping to see a doctor to let me know what’s going on with my health and hopefully get their permission to get my bloodwork done. Poor communication from the front desk. My doctor works here but she’s on vacation. I hope they fix this

This is the best medical clinic in Calgary that I have found after trying several others. I don't usually write reviews on the internet, but I felt the need to do so after reading some negative ones. I believe they may have this clinic confused with a different clinic in the Marlborough area because I would highly recommend this clinic and have had no problems whatsoever! The receptionists are so kind and helpful, the phones have a wait at times but I guess that is expected with how large this clinic is and how many patients they must have. The female doctor, her name is quite long but I call her Dr. V, is so kind! She truly cares for all her patients!

I visited the clinic for drive license medical exam and paid $60, two patients came behind me as walk in, the asked me to wait in a room, doctor checked other two walk in patients before me which is very unfair.

So I’ve been coming here for over 2 years. And my new doctor started out nice, asked questions, paid attention to what am saying and the conversation was two way. Fro
Since the start of 2023 things drastically changed, no evening appointments because the population do not work, I have to be specific to receptionist of what am coming in for because I shouldn’t health issues private between me and my doctor. This is just ridiculous and frustrating. I need to find a new family doctor. ASAP

The worst clinic in canada. There is a doctor called Paul.
Unprofessional. Not informative he talk only i few words. He pretend like he is always busy. He is acting like he gonna pay all the test from his pocket when you ask him for tests.
Dont go there stay away.

Terrible experience with Dr. Dipinder Keer. Great friendly staff at the front desk though. Came in with foot pain that’s been bugging me all week. Touched my foot in places where I didn’t even describe there was pain. Wrote me a sick note for work and charged me $20 for it before I could read that it says patient came in feeling unwell and needs 1-2 weeks off. That’s NOT what I asked for. Wasted my time and my money to come in and spend $20 on a note I can’t even use! Thank you for nothing.

Staff are good but they overbook with long wait times even with appointment. Doctors do not communicate with each other either.

Good clinic, experienced staff and girl name Amrit in triage section she is so cooperative and helpful.

Was on hold for 15 minutes and counting. Showed up to take my son in and she said all doctors left by 4… terrible service. My sick kid and I drove over and could have saved the entire drive had she just grabbed the phone quickly at any moment in those 15 minutes. Put the phone on nights next time.

Disgusting clinic. The staff is disrespectful to visitors. I do not recommend. The information provided on the Net is not true.

Staff was amazing considering the amount of stress they go through and some unpleasant patients that they deal with daily. The doctor I saw was nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend this clinic to anyone needing medical attention but the wait times can be a bit long sometimes which is reasonable as it’s a busy location.

This is a great clinic. They give masked people a separate waiting room, so they really care about social distancing. Sometimes it's hard to reach someone by phone. Anyways, the main reason I go here because is of Dr. Tran. I followed him from his last clinic he was at. If you need a good doctor, I urge you to give him a try.

Very pleased with my visit here for my first immigration medical. The immigration lady was nice and efficient. She gave me all the information I needed for my application. I was confused with the whole process at first but everything was explained to me clearly. Highly recommend this clinic for everyone!

The best decision that I have ever made! I brought my mom here today, the receptionist were so nice and helpful to us! Doctor Hong Tran is so kind, he took time to listen to our concerns patiently. He checked all of our concerns and treated us with care that he truly meant.

Dr Keer, was condescending, argumentative and very unprofessional. He was upset that we did not go him for a lab referral but only for the results, due to his restricted availability. He kept insisting that we needed to find another family doctor even though we have been going to this clinic for over 6 years. He only continued with the consultation when I reminded him that he was getting paid to for it.

Twice, my 5 month old daughter has come for a walk in appointment, and twice the doctors (Kerr and Hussain) have prescribed her adult doses of adult medications, and the first time with Kerr simply ignored the fact that they had done so, and the second time with Hussain, my spouse was told that he, quote, “thought you’d be smart enough to get the childrens version’

Absolutely awful quality of care and seemingly no care for families who come in.

My doctor is great, been seeing him 3 years now. Clinic is always clean and relatively nice inside. Some of the front desk staff definitely have a bad attitude and poor professionalism.

Takes FOREVER for medication refill requests to go through them. Literally every time it takes me calling my pharmacy and the clinic 3x each before things finally go through. I've been told it's an issue with their fax machine the first time, but the same problem is still happening when the fax machine is apparently working fine.

Currently out of medication because one of the doctors wanted to have a consultation with me before filling the prescription.which I would have never known if I hadn't called as I wasn't notified. If you can, go with someone else.

They are good drs although.i wish drs would spend more time to look.u over my dr is DR keer hes relativly nice guy very professional been seeing him.for some time now its a DRs office not a medical emergemcy if u have an emergency like a severe burn or.something go.to.the er if u.are.sick. STAY HOME if u.have flu symptoms u rosk hurting other people if its an emergency CALL 911 seriously consider the drs they see 100s of.people a day sick people hurt people elder etc.they have a job to do and other paitents to see so give them a break people

I called and said my son has a cough and a runny nose and they said we will not see him because it sounds like it’s COVID symptoms! You are running a clinic not a playground or a daycare you can’t pick and chose what symptoms you accept and not this is the profession you’re in you knew the risks, it is ridiculous that I have to go to the hospital for a non emergency and take a spot that someone else could use or need.

This place has some of the best MOA's and PA's I have ever seen. Each and every staff member is so kind. There is one staff member (I forgot her name but I believe it's Manshinder) that is ever so polite, I had her as my PA and she was incredibly professional and kind. 10/10 Would highly recommend.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!
We had booked an appointment for a specific time as we also had another appointment to get to and they guaranteed us we would be seen on time so we could make it to our other appointment. We ended up waiting almost half and hour with NO SERVICE to have to leave with out being seen so we didn't miss our other appointment! Two other walk ins were seen before us when we had an appointment there. This place is a joke and they seriously don't care about you. Worst customer service I have EVER received. Rude staff and it's a gong show in there all the time. Do not come here if you don't have all day to wait around. Don't bother to book appointments either because you'll be guaranteed waiting for 30 minutes to an hour AFTER your scheduled time.

Called back to find out about booking appoint with their sister clinic which is closed today. The receptionist was very condescending and abrupt treating me as if I were a child. I only asked if they were able to book for their other site and am very angry about her response and attitude. When people are unwell and seeking advice you do not respond like this. Compassion and a little understanding would be advisable when dealing with people who are feeling sick and unable to see anyone until the next day. This ‘Karen’needs to be retrained in etiquette and treat others kindly. Horrible attitude and rudeness and I recommend that people find another clinic as the staff denigrate the reputation when responding like this.

I here would like to appreciate two front desk ladies, especially Kayla I knew her for last for four years her positive attitude and help is really appreciated. Manjinder is another ladies who is very outstanding she joined Kayla one years ago but she has been very helpful Thank you so much for your hard work.

Actually operating as a convenient walk-in clinic with friendly staff and an in-person consult with the doctor with little wait.

I tried three days continuously to book my appointment, but nobody speak on the other side, just automatic answering machine said press 1.and 2.and leave your number and message and they will call back. I did that but nobody called me back. I felt so disappointed. Please suggest me if there is an emergency how a person can talk to his doctor.

I went to this clinic and truly I rather go to any other clinic that this one. Most disorganized clinic I have ever seen. The receptionist has no clue and then I saw this doctor who is the most arrogant of all. Very condescending, very rude, and not knowledgeable at all. Forget about this place and go somewhere else. The doctor spent 2 min with me and then hands me a medication. What a waste of time this clinic was for me. Don't come here if you want to be alive!

I always come to this clinic and I had now complains about nothing but yesterday that I came by 5 so it was Friday it was supposed to be opened until 6 and looks like it wasn’t the door was closed I have no idea if their hours of work are not updated here or in their website page or what happened yesterday

I had a few questions and was very happy with how fast Kayla helped me with everything I needed.

I've been going here for a 2 years and seen a few doctors. No complaints at all with reception or the doctors until now. Dr IG has a patronizing attitude and talks to u with condescending tone. He really needs to work on his bedside manner. I've also never been laughed at by a doctor when requesting a 6 month precription refill instead of the 3 months they only want to give u. Especially during covid. I guess they want to bill for as many visits as they can. I will be looking for another clinic and a new doctor who can communicate and have some sort of decent interaction with the patient

Waited literally over 40 minutes and still no answer to call, called again 3x still no answer and was put on hold for over 15 mins, don't waste your time here, incompetent.

I emailed to inquire about Drs taking new patients and the options for getting a Drivers Medical done. I had a response within 20 min and very helpful with cost and options to have the paperwork done. Lowest price I have ever paid for a Drivers Medical. It was suggested I could just do that as a walk in patient. I arrived Monday Sept14th about 11: 00 am and was out the door by 11: 30 Drivers Medical in hand. SUPER CLEAN clinic! Excellent use of PPE by all staff, really good Dr that I saw as he asked a few questions rather then just signing and kicking me out the door. I am back with my previous Dr.or I would consider getting on as a regular patient here.

Edit: one of the male doctors here seems to be the subject of all the bad reviews!

Had problems breathing, so doc wrote a prescription for the most expensive inhaler on the market!

This clinic is disorganized. Dont ever yse the "online" booking option. They never ever get back to you. Reception has an issue with helping their patients too

I visited this clinic a good 1 1/2 to 2 months ago now requesting a referral to the foothills hospital Transgender clinic, I was also supposed to get a referral to a counselor as well. I just recently checked with the foothills hospital Transgender clinic to see if the referral was sent in and discovered NO referral had been sent in for me at all. Prior to visiting the clinic requesting a Doctor that would be non discriminatory towards me and informed them I was Transgender, seems the doctor they booked my appointment with was in fact discriminatory against Transgenders and probably the entire LGBTQ community since NO referrals were ever sent. I may pursue charges of sexual discrimination against them.

The reception has horrible attitudes with terrible customer service. Long waiting times and sometimes forget about you in the numbered waiting rooms. I won't recommend this clinic. Wished my doctor had his own clinic again.

I paid $15 for a doctor’s note here and the doctor refused to say that I could go back to work. My boss was not impressed. Do not waste your money here. The only good thing was that there was little to no waiting.

Having coming this clinic for couple years now have been postive experience. Front desk staffing have been amazing to me and never had any issues with any off them. Dr. Beckstead been my family doctor, last few years there. This Doctor is most extraordinary I have ever came across as being caring, kind hearted, attentive, very knowledgeable, investigating my health issues. When she first arrived at clinic, I was in middle having so many complications, that happen during surgery that taking place at the hospital. Surgeon I had accidentally punctured my urine track during surgery. Dr Beakstead took on my case, as new doctor at the time when this happen. She went beyond her way setting up with specialist to have future surgeries set up to repair damage urine track and bladder as well. As you know I was able full recovery from those trauma situations having many surgeries in that short period time in my life. She been there for me afterward, my mental health went downhill for period time cause took awhile for my body recover normal again. Forever grateful she been my doctor during those difficult time of my life.

I see Dr Nadeau at this clinic. She is compassionate, intelligent, and kind! I really appreciate her thoughtful and proactive approach. She really takes time to explain and ask questions that get right to the bottom of the problem. I would highly recommend this doctor to anyone who needs a neurologist. Thank you Dr Nadeau, for all you do, you are truly a wonderful person and a fabulous doctor.: D

People have to go to emergency If you have pain. Not to clinic hospital will take care of you and people staff can talk they are humans I never had a problem when I went I don’t get why people complain so much have times guest are rude to the doctors and staff stop complaining other countries waiting time is longer be thanks ful for wonderful service we have here in Canada I always get good help there I believe most people post reviews here do it cuz they are in bad mood and wanna make others feel bad for there situation If u want respect earn it be nice to one another I’ve seen were customer yelling at the front desk don’t agree tone of voice that’s why they are rude back any where you go that will happen if you’re rude to them expect it back I love everyone here amazing service keep it up

Dr. Salisbury is a lovely wonderful.caring empathetic educated Dr.truly the best I've ever had.

They had good customer service, but if you miss your appointment you will have to stay a long time to get a waokmin. Plenty of seats, washrooms. Very assessable.

Worst Service by the guy named RAUL! Don’t waste your time here. Requested a copy my med exam, he ask me to make a full payment of med exam again for a copy.

This Medical Office does not have any doctors past 7: 00pm. I have never seen a medical office open without proper assistance on site. Do NOT go here, they will not help you.

The male receptionist was amazing, he always goes out of his way to help me, he’s very friendly and always makes me feel welcomed!

I just called to see the availability of my doctor to treat a severe burn, the unfriendly male receptionist decides to quote me an appointment one month out in the last week of October. I explained that this needed to be looked at immediately, not a month from now and he responds by not offering any immediate options such as seeing another doctor. This male receptionist ended up slamming the phone down in my ear after I explained I'm going somewhere else. Really poor customer service and he downright needs to be fired immediately. It doesn't take a genius to genuinely be nice and to coordinate medical issues for people.

Never had a problem. The wait times are high, but they have some of the best and most understanding doctors. Dr Deep Keer and Dr Ijaz Hussein, especially. They always listen to me, never make me feel rushed or anything.

Very rude receptionists. No professionalism and zero understanding on customer service. Doctors are really good and the only reason to bring back.

I always have an appointment but every time I have to wait (10-40 mins after the appt time) and when I finally get in it feels like I'm rushed out.
