My experience with Marlow Design was fantastic from the get go and I'd recommend them to anyone looking for an engagement ring, or any other ring really. Their operating hours also make it very easy to access their services. I had my initial design appointment with Kat and it was smooth, easy, and fast. They were then able to rush the ring out for me so that I had it in time for a trip to Europe with my now fiancée. The ring itself looks beautiful and exactly how I'd imagined/she wanted. 100% would recommend, and thanks to the team for the excellent experience.

Marlow and team are absolutely amazing! We decided to take all of our jewellery from all of our relatives living and passed and create new rings so that we will have them with us forever This was our first time ever doing this and it was such an exciting process. I am soooooo over the with the work Marlow Design Studios did to replace my Diamond and to fix the claws on my engagement ring. Trusting anyone with my fifty year old ring was a feat in itself. I had an heirloom diamond reset in a new setting that I purchased from Marlow less than 1 year ago. I don’t wear the ring everyday and it’s already bent and the stone fallen out. When I called about having it reset I was quoted higher than the 2 other places in Calgary to have it reset and told that they only guarantee their work for 3 months. 3 months for a diamond ring meant to last a lifetime doesn’t reflect much confidence in their work, so I will be going elsewhere to have my ring redone correctly.

It’s a pleasure to have my engagement ring reset here. Marlow is knowledgeable and patient, whether you already have an idea in mind or completely have no clue at all, am sure he will be able to deliver a ring that brings smile to your face.

I went in to get my ring re-tipped, and after waiting some time, I decided to defer the project. Marlow, understanding my choice, called his goldsmith that day to inform him of my decision.

The goldsmith did not get Marlow's message in time; he completed the work on my ring. Marlow kindly called me to explain the situation, and he asked me to cover the costs he incurred for the work, excluding his markup.

He put my experience as a customer before his own interest, profit. This good conduct makes him the type of person on whom customers can rely.

Got Marlow at Marlow designs to create a ring using diamonds from a family heirloom ring. The design process was extremely fast, as he knew what would work best. There were complications in the mounting, but he kept in contact, and the finished product is spectacular. My partner was so happy that she insisted we get the wedding bands done by by Marlow before we leave Canada.

After looking at many jewellery place around Calgary including the big names like Spence, tiffany's and Burk's etc, Marlow Design was the perfect place for me when I was looking for an engagement ring. A lot of the places I went to had very cheap looking ring designs that were very rough and looked terrible from the side. They only make it look good from the top which is where the pictures are taken from. I was impressed with the quality of the ring and diamond at Marlow and the staff were not pushy at all, very patient. Went through several diamonds with proper videos and certificates and my fiancé loved the ring. Needless to say, we are going back to them for the wedding bands.

Marlow Design is the place I would take all my jewellery! He does amazing custom work as well! Highly recommended.

Marlow and his team were amazing throughout the entire process.
