They are very knowledgeable and caring. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy and satisfied. If could rate them higher I would because they deserve it. Bought a dress for my mom and sister. She also threw me a deal for some jewelry! Great place to buy dresses and customer service is very hospitable as well.

Do not buy from here. The owner lacks professionalism. Very argumentative when a problem is brought up to her attention with ur order. We placed an order for 6 dresses. The dresses we’re supposed to be custom made if the quality was a hit or miss at least the sizing should’ve been spot on. Measurements were taken as required. If u have to spend more money and do additional alterations. Beats the whole purpose of custom made dresses. The owner mentioned that the dresses are made in Pakistan after when the issue about the quality of the dresses were brought to her attention. This should be discussed from the get go if the person shows concern about quality numerous times before placing an order. If I had known dresses were made in Pakistan/Afghanistan. Knowing the cheap quality used there. I Would’ve saved spending $230 on my dress. And spent way less and got a family member to have it “custom made” for me. Please think twice before ordering a dress with them. Were left with 6 dresses and no use for them. After going back and forth for hours and her asking for pictures of all 6 dresses on all of us. The owner did say she would give me 20% of my NEXT purchase. I will NEVER be needing that because no one will make the same mistake twice!

The service here is absolutely amazing. The staff was super kind and friendly and was there when I had questions. The dress that i purchased is amazing quality and so beautifully designed. Definitely coming again!
