Worst place ever went there a couple of years back they cut my hair on the back top really bad had to wait a few cuts for it to grow back then my wife goes there on the weekend and she asks for a 1” trim and they cut off 5” of her hair then they layered her hair looks like my 2 year old did it please people don’t waste your time or money there! You been warned…

The debit/credit machine is not working and they didn't have any sign at all.what an inconvenient place for payment.

Imah is amazing? She did exactly what I wanted. I'm always afraid to get my hair color and haircut because is always to blonde or the haircut to short Im in love. Thank you very much you just got a forever customer?

Always a great haircut at Marquis. I love going here because the staff are friendly and they do a nice job on my hair. Definitely worth the price.

Imah is the best, everybody make so many compliments on my hair every time I go to the Salon, go and see her no regrets, being with her services since 2014, highly recommended.

Terrible. They didn't listen to my comments on what I or my brother wanted. When I was explaining what I wanted the stylist said she understood and knew what I wanted but then ignored everything I said. My brother was sent out with notches right to the scalp in the back of his head. They stylist said 'accidents happen' when confronted. They did end up 'fixing' it but had to shave his head down to bald. They were unwilling to reimburse any money despite not delivering what was expected.

Great customer service, person working when I got my haircut was lovely. That being said however it's the worst haircut I've got in my adult life. Uneven, sloppy, and looks like a bowl cut without product. Be careful

They tried to fix the green stain in my daughter's hair with a special $20 shampoo. That didn't work so they suggested a toner but they didn't tell her it would cost $75. She is 16.so how would she know? But the employee said she wasn't trying to rip her off.so that makes it okay, right?

The barber I had paid zero attention to cutting my hair and was quite distracted. He was decent with the clippers but I asked for a high fade with a trim. When it came to using the scissors he did such a hack job and rushed. Uneven, never did any sort of texturing and now my hair looks like I travelled back to 1996.

Been getting my hair cut here for at least twenty years. Stylists are friendly and courteous and are always ready to fit you in. Highly recommended!

No switching of razors or even cleaning between hot shaves. No cleaning off of clippers. I am surprised they sweep the floor even.

Wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. Worst costumer service, made an appointment 2 weeks prior & called on the day of my appointment to confirm for them to tell me I didn’t book any appointment (appointment was with Aima) could hear her screaming through the phone that she can’t take anyone although I specifically booked it through her? & she knew it was me because I heard her ask “is it the girl who wanted braids” which is what I asked if she could do.so she purposely cancelled my appointment without notifying me. The lady that i was on the phone with was telling me her client is getting upset that she’s on the phone & my response was “so i’m not a client? ” and told her that this is poor costumer service she laughs it off and hangs up on me. I highly do not recommend, no wonder why they have such bad reviews & only hear bad things about this place. Should have done my research.

Not very professional, just wanted a simple fade and they screwed it up pretty bad, I had to get it all taken off including my beard. Would not reccomend them as a barber.

Disappointing
We have been going to this salon for a few years now & were quite happy with the service. However, the last couple of visits have sent us in search of a new salon.
I had highlights put in my hair for my wedding a couple of years ago & was very pleased with the result. We were going on a trip last year & I decided to have it done again. Instead of subtle highlights, I ended up with broad patches of blonde in my dark hair.
Recently I went to have my hair cut for our daughters wedding. I told the hairdresser what I wanted & more importantly, what i did NOT want. She proceeded to give me a bob-style (what I did NOT want). I kept explaining how I wanted it cut & she kept "explaining" how my hair was too thin to do that. She also cut my bangs FAR too short (without the usual consultation on length).
My husband also got his hair cut - a very straight-forward trim. When he got home he realized one sideburn was significantly shorter than the other.
We won't be going back.

I've been coming here for over 20 years. A great value and an excellent hair cut. Located upstairs by Simon's. Fast service, never have to wait long.

I walked in and was greeted with a wonderful smile from Amal. This type of character is not often seen these days and immediatly upon first impression I was very happy. Before she cut my hair she asked me exactly what I wanted and I am very perticular which sometimes can be hard to cut my hair.

Long story short great customer service reasonable price and great looking haircut! Thank you Amal. Look forward to seeing you next time.

So I give the ladies that work there a 5 out of 5 stars and their service that they provide but today September 3rd, 2018 at around 3: 00pm the male hair stylist doing my younger brothers hair was probably by far the worst experience he’s had. The guy doing his hair wasn’t paying full attention to what he was doing with his cell phone between his ear and shoulder talking through most of his haircut and cut it shorter than what my brother wanted and left visible red knicks and cuts in his head, around the back of his neck and the sides of his face and had to go back in afterwards to get his sideburns corrected 3 different times yet their still uneven and he left with almost no sideburns at all to frame his face. The last time he went in my brother was frustrated and annoyed as to be expected and mumbled to himself and the guy said to him “This is going to be the last time you’re going to swear at me in this store” in a threatening manner when my brother never directed it towards him and it wasn’t even loud enough for anybody else to hear. Very unprofessional and would 100% not recommended him but would recommend the other ladies in the store.
