Horrible service went around 5pm. No hello no hi, didn't even give me my receipt left the lock on slippers idk what am I supposed to do with it.

The employees at this location are exceptionally nice.i was having a horrible day and just stopped by to get some socks and the lady with short silver hair who rang my purchase through made my day with how nice she was! <3

Smallest men's section, lots for babies, women's sections fairly picked through, except for sizes XS-S, which are abundant

The same place like Winners, but a little simple. We came to Winners after Marshalls and found more equal things. But it's doesn't mean that I won't to visit this place again. Recommend if you want to take a good shopping and free cashiers

This location wouldn’t allow me to use their washroom because it’s a “health and safety issue”. I’m pretty sure it’s illegal to shut your washrooms to the public. I’m also pregnant and have to urinate frequently. Absolutely ridiculous.

Worst customer service ever!
They have long lines with people with many issues and yet only 2 registers are working even when there are 5 or 6 people in line and the store is empty!
It got so frustrated I had to ask for the manager to come when she did she opened finally another register. I had bought a small stand. Which needed a Dolly I asked the manager should I take it myself or will someone help she said she will bring it to the entrance I said fine I was ubering. She obviously didn't go to bring it but did something else because by the time she finally came my Uber had gone I was standing outside he just took off!
Whomever is managing this store may want to run over again the are people skills and customer service because they're not doing very well at all!

Even understaffed and feeling the pressure the people working at the check did it as efficiently as possible and with a smile on there face. Thank you for your hard work!

My wife just put purchased an item that was slightly damaged, she asked the cashier if there would be a discount for the damage. The cashier checked with the supervisor and my wife understood that it would be $13 off, she tapped her card and let looked at the screen and there was only $3 applied. The supervisor refused to return the purchase and stamped the item as is. This happened at about 2: 35 on Feb 10,2023. There is also no public washroom available for paying customers.

Handy location. Check regularly for something that grabs my eye. Stock is low but that is because of the supply chain issues.
