Marshal at this location is not a big size. Inventory is not that large either. However store is very organized and clean. Staffs are very helpful and offered help few times. It has fitting room but no washroom which is not convenient for shoppers with some medical conditions. There are other stores and facilities nearby this store. Big parking lot in front of this store including accessible parking.
Tried to buy a pair of black heels that were labelled $79.99 but rang up at $99.99. I asked the cashier to honour the posted price and she had someone "go check" which was the correct price while I offered to go take a photo for her to speed up the process. The person "checking" (small Asian woman) was beside me as I took the photo and said into the radio "I'll put a $79.99 and up sticker on so tell them it's what it is ringing up at. "
I verified with the cashier "you won't honour the posted price because she (the checker) is going to change the sign after we leave? " And she said yes.
Disgusting business practice. See attached photo for proof of no "and up" signage.
First time ever encountered with this kind of customer service as the girl in changing room with braids was actually racist and she doesn’t love her job for sure.
In this store you can find all sizes of clothes from the smallest to the largest sizes. There are often good prices. If you buy clothes out of season, they have a very good price. I like the variety of clothes and shoes. I just don’t like the size of my wallet
