During last weekends visit, I encountered an issue with a cashier, an older woman with short brown hair and glasses. She refused to accept a friends and family coupon I had, which was surprising since these coupons are meant to be reusable until the event ends, in this case, November 19,2023. She inappropriately inquired about the specific Winners employee (a friend) who gave me the coupon and their work location and name. Despite explaining that these coupons are not single-use and are valid multiple times until the event's conclusion, she still declined it because she saw my mom use the same coupon. This was especially disappointing as other locations had accepted it without any problems, making this experience notably disappointing - especially since I always drive from Edmonton to enjoy this location.

Very unprofessional manager I do not recommend this location as if you try to return anything they will belittle you and do everything in there power to bot return the item. Never again

I love that they’re pet friendly. I bought great toys and beds there for my dog and other beautiful things for myself. I particularly loved the Christmas selection this year.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had shopping for jeans I was treated like a hooligan the manager taunted me into a conversation which led to what felt like adult bullying I would save the drama and just go to the winners at at Albert mall

Wishing that they had more separation for the sections between pants, shorts, skirts and swimsuits all being on the same rack but they have good selection and in most sizes.

Absolutely Wonderful customer Service… sadly very low quantity and variety in jeans/pants choices.what is available is either in fit type extremely excessively Baggy or build to be so tight one would never be able to move.the same brands and their same few styles were repetitive to a point of almost no variety. I found very few items with a more middle ground for fit and style that were not one extreme or the other. They were a big maybe. I tried them on and Took one look and went Nope. The Employees are absolutely kind and do their best. I only found one pair of shoes that I liked and fit fit the most part. It was odd the size 9 shoes were a tad big but not so much that I could not make it work. Went to buy them at the toll only discover that the shoes size had been mislabeled both on the box and on the shoes. The cashier was kind enough to check as they noticed and wanted to make sure I was ok with that. Absolutely wonderful service.very sadly almost no selection in both variety and quantity. Did disocover to my surprise that Old Navy right near by had way better options sizes fits and quantity. They were also having a one day Sale that really benefited me as my weight fluctuates at times due to a faster the normal metabolism. I was at Marshals for Jeans as all of mine had gotten too big and I needed something that fit better. Old Navy right near by did not disappoint sadly Marshals did. The staff were very kind and helpful but the store itself lacks when it comes to product quantity and variety.please anyone at Corporate level if you see this Do Better. Your Staff are Fantastic but your product options overall are not. Never thought Old Navy would be a better store in terms of product. I now stand corrected and happily so with new Jeans From old navy that fit well and look great.

I visited homesense and found what I was looking for. The price was quite high for what I bought, I would expect to see the exact product on dollar store shelves.

Very friendly staff, great place to shop for anything like clothes, hair, face, makeup, kids toys, electronics, candles, blankets, seasonal items, and lots more! I recommend this place! Thanks for the customer service!

This place is great if you just moved someplace and need organizers, and other house items to control clutter. Staff were pleasant and knowledgeable.

A wide selection of home decor and specialty Halloween and Christmas decorations. Rae Dunn decor and some nice clothes and shoes to choose from. The biggest thing though is they have great customer service which is always an A+ in my books and the girls that were working this past Friday night were friendly and patient.

I usually stop every two weeks for pet toys but past few months their pet aisle has shrunk significantly. I'm not sure I'll be stopping at this location anymore.

I've only purchased casual shoes from the store & they are so comfy & reasonably priced. Only wish they had more stock & selection

Really this is my one stop shopping for Christmas. Best wrapping paper! And great selection for the kiddos!

I like this store. Always a great place to wonder around.love the seasonal isles. Always something different for the time of year, be it Easter, fall, summer.etc such great selection of items.
They have some amazing GF items at good prices. Selections always change.
My daughter and I love browsing through this store.

If you want knick knacks and stuff to put on shelves they have you covered. Otherwise their selection of towels, sheets, and other housewares is pretty lousy. Superstore has more of that stuff than Homesense and it's cheaper.

If you're humming and hawing about something, get it. When you return at a future date, its usually not there.

I was Christmas shopping, browsing. Much in my price range, neatly stacked in one area. Thanks so much.
