Leanna was a rock star from the beginning! She went above and beyond during the home staging process (by hiring a professional stager) and was always accessible for my many questions. Her social media strategies drove traffic to our door and when it came time for negotiations, she had our backs and got us a great price. I met Leanna by referral and I am so happy I did. She was patient and took a lot of time educating me. I don’t drive as well and she always dropped me off and picked me up. As a first time home buyer and a thorough type of person it took a minute to find the right place for me. But when I walked in I just knew, this is home.

I want to start with a little background. I am a first time home buyer, but a bit of a geek. So before talking to Leanna, I had already done research and looked into things, and considered myself semi-knowledgeable before I even spoke to Leanna. Boy, was I wrong.

At the start of the process, there was so many details I didn't know. What I appreciated most about Leanna in the beginning is that before she even had us commit to her as a realtor, she was already willing to talk to us and gave us a lot of information right in our first meeting. She informed me about things that I had no way of knowing, such as details of the current housing market, that she knew as an experienced realtor. She helped me manage my expectations, while also being encouraging in finding the right home.

During the process the thing I noted the most was how communicative Leanna was. She was always on top of situations, and was reaching out to us to give us updates and more info, and reaching out to the other professionals involved as necessary. As an experienced realtor she also helped us in finding these other trusted professionals to work with; she provided us with references for a great inspector, for a great lawyer, and even provided us with a contractor information for a second opinion on some renovation work. She not only answered our questions, but she anticipated our problems ahead of time, and that is the kind of value only experience can provide, and only someone who cares would take the time to do.

I have a friend who's talking about selling his house in a few years, and I'm already recommending he talks to Leanna once he makes his mind up!

We were referred to Leanna last from our mortgage broker.  She came over, took us through a buyers presentation and got us ready to shop.  After weeks of looking we determined we wanted more than our budget would allow and we decided to wait and save more money.

Sidenote, one evening she drove with her kids direct from hockey practice to get us into a house.  My moms tires got stuck in the snow, and Leanna dug us out on her knees, and helped push our car free.

From that time Leanna kept us updated on the changing new builder market for a year through all the increases in lumbar and materials costs as she continued to shop the market with other clients.

We got our pre approval in October and were excited to get out and start looking again.  Leanna sent us all the options in our price range and suggested we look at resale too with the increases in new build construction costs.  BUT at the end of the day we found our best home with a Builder, got a great deal on the basement completion so my husband can be happy and I can be happy to.

Leanna had awesome communication throughout, was prompt, reliable, and stayed onto of all the aspects of our transaction when others did not.  We are so grateful we had Leanna in our corner, she provided so much peace of mind throughout the process.  We would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a new home.
