Last fall ever purchased a Stihl pressure washer from Martin Deerline, who claims to be a Stihl dealer. However, after washing my siding for three hours this spring, the lance or water pistol blew a seal and began leaking. I took the unit in to Martin Deerline and they advise me that they would need to charge me to have a look at the machine and diagnose the issue. (a machine that is still under warranty go figure.) I called steel directly and told him what I thought. They called Martin Deerline and ask them to send pictures of the damaged part. Martin deer line stated that steel approved a replacement part and it was on order. It has been five weeks and my pressure washer is still sitting at a Martin Deerline, the Stihl dealer claims there are no replacement parts in stock, I Martin Deerline will not pull any parts from the display models or boxes. This is what you can expect for spending $400 on a pressure washer for service if you buy one through these folks or this brand.

Great place with great Mechanics. When my husband passed away, I had no one to service our John Deere lawn mower and wasn’t sure what to do, so I brought it to Martin. They did a great job and showed me exactly what I needed to do going forward. Thank you guys for your assistance.

Never coming back! Have bought several items here (sled, 4wheel steer tractor mower, Gator, etc.) over the last 9 years. Brought the Gator in for its 150 hr service, which is not used hard or often. Got the phone call to pick it up cause it was ready, only to drive 1.5 hrs.into Edmonton and find a large pool of oil under the machine which was fine before the service (have pics of trailer on which it was transported was dry, as well as the garage floor where it is parked). Was fed garbage about what occurred. Management was no better! Do not go here! We will go elsewhere going forward.

Usually are on point at the counter however it usually takes a good while to make it there, also they arent open sunday, do things not break down and need repair on a sunday? I mean goodness toss someone there 12-4

I recently purchased a new John Deere riding mower from Martin Deer Line. Leanne Martin was my sales person and she was very helpful. I had several
questions and inquired on several models and Leanne was able to get me all the information I needed in a timely manner. I recommend Leanne to anyone looking for Deere equipment. I also called in to order some parts and the parts department was great and got me exactly what I was looking for.

We went in to look at a zero turn lawn mower for the farm. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up purchasing what we were looking for. They agreed to deliver.went over the maintenance and suggestions on training. A very good warrenty. The transaction was without pressure. N

EDIT: I was dissatisfied with the customer service I had originally received. I spoke to a manager and expressed his apologies for what transpired and offered me compensation. I will still leave my original review up to explain the back story.

I went to Martin Deerline to purchase a lawnmower. Upon deciding on the model I was going to purchase (an X350R), I was informed there was one on the way and I would have it within the week. At the end of the week I received a phone call saying it was stuck at the border but I’d have it within the next week. After 2 weeks with no updates I tried to get a hold of my salesman daily but he was always “busy with other customers”. After 2 days of being shrugged off I had to talk to a manger to have my lawnmower to find out it was just leaving the manufacturer in the states, so I was blatantly lied to in previous calls. Once the lawnmower was to be delivered I was in talks about how I would be compensated, all which were eventually avoided and went unresolved.

Overall I felt as soon as Martin Deerline had my money, no kind of customer service was of any value. Very disappointing from a company that is supposed to be reputable.

In the end did I get what I ordered: Yes
Was it worth it: Absolutely not

If you have the option to spend your money elsewhere, please do it.

We have bought a few machines from them and are always completely impressed with their customer service, delivery, knowledge and making sure we get the right machine for our needs. The service department is AMAZING! We get yearly maintenance, which we had done last week, where the mobile tech comes to our house to do it all. Such a great service and we do not have to worry about transporting our JD vehicles off of the property. The technicians are highly trained and very skilled. Today we had a bit of an emergency as, my bad, I ran over a metal bolt with my zero turn mower, bending the deck and wrecking the blade. I called Michelle in service and she was absolutely incredible being able to orchestrate a mobile technician to come out today to get it fixed. We have a major outdoor event happening at our place this weekend and need our mower to be working. DJ, the super fantastic technician, came out, figured out the problem and got it up and running again for us. They went above and beyond to help us out in a stressful situation and I am forever grateful. I highly recommend going here for all of your JD needs. Awesome!
