Amazing service time and time again. Matt in parts goes out of his way to solve problems, even the most thorny ones. I’m always amazed at the lengths he has gone through to keep my X25 on the lake. And a great sales team too. Don’t buy a boat from anyone else.

I recently had Martin Motor Sports (Calgary) winterize my boat, and like expected they did great job with the work and ongoing communications. I really want the management team to realize the Service Representative Lauren was outstanding to squeeze me in for winterizing in short order (due to personal circumstances). She assisted and accommodated my unique personal predicament that took an incredible amount of stress off my plate. Finding committed personnel like Lauren is very difficult, but when you do - hold on to them. She is one of the main reasons I will keep returning to MMS. Great client service Lauren! I really appreciated your help.

Nice and easy sales process, the parts team had all my extras lined up with fair pricing, and felt very supported the first weekend out by service! (had a "new engine" issue needing to be brought back to the dealership to which the boat was in the shop instantly)

I wanted to see what they had for a simple dock ststem. I spoke to Bryce Hagen, he took the time to show us how the Shoremaster and various options for what would work for us and future expansion ideas. It is amazing how many designs you can come up with using this panel system. We wanted a simple dock sytem but quickly changed our minds and starting looking at benches, chairs, table with umbrella, kayak or paddle board and other items that would give us more use of the dock and still keep a reasonable pricing. The items fasten on the outside of the docks suspended over the water so that you still have room to be able to walk by on the dock itself. They also have a number of different decking designs to look at so you can pick one that matches to your landscape. Bryce is very knowable on the product, showed us lots of options for future expansions and no high pressure sales!
I definitely recommend talking to Bryce for your docking needs.

Another fantastic customer service experience from the parts department (thanks Matt) at Martin Motorsports Calgary. Came through to help me out in a bind with a damaged prop. Highly recommend.

I think all I need to say is I travel 3 hours, passing probably 10 other boat shops to deal with these guys. Awesome!

Great service completed in a timely fashion! I was having some trouble with my trailer lights when I came to pick up, and they were helpful in troubleshooting, even on a Friday before the long weekend. I would highly recommend to anyone requiring service for their boat or trailer.

These folks run their business the way things are supposed to be done. Courteous, patient, do what they say they will do and above all honest. My wife and I looked at several different boat dealers when looking for a new surf boat and landed at Martin Motor Sports (Calgary). We have received exceptional customer care from Kevin Kolbe both when purchasing and after purchase. Kevin clearly knew the product (Moomba) and provided an extensive education to us to assist us in making our decision, was very responsive to our questions, and went the extra mile in ensuring we settled on the boat that was right for us.
Purchased in the winter, when ready, the team at Martin had the water testing done and Kevin then took my wife and I out to ensure we knew what we were doing. This second water test revealed a small leak and the team at Martin again, went above and beyond bringing out the shop foreman Brandon Gelinas to repair the boat onsite. Brandon was able to identify the issue (and explain it to me) and had parts brought out to facilitate a fix. Despite taking a few unplanned hours out his day, Brandon ensured the fix was done properly and efficiently.
Both Kevin and Brandon (and their teams) have been exceptional before, during and after purchase which is what great customer service should be. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and would certainly return as a customer.

I want to thank Matt in the Calgary parts department for the excellent service through out the last couple months. I was doing some extensive repairs on my ‘92 Bayliner to get it ready for the season and every time I needed another batch of parts he was able to find me the correct parts, in a timely fashion, and at great prices. Thanks Matt! I would recommend Martin Motorsports to everyone that owns a boat!

My wife and I purchased 2 Vamoose Ranger ST e bikes on June 9th 2023. Matt was very attentive and answered all our questions. Very thorough about us getting to know everything about the bikes. Thanks Matt. Patrick found a problem and wouldn't release the bike to me until everything was right. They both stayed til 5: 30 PM which we found really great. We were never rushed. Keep up the wonderful service, Matt and Patrick.

Earlier this month when we decided to sell out boat we contacted Martin Sport for detailing and were connected with Wesley. Wesley was incredibly helpful and the job they did was Fantastic and worth every cent. They even took the additional time to correct any blemishes. He was professional and a pleasure to deal with. The job was done as promised and exceeded our expectations.

I made a mistake, and I am not too big to admit it….

I had strayed while out of Calgary for some audio accessories for my boat, and when I reached out to the parts team and my sales rep (Matt and Bryce) and was advised they not only had what I was looking at, they were much much cheaper, I felt a little ashamed for looking elsewhere, but that shame quickly faded and was replaced by the knowledge that this team always has my back!

Thanks to everyone at Martin Motorsports in Calgary who always knock it out of the park for me!

The price of our boat and knowledge of the staff and great friendly service will keep me coming back
