These guys went way out of their way to help me. I had a problem with the helmet I bought that wasn’t their fault and they were super responsive and helped me figure it out. It was easy to contact them and they got right back to me. This is how online sales should be done

I highly recommend staying clear of the service department. First of all they are very hard to get ahold of and they DO NOT return phone calls. I had my boat in there three time and they were never able to fix it. First two times I had it in there they threw random parts in it and said it will be good. Immediately threw a check engine light after both times. Took it back for the third time because they were going to “make it right” and they said there was nothing wrong with it and tried to charge me 4 hours for something they claimed was fine. Again CEL came after that aswell. Wasted money on unnecessary parts and unnecessary labour.

Boat didn’t come as ordered. Martin was great to deal with the issue. They made it right. Fabulous services department

Davis was great through the whole process. Was not pushy, was genuinely concerned with what we needed for a boat and not what he had in stock! He spent way more time with us than necessary im sure and it was greatly appreciated.

Christine in finance and Zack were amazing. I called about a 2023 2up Can-am 850 and a covered trailer well on vacation and it happened that they didn't have it so came in to looking at the one without the 2up and was going to wait for the shipment to come and seen the 1000 2up in satin grey colour and the trailer so my spouse and I ended up getting it. They answered all our questions and there was no pressure at all from them. I would recommend them 100%

I recently bought a new crestliner fish hawk from the dealership. Few things to highlight, the saleswoman I dealt with through out this purchase her name was Alex and she was absolutely amazing. She was so accommodating and worked with me under a tight time line from which I wanted possession of the boat before a long weekend. Overall dealing it was one of the best prices I have seen on these boats in 2023 no complaints there. The only issues I really have and I don’t fault Edmonton west for this that’s why you won’t see it in my overall rating, as this boat was transferred from Kelowna dealership. They could use some work, the boat showed up overall very dirty in the interior with metal shavings everywhere from installs and some scuffs and scratches on the paint. Edmonton did not have time to correct this as the boat literally showed up at the dealership and I picked it up under a hour later. Overall Edmonton A+ No complaints! Don’t think I would get another boat from transferred from Kelowna though.

MMS has met all our expectations with any of our dealings whether it was purchasing a new product, Service or warranty.

Gave a deposit for them to order us a new sea doo last year, took our money but did not ever order the seafood. Not very happy

We had some damage to it and where not sure if it would be ready for our family too enjoy but with the help of trevor and sarah in service they where able to keep us updated and informed with what was happening with our boat and how far away we it was going to be from being completed. They where both supportive and friendly and where able to answer all of our questions and even give suggestions on what we should do. Barry in service was so great. He reassured me on the phone, and then did his best to help us get our boat fixed as soon as possible. He explained everything so I felt confident, and most importantly I didn’t feel like he was trying to book services that weren’t required.

The knowledge and professionalism of the Martin Motorpsorts team is nothing short of exceptional. Everytime I go in the shop I am treated with respect and part of the family. I recently purchased another boat from Martin Motorpsorts in West Edmonton and Mar, Sean and Cole were amazing to deal with. They aren;t trying to hard sell and are very honest in what they communicate. I highly recommend you meet with this team if you are looking at purchasing a boat. On another note, I never thought I would move away from Mastercraft, but the Supra boat is incredible and in my opinion has advanced significantly beyond the Mastercraft in technology, stoarge, fit, and finish. We find the surf wake much better as well. You can't go wrong dealing with the team at West Edmonton Martin Motorsports or by buying a Supra! This testimonial was unsolicited and written because our family was so impressed by the experience.

If they make an error on your address or can't find it instead of leaving the package at the closest Canada Post, or calling you with the phone number you provided, the package is sent back to them and you will need to pay the shipping cost twice to get it shipped again. That's without counting the frustration that 2/3 of the summer passed by before I received the package.

It is so frustrating dealing with these guys. They are not willing to help, they won’t answer questions.just frustrating and Useless. We drove over an hour and bought a starter off them for our boat which we asked them about to see if it was the correct one, even sent them pictures of the old starter and they said “yep this is for sure right” wrong. So, we drive another hour to take it in to return it, and nope.they wouldn’t return it unless they had the same debit card we used. So next day, we brought in the right card and buddy basically says “you gave us the part number, it’s your problem” even though we didn’t give them a part number, and didn’t want to let us return it. Finally they let us return it. But Definitely won’t be going there for the correct starter. What a headache.

This is our second boat we have purchased from here, first a Master-craft, now years later a Moomba.
All I can say is Davis is amazing! He is super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful & an all around amazing human being.
Allison in the finance department was also fantastic!
