Martindale Pharmacy #3

I was there to picking my medicine which I was taking every month from another pharmacy. The price was too much high here. I was shocked to hear. I asked her ‘ why price is too much different for the same medicine? But there is satisfying answer. Just she said every pharmacy is different. First I thought I will not take this medicine but I took because I feel it will gone waste because it prepared on order.
But price difference is huge. And this medicine valid for 30 days and I got call after 3 days they prepared medicine so already 27 days left and 3 days waste.this is not our pharmacy anymore.

I would give them negative rating (star) if I could. The behavior of the counter staff was so awful. She just gave me raapid test kids without any instructions and when I start testing of my daughter she suddenly came and instruct to perform covid testing out the hospital.

I switched my pharmacy from one next my doctor's office to Martindale on 6004 Country Hills a few months ago. My records were transferred efficiently and I have been satisfied with all the prescriptions that have been filled out in the last months. The pharmacists and the staff have been warm and and I have been given good explanations about the use of medications. I look forward to using the pharmacy for my prescription as well as out of counter medications as long as I am in the area and, indeed, in Calgary. I thank the entire staff at the pharmacy for their extraordinary service.

ZERO rating for this location. Worst customer service and worst staff ever! I dropped off my prescription before 4 pm today. The lady told me to sit down and wait 15 minutes. I told her i will come back later. I came after 6 pm and i was told it was not ready and wait 15 minutes. I told them its more than 2 hours ago and still not ready. I was fuming mad because they want me to wait again! I told them they have so much time since i dropped off the prescription. The lady told me i dont have any insurance and they dont have my record. And thats the reason it was not prepared. I got even more mad because i have a record with them and picked up same medicine a month ago. Then the guy said it was the internet. Wow, so many different excuses. I told them i need to take that medicine right away. She asked me to sit down and wait. I said NO! I dont want to wait! So I just stood at the counter and they hand out the medicine in 3 minutes. Horrible staff in this location! Horrible experience fornthe second time. No apologies, more excuses!

You show up thinking you will be served or at least someone will acknowledge you.they ignored me for 20 minutes. Horrible service here. Don't go here. Not worth it. You can go somewhere else and be happy with the service. Run away. Run away.

I honestly don’t know how these people are behind the counter.and to think you’d trust them for these types of services as they are very unprofessional and uncivilized.

I absolutely dread going to this pharmacy. When I picked up my prescriptions they would tell me to call ahead, so I would, but they never answer then get mad when you get there and say well you’re supposed to call ahead.
They literally look at you almost with disgust in their eyes when picking up, I’ve never met such an unfriendly group of women. I have no choice but to pick up my parcels there, but If you’re looking for a professional, friendly place to pick up your prescriptions, this isn’t it.
They really need to brush up on some basic customer service skills, better yet just some human decency.

I would give a zero star if I could, I dropped off my prescription and they said it’s a 20 minute wait I sat and waited 20 minutes and stood in line and waited another 20 minutes. When it was finally my turn they wouldn’t find my receipt job paper for 5 minutes because they don’t communicate with each other and the lady before didn’t tell her where she put the paper. Then finally she figured out my prescription has been ready this entire time and never called my name. It’s time to pay and she only has one of my medications and not the other. Then made me wait 10 minutes again to go print and Copy of the paper. They are very under qualified for this job and they don’t know how to communicate with each other or us. They clearly should not have this job. Very very horrible experience. I would never go back here and would never recommend anyone going.

This pharmacy is super bad, I went there twice both times super bad experience, this place should be the last one to visit.
