We were told they offered a FREE assessment and that that is what we would receive. We had previously had a different plumber come to jet out our septic field lines and were told by them that we needed a new septic field, as the jetting did nothing. We asked Marvelous to come out for a second opinion. We explained the situation and gave a detailed explanation of what the previous plumber had done in their attempt to rectify our field issue. Instead of bringing a camera to properly assess the situation, they forgot it, and instead put down an auger to do exactly what the last plumber did. They then charged us mileage, time and use of the auger which amounted to nearly $400. Pretty far off from the stated "FREE ASSESSMENT". I was told I had to pay right then and there and, since it wasn't the manager I was dealing with, I just paid it and figured I would speak directly to the manger to inquire as to why I was being charged. I sent an email explaining the situation on Aug 10th, the manager messaged me back Aug 11 saying "Don't worry about paying it" not realizing I already paid. I wrote back Sept 6 informing him of this and asking for it to be refunded to my CC. No answer. I message back Sept 11 and even offered to pay for the mileage to cover some of their costs and have the remainder refunded. No answer. I message back Oct 12. No answer. It seems that once he realized the bill had already been paid customer service and accountability went right out the window.

Oct 31 - still have not heard anything even after being told I'd be contacted.

Dylan serviced our heating and A/C heat pump questions and concerns.

Great experience! Dylan took the time to explain features and benefits of the system that is new to us, in our new home.

Guys were great! We had a water heater installed in September, and were having some issues with hot water. They cleaned out the water heater and we have tons of hot water. Took pics, told us everything that was going on, were very friendly with our dog! Great guys and great service!

I phoned Marvelous Plumbing early (8: 00) am as the furnace was not putting out any heat. This was an emergency call, & the service tech was here by 10: 00 am. Problem was found very quickly, & they had us up & running. Excellent service.

Have a house with an older furnace they came in and fixed what needed to be fixed were very great priced did not pressure me in any way. Little while later had issue with the hot water heater and they were just perfect again outstanding company outstanding employees.

My call to MP was answered on the second ring and non-emergent service was booked for three hours after my call. Michael from MP was on time, very professional and was able to solve my drainage issue quickly and efficiently. I recommend MP for your plumbing needs.:)

We had Marvelous and their team out here to replace our 1980’a furnaces and an air conditioner. These men were always on time, quick to answer my calls and completed all the work in a timely fashion and always cleaned up after themselves. We have 3 kids and they always treated my kids and myself with the most respect. I will recommend Marvelous and there men to all of my friends and family. We will be sure to call these guys if we need to have any other projects completed. They went above and beyond to help with all our questions and for the first time in 4 years we actually figured out our septic issue! Top notch men that know what they are doing. I had a plumbing issue in my basement and decided to call Marvelous Plumbing. From start to finish this company was incredible to deal with. I was going on holidays the next day so my issue needed to be dealt with pretty fast. Right from the second Marvelous pick up the phone they were very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Michael Peters was the plumber that was sent out to the call. His communication was great before he got there, he was on time and also very knowledgeable. Michael deal with my issue quickly and efficiently. He gave me some tips moving forward on what I should do to prevent my issue from happening again. I am very pleased with the service throughout the whole process. I would recommend Marvelous and Michael Peters to anyone with a plumbing issue!

After trying to get another company without showing up, I called Marvelous. They came and did the smaller job, no complaints. Dylan & Tony were very polite and professional. Replaced my shower tap and toilet and even fixed a couple would be problems in the future we were unaware of. Would recommend.

We had a kitchen faucet installed including having to have the pipes underneath shortened. The communication about when they were coming was excellent and they did a great job. They had all the parts needed available so it was done quickly

Replaced 40 Gal old water tank with new 50 Gal tank. Professional, clean, friendly and timely. Start to finish about 2 hrs and not a single piece of clean up left behind. Thx guys. I will recommend to anyone in need.

My AC unit wouldn't turn on, so I called in the morning and was able to get same day service within a few hours. He was quick and did excellent work! Adding more - I called Marvelous again for some kitchen sink issues and again extremely knowledgeable and friendly!

We had a water leak in our tub/shower and Mike repaired it for us. Was very informative in explaining the problem and replaced the faucet system with one of better quality. He also helped remove some shelving from a closet and cut a hole so it was easier to get to the bathtub plumbing. We would certainly call them again for any plumbing problems.

Thanks Craig for coming late and hooking up the new hot water tank, it will be nice to have a hot shower.

super super quiet, it was a big job and lots of stuff had to be custom fit it's a brand new room. The owners and staff were very helpful and friendly and left the job site cleaner then it was when they showed up. Thank you again.

I think if I could give them 0 stars I would. Where to begin? I had them come to swap out my hot water tank for a tankless about a year and a half ago. They billed me for the install and proper permits (as expected). However, I recently found out through the city, permits were never pulled. Around 6 months later I had them come back in to install a garage heater. Again, I was billed for pulling permits, and again, no permits were pulled.
When the city found out that they hadn't got proper permits, they called marvelous to confront them about it. A few days later, I got a call from marvelous apologizing and saying they would take care of it.
Months later now, I went downtown to get a permit to finish my basement, only to find out, I had an outstanding plumbing permit on my basement. So apparently, they paid for the permit, and then never had it inspected or signed off. So I ended up having to coordinate with the city and have things signed off, before they would give me my other permits.
If you have used marvelous to do work for you, I would recommend double checking with the city to make sure the proper permits were actually pulled. For it to happen once, I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. But this is 3 times now, just for us.
When the city inspector showed up today, he said only the garage heater was on the permit, so they never ended up getting a permit for the water heater. He also said that this was not the first time he has had to deal with marvelous plumbing and heating not pulling permits, and was getting fed up with it. In addition, the garage heater they installed was an old model, according to the city inspector, and I was under the impression I was getting a new model. So they likely overcharged me for that as well.
The long and short of it is, I can not, in good conscience, recommend them to anyone, and will not be using them for any of my futilure plumbing and heating needs.

Dwayne and helper they were both Friendly, quick and efficient at their job with a very fair price. They installed a Vanity and toilet and shower head. Very happy with the work.

Marvelous plumbing was very responsive. They scheduled an appointment within 2 business days. The office was great to communicate with, I was kept informed at every step. The plumber arrived promptly. He replaced our outdoor water taps and had us up and running again very efficiently. He was very courteous and removed his shoes whenever he had to enter the house. I appreciate this consideration.

Marvelous was quick to respond fixed the problem very quickly. He was friendly and informative the entire time. Definitely recommend

We had our toilet leak fixed. Had the bolts holding the tank to the bowl plus the seal replaced. The fill valve and flapper were replaced also since they were in bad shape. I have used Marvelous Plumbing before and was pleased with their work. I would recommend them for all your plumbing and heating needs.

I found the service to be very poor as the gentlemen that showed up didn't do a thing. He was told I was having a high humidity issue, after the issue was explained, he proceeds to says that the humidifier was working. This was wasn't even plugged in which was explained. If he took the time to listen he would've of not wasted my time, with telling me something that was already explained to him. Then he proceeds with I don't know ill have to discuss with my boss and have him call you, surprise a week later and nothing. Then surprise they sent me a bill one week later, for the 10min that solved nothing. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

They went above and beyond, answered any questions I had and fixed the toilets in my house as they were not properly installed when the previous house owner redid the flooring in the bathrooms this had caused a leak and damage to the home and they figured it out right away and got everything fixed and cleaned up right away. Would highly recommend them.

Simple fix but at midnight they really saved the day when our furnace fired back up! Thank you!

Craig was great to deal with and went above and beyond to get my hot water system replaced and back to working operation in a matter of a couple of days. Financing was easy and took no time at all to set up. Easily answered all my questions. Will definitely be using them again in the future!

Showed up Sat.morning, replaced cut-off valve on toilet, replaced tank bolts and gaskets, all in less than 1 hour. Completely satisfied with the work done.

Craig - this is Chad. I wanted to address your lies on your response to my review. Number 1 you have had my phone # and have called me on the same a few times to discuss my bill. Number 2 I watched you write my number down when I came to see you in the parking lot at TD bank so we could reach an agreement on your bill. Number 3 I paid Bruce’s Sewer service to fix my dishwasher and I watched him drive the screws up which you staff said they did and obviously lied as it took him about 5 minutes to fix. As stated I wanted you out of my life so I paid your bill that you failed to address for two years. Despite the acrimony of our relationship I do wish you the best moving forward but you really should take some accountability for the poor performance here.

I had Troy come out to the farm to work on my furnace and he was awesome. Super knowledgeable, friendly and went above and beyond the most basic fix. I appreciate that alot. Trying to get ahold of Marvelous as a whole was difficult. I understand everyone is busy, so just understand you might have to wait awhile even though they are 24hr. Overall I would recommend and if I need future work I will use them again.

Not happy with my experience. Essentially paid for service I did not receive installing a dishwasher and the people that came by also damaged my brand new stovetop installing a hood fan. I did not pay for my bill for quite some time and had to end up tracking the owner down in a parking lot which we agreed that I would pay if he at least fixed the dishwasher install. Never heard back from him and ended up paying another plumber to install the dishwasher properly. He called me as he became aware the bill was outstanding for almost two years. The thing that makes me angry is he did not call me to settle things up or to make sure I was actually happy as a customer but only called to get me to pay. I paid my bill to get this guy out of my life. Never again will I use this company.

We used Marvelous Plumbing and Heating for the first time recently on two occasions. The first was to replace an outdoor frost free tap which was leaking and the second to install a dishwasher. On both occasions the service was excellent. It was prompt absolutely on time. Dwayne was friendly, excellent, knowledgeable and reliable. The fee wasreasonable as well. I highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to hire them again.

We have used this company several times for different services and they definitely go out of their way to provide you with excellent service. The owner of this business went out of his way to help us with a heating issue coming back and staying for an hour just to make sure our furnace worked properly. Staff are excellent. Had water heater tank replaced and used the Snap finance which easy and quick. Craig helped me through the process and able to get heater changed out the same day. Got a new hot water tank, and fabulous on-site service from Ian. Appreciated Craig following up as well with a phone call. I've got hot water and I'm happy. Will use them again if I need a plumber.

Five days After installation of AC it stopped working. They came back and then it started working again.he said it was my filter my thermostat, didn't have my vents opened right and I had left the basement door opened when I went down that was a problem.
Never had a problem when my old ac was in.
Three of my grandkids were there and when he left they were upset at how rude he had been.
The AC worked for about a month then it quit and then it started working then about 3 weeks it quit again. Each time I text and informed him. He told me it was my thermostat not his equipment meaning the AC unit.
The thermostat was changed and it still didnt work.
When I told him he asked what it was that I wanted him to do.
By this time my frustration level was bad. I was very convinced that there was a problem with the AC. He then said it could be something in the furnace.
I then called another company who came opened it up checked to see if there was power to find the fan control cracked.
Replaced it and now it works.
They have lousy customer service.

We had the unfortunate luck of having our furnace die on us our first day in our new house. Craig and his guys were there right away providing Us with every possible option for repair and educating us on the pricing between a new furnace or the repair, upon even further inspection it was clear a new furnace was the best solution. The team was their the next morning and worked very hard to install the new unit and bring the previous workmanship up to proper code. I can’t say enough good about the quality of workmanship and professionalism Craig, Shane and Dwayne showed towards us while installing our new furnace. Would highly recommend Marvellous plumbing and heating!

Marvelous Plumbing and Heating are a top shelf company. We had our A/C, furnace and hot water tank all replaced and upgraded this year. They were professional, thorough and had excellent workmanship! I would highly recommend them!
