Mary Brown's Chicken

As with many reviews. The drive thru was exceptionally slow. Most Mary brown locations don't have this issue. The person over the phone was also fairly rude and generally the location seems unprepared.

Mary browns overall is dope, but man this location needs alot of work.

Don't go to this location. Today they offered a $6 Deal but were short of staff and people were in lineups for 40 minutes in the drive-through. They do the same on Big Mary days. Worst service with low-quality food. Other locations are better

I was overcharged on big Mary Mondays, because the employee didn't know how to work the till properly. I ordered a buffalo big mary combo with poutine instead of fries. I was charged $19.50 for this on big mary monday. The employee also had a terrible attitude and kept walking away from the till while I was trying to order.

When I received my order, the sandwich was regular, when I ordered a Buffalo sandwich. The poutine was cold gravy dumped over hot fries, which just made a lukewarm slop. When I requested a new poutine, the employee microwaved it and gave the same poutine back. When i asked for a refund, I was refunded $4.50 for the poutine. This means I paid $15 for a single sandwich and can of pop on big mary Mondays.

I guess maybe I had to pay extra for the extra attitude the employee was throwing around?

What a joke of an establishment!

Horrible customer service. Arrogant and stuck up employees who don’t care about customers. Rude attitude and gives you looks because you coming to the store is a problem for them. Go else where. Food was stale and cold, wedges were dried out from re frying. Avoid disappointment

Tried this place acouple of times so far its been great.food was good and location is always clean.

The chicken strip looks nothing to do with mary browns tast. I can feel the old oil that cooked with I paid 35$ today around 2pm and we ended up eating something als as my kids refused to eat.

Food is exceptional every single time. Quick, always fresh, tastes delicious.

The service, not so great. In recent times, I have experienced errors at the drive thru which were acknowledged but very inconvenient.

The hours on Google are sometimes wrong, which led my friend and I to go there just before 9pm. We arrived, ordered, sat and began to eat, we were then told we would need to leave as they were closing. Confused and half way thru our meals we checked Google and the website which said 10pm. We ate what we could and dumped the rest. Not at all cool! At least tell us as we order not while we eat!

Terrible customer service made me wait 15 min to get a refund on a total botched order. I paid credit card. They returned the funds "cash" all in loonies because they has no cash and didn't know how to do a debit refund. Total waste of time. Goto Ellerslie location if you want good service

I ordered a regular sandwich. He asked me twice if I wanted spicy or regular. I said regular, my kid can not eat spicy.
What did I get? Spicy. Are you serious? I had to throw that whole thing away. Waste of money and time.
Don't go here, unless you enjoy getting something completely different.

Love this Mary browns to death. I cannot express how much I love this location. For a multitude of reasons.

The staff is absolutely phenomenal, always kind and courteous and speedy and extremely professional. The chicken is Halal which is amazing!
The chicken always tastes great. Succulent, not dry either.

They are top notch. Highly recommend them for very fast tasty tasty tasty food

Garbage quality. Chicken was clearly not fresh and super dry. Asked for dark meat only but said they couldn't. Was willing to pay extra as the website offers but they wouldn't accommodate. Taters were also dry and looked like scraps. The only thing that was decent was the gravy. Will never order here again!

I actually love the chicken at Mary Brown’s. My only complaint is that I always order a 2-piece chicken meal but I always get charged the 3-piece meal. First time I let it go, second time must be a honest mistake, but 3rd or 4th time? ! How can you confuse two from three. Hate to be that person who has to ask for the receipt every single time because I don’t trust that I’m being charged correctly. It’s only a matter of a few dollars more so I don’t care, but it’s about principles.

Being in a "upper class" area I thought this Mary Browns would be better than the one in millwoods, boy was I wrong.the size difference of the big Mary's is laughable. This looked like a junior chicken compared to what I usually get in millwoods.

Chicken are amazingly good. Best fried chicken in Canada. They can keep the chicken in very hot temperature but not overcook at all! The staffs paid attention in details. They gave us two box for sharing without requesting them. So good.

Good location but small space! Good food quality and tasty chicken but i was disappointed that i had to wait 25 min for my food to be ready! Very slow service!
