I have been to this massage place a few times and Chris has been taking good care of me. Very professional respectful and cool at the same time. I deeply appreciate you, you're the reason why people like me keep coming back very excellent job.

I had some concerns about my experience at this location. However, the manager was quick to respond and resolve these issues.

I had massage with Marian, she was really good and professional. The girls at front desk were very nice and have an amazing customer service! We Will be coming back.

Chris was very informative taking interest in my health. Excellent service, highly recommended.

The clinic is clean, all staff were polite, booked a 60min cupping therapeutic massage ‍️ it was so worth it and i felt great after. I was seen by Mikaela she was professional and had great pressure!

Mikhala is fantastic! I verge on needing deep tissue but I booked a therapeutic massage with cupping and asked her not to be shy with pressure. I can't tell you how much better I feel! Can't wait to go back thanks Mikhala!

The best massage I’ve ever had! Logan is a skilled massage therapist who’s professional and knowledgeable. I will be a regular client.

This location has gone downhill this past year. The owner does not know how to manage a company and treat staff and RMTs properly. All of his good RMTs have left and found other employment in Airdrie. Lia and Kayla have been wonderful to deal with and I feel sorry for the abuse they put up with EVERY SINGLE SHIFT without any support from the owner all while they are following the rules he has put in place. I had signed a one year contract for $80 massages once per
month and he increased the price to $90 and charged my insurance without advising me of same. None of the RMTs left compare to Chanel and Gisselle yet he is charging more! There are many other great places in town where you can find good RMTs and where management cares and making changes so customers and staff are both happy.

The clinic had a welcoming reception area. The soft music added to the ambiance. Ryan, my massage therapist, did a great job working out the knots.

Fantastic massage and got an appt the next day. Super friendly, Great atmosphere and Mikaela knows her stuff. Massage addict is my new clinic for massage therapy

My husband & I have had two massages thus far and both were just fabulous, feeling better every visit. We, have had amazing experience in New Zealand with acupuncture, cupping & Bloodletting, so I had my 1st appointment yesterday for acupuncture & cupping, it was so amazing & I can not wait to have my next appointment.
The facility has an amazing warm welcoming feeling as well as the staff.
I always comment about customer service because it’s the most important part of any business, without top notch over the top customer service, you won’t have customers. Massage Addict will never have a shortage of customers with their service they deliver.

I would highly recommend the Massage Addict as the “best place” in Airdrie for a perfect massage and a chiropractic treatment which you won’t receive anywhere else.
Riley, is truly a master at the art of massage. And I can’t exclaim enough about the absolute precise chiropractic treat you receive when Dr. Kevin Tse adjusts.

This was my first ever massage and it was great! The massage felt pretty good in the moment but what really surprised me is how much better I felt after. The massage made a chronic complaint of mine feel much better after and they gave me some exercises to do that will help address the cause of the complaint.

Had the most incredible deep tissue massage today by Riley. Thank you so much. Will definitely be back for another soon!

Amazing! I love how they sit you down ask your problem areas and then educate after the massage on how to help continuously progress your problem. It's close to home. Prices are comparable to everywhere I've looked and they do direct billing! Very happy with my experience will definitely be returning.

Very nice and very clean facility. The staff are super Friendly and I felt comfortable from the minute I walked in. Hannah was very pleasant and I can't believe how much better I feel today after my first treatment. So glad I went. I waited far to long. Highly recommend this location.

Was not pleased with my experience with Airdire Massage Addict. I was looking forward to it as I heard amazing things about the calgary locations. But it was not overly inviting, the lady did not introduce herself to me, and did not explain the process (not expected but), then half way through my massage someone knocked on the door, and needed something from the room I was receiving my massage in.they smacked the cart they were trying to get out of the room off the bed- causing the whole bed to shake. Then afterward I had flipped over the lady was upset I did not mention I was sore from the gym.but again the beginning was not inviting nor did she ask any sort of questions. Will not be returning.

I had injured my knee a week or so ago and was in tremendous pain and very uncomfortable. I have had 3 therapeutic massage with Clement and am shocked how good my knee and leg feels! He is very respectful and listens to your concerns and truly cares about his work and helping people feel relief. He even went above and beyond by brushing up his knowledge about my injury and how to further help me recover. I would highly recommend Clement

Being a "massage addict" myself, I have high expectations for the level of service I receive from massage clinics and let me tell you Massage Addict Airdrie exceeds my expectations. The facility is clean, staff is friendly and the treatment is fantastic. I am one who prefers a deep tissue for muscle pain; I've been to two different RMT's who have providing the exact massage I was looking for. Also, really enjoyed the recommended stretches I was provide to help prevent future pain.

Dr Kevin the Chiro was amazing. I popped in last minute to fix a sore back. I'm currently in AB but live in SK. He fixed it right away and helped me continue to enjoy my holidays!

I saw Jeremy for a deep tissue massage and he was super friendly and had perfect, deep pressure. I had been putting up with pain for awhile and feel like a new person! The lady at the front was very knowledgeable and friendly as well. Beautiful clinic. I will be back again:)

Highly recommend this place! I have been experiencing some serious neck and back pain. I went in and saw Cindy, one of the massage therapists, and she was amazing! Very professional and extremely kind! She took the time to go through some extra stretches to help with the pain Ive been having. Will defiantly be booking with her again! The staff are very friendly and accommodating!

Came here on recommendation from a family member to go see Rachael and wow. I have had many massages from many places and let me tell you. She is the best! She knows EXACTLY where I’m needing extra attention and her pressure is just so spot on. This clinic is a little bit of a drive for me but I find it so worth it. Do yourself and your body a favour. Go see her! The only thing that I don’t like though is how they auto prompt for tips. I normally go to sports clinics for massages and the option to tip isn’t even a thing.

My therapist Hannah was amazing. She is really helped with the specific issues I was having. Cannot wait to rebooked to see her again. I Highly recommend Hannah.

Hannah was my RMT. She discussed what kind of treatment I needed. And made sure the pressure was at a level I wanted. The counter staff were quite pleasant as well.

Booking the appointment online was a breeze. Their shop was clean and cozy, the receptionist was kind and curtious. Hannah my RMT worked wonders, I've been having the same back issues for a while and she really helped with the tension. She also gave me helpful stretches to do afterwards as this is an ongoing issue with my back. I've already booked my next appointment for next week and am looking forward to it immensely. I 100% reccomend them as they can do same day appointments but call or log in early cause they book up fast and I can see why.

Amazing staff who provided an amazing experience. Nida is always such a pleasure to communicate with and always so welcoming when I arrive. Gisele has been wonderful - she helped me alleviate so much stress through this pandemic and work out a knot that has been there since before the kids came along. I highly recommend!

Massage addict was fantastic, Jeremey took treatment to a whole another level- I injured my lower back. With the heated towels, (to relieve the inflamed area). Precise pressure points, attention to inflamed muscles and assisted stretching to relieve aggravated muscles.was great, I would recommend massage addict to any one. Also with the online application (for benefits) was so easy.

I had an excellent experience at Massage Addict. The massage was top notch and the customer service was also great.
I had been put on a waitlist to get in with Chanel (whom I DEFINITELY recommend) and I let them know I wasn't able to come in before 4: 30 bc of work. They had a cancellation and were able to get me in within a couple hours.

The Front desk receptionist (forgot her name) and Gisele are amazing. The interaction with the front desk girl was phenomenal. She was very welcoming. Gisele is great, I highly recommend her. She knows exactly where my Triggers and relived my pain.

My husband and I absolutely love Jeremy. He is the best massage therapist we have ever had. He cares about his job and his clients I can’t say enough about him. We both highly recommend him!

I've used Massage Addict twice now in the last few weeks and have been very pleased with the quality of massage. Gisele and Jeremy are quite good. Gisele's was more of a relaxation massage while Jeremy's was more of a deep tissue massage. I was able to book in the same day or a day before the massage which was great. I would recommend using Massage Addict if you're looking to get in for a quality massage on short notice.

Fantastic massage by Rachel! This place is beautiful inside and they offer direct billing! Use up those benefits before the year is done. My months of sitting, riding from home, doing zoom calls have done damage to my shoulders and back. Thankfully Rachel is helping me get that fixed. I'm going back in a couple of weeks

My wife booked me a massage today with Massage Addict, awesome experience. Very clean front lobby area, helpful staff. Gisele gave me my massage, she was great. I would absolutely ask for her again. Clean comfortable massage tables and very calm and quiet atmosphere.

Showed up early for my first appointment. Which was at 5: 15pm. I waited patiently. At 5: 14 the lady at the desk said I’m sorry but the man who’s supposed to be doing your massage is having car problem and won’t be able to make it. I believe if someone is having car problems they should know sooner then when the appointment is booked for. Absolutely horrible first experience. I suggest if you have a busy schedule book elsewhere that way your time won’t be wasted.

I absolutely love this place! I used to go into Calgary for my massages but decided to try this place since it's closer, direct bills and they had a special price for your first visit. So far I've seen Gisele and Symphony and I love them both. Everyone is very friendly and professional as well. I HIGHLY recommend them!

Enjoyed my deep tissue massage today from Loretta. Would've gave 5 stars if only it weren't for the background noise and music. Rooms aren't very sound proofed so you can hear doors shutting and people moving through hallway often. The music the studio played was very cheesy piano songs which took away from the experience.
