Great place for a massage. Convenient location and great staff. Mary Grace really takes the time to understand what you need worked on. She has great deep pressure. But can adjust, depending on your preferences. Highly recommend her skilled hands for your aches and concerns.

It’s my first time with Analiza and her massage was amazing and the best massage i’ve ever experience. She combined different techniques but my favourite is the combination between Thai and Massage. Its such a great place to be there with lovely and kind people around you. I have been using their service from last year. All their staff is so professional and nice. Especially, both the lovely girls Kamal and Tia, they are important enough to be noticed. Perfect customer service by them is really appriciable. I am 57 ryt now after spending a whole month dealing with workers and handling all the work load, i really enjoy to visit such a gorgeous place.

This location has the best front desk staff! Everytime I come in for a massage, they always greet me very kindly and help me with whatever they need help with! Thanks so much for keeping it all together! I highly recommend this location!

Administrative staff is rude. I was with Massage Therapist for four years, made up missed appointments and was low maintenance as a patient. Had a healthy relationship with my massage therapist and sent new business to the establishment. Received an email about billing and instead of respectfully seeking to correct it this individual needed to assert some type of dominance and was accusatory and disrespectful. A mistake or oversight on the part of staff is not a me issue. Offering staff discount for a session does not compensate for the disrespect. Administrators need to learn to apologize when their incompetence and ego leads them to lash out at clients that have causes no trouble, attended their appointments, and paid on time. This one email chain ended a 4 year working relationship. I might be in pain but not enough to return to an establishment that hires a**holes. This business has gone from franchise to corporate and I’ve been tolerant of the nonsense they had to work through; they could learn humility.

Had a great massage from Analiza today. She managed to work out some really tough knots and wasn't afraid to be a little rough with it to actually get some relief in there. It takes a lot of muscle and stamina to keep up that level of tension for an hour.
Will definitely plan to come back here again.

I've gone here a few times when my regular place is booked. Every time it is terrible, but every time I say I will try again with a different therapist. No more. Most recently, there was no bed warmer so I was freezing. The towel she used to wipe the oil off my back was so scratchy it hurt. And the massage was terrible. It was like being rubbed up and down (literally she rubbed all the way up my back and all the down over and over and over again) for the whole hour. A few times she pinched my shoulders once and then kept rubbing up and down. There was no technique.it was like being massaged by someone who has never gotten a massage and thinks this is what massage therapists do. Also her nails were very long and kept digging into me. I wanted to cut it short and leave but didn't want to be rude. Way too expensive for a terrible experience every time. The last 2 times both therapists were very unhappy there and it was super uncomfortable listening to them complain for the entire hour. I keep trying to give this place a chance, but it's just a waste of time and money every time. I do not suggest going here to anyone.

Mary Grace was AMAZING! We assessed my pain and she focused on my main areas of discomfort, she was super happy and had an amazing personality.will definitely book with her again!

I highly recommend this place especially Virginia Ubaldo as a massage therapist. She is exceptionally professional and amazing therapist. I had lots of previous experience but she is the best and every first timer should try her for a satisfaction guaranteed experience. My husband and I keep going back to Massages Addict Sunridge especially for Virginia Ubaldo.

I go once a month at least and I am never disappointed. I see Norman for massage and he is so amazing. I feel like a new person after! Reception is always so warm and welcoming. I've never had a bad experience in my time coming here. Don't think I'll ever go anywhere else.

First time going here and it was AMAZING. One of the best massages I have had in years. Gracie was wonderful! Place is clean and staff were friendly. I signed up for membership. Will definitely be back for another massage and may do all the other treatments there as well. Highly recommend!

It's my first time to book a massage appointment in this clinic and i highly recommend to go to this clinic and ask for Sarah Ayach she's definitely the one you looking for. I only complaint my back but she did a whole body massage. I will definitely come back here and she is a very nice lady. Love the reception as well.

If you have knots, tight muscles, or notice your body isn't like its supposed to be, I highly recommend going to see Walt. He is very good at his job, he reassures you and makes you feel comfortable when on the table. I needed a desperate massage, and I was shocked by his technique. After the massage was done it really felt like I could do 10 back flips. HIGHLY RECOMMEND WALT!

I've been here a few time for massages and its always been a good experience however the last time I went it was by far the best experience I've had yet I worked with Walt I've had some back pain for years and long term pain in my knees that has never gone away fully however I'm amazed to say I haven't had any muscle pain in quite a while thanks to Walt he has a great understanding of how muscles connect to the skeleton and where to Target I can't say the massage was painless however the pain was worth it to fix my long-term back and knee pain so I highly recommend going to see him if you work construction or regularly lift weights I need some help with fixing any damage you may have caused

This location is the worst place to get a massage ive ever been to, its dirty and disgusting, over work their staff, the pluming never seems to be working and under pay there staff, i only go there to see one therapist and they are gone, im telling all my friends and family to never go here again!

I saw Walt and he was AMAZING. Seriously the BEST therapist I’ve ever had. Extremely knowledgeable coupled with varying techniques to really work out the troubled areas.

My 18 year old Son, Connar was curious about massage. I suggested Massage Addicts because I heard great word of mouth. He had a Sweedish massage from RMT Amanda S. My son said she was very friendly, professional and patient as it was his first time. He came out raving about his experience and wants to sign up for one of their membership programs. He says he will be back and would highly recommend Massage Addicts and RMT Amanda S to anyone.

I booked a massage with Walt at this location about a month ago on a whim and was extremely happy with the experience and am very happy to have lucked out with a great therapist!
Walt is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, and takes the time to educate you about the techniques he uses and the root causes of the things he is treating/working on.
He is also a great communicator and is very sensitive and pro-active when it comes to your comfort level while being treated. He asked lots of questions to determine the best treatment, and frequently checked in to make sure I was comfortable with the pressure, draping, and technique/area being worked on.

I have chronic tightness and pain in my neck and back and have gone for frequent massages for years in order to get some relief, and have never felt better after a single session than I did after my first massage from Walt. Thank you for the great experience!

Some other notes on the clinic itself:

I felt that massage addict, as well as Walt himself, was responsible and safe when it came to COVID precautions.

This wasn't an issue for me but think it might be useful for others to know - they weren't able to direct bill my particular insurance (medavie blue cross). For me it wasn't an issue to get the receipt and submit it for reimbursement but I suggest checking with them in advance if you're concerned about direct billing.

One other bit of feedback is that I wish the website would allow you to book massages for longer than 1 hour! They were responsive and were able to book me in for 90 minutes by phone, but having that functionality on the website would be amazing and would simplify the process since I usually book 90 mins to 2 hours.

Andrea was so professional and has AMAZING bedside manners. She was so pleasant to talk to and made the experience at massage addict Sunridge SO worth it!
The receptionists were also very professional and friendly:)

Wanted to go back again and again, that's why I fill-up the membership form right away without second thought. I love the place it is very immaculate and relaxing reminded me of my favorite dental clinic in Vancouver Island and the RMT Andrea really amazed me with her great hands it was very light as light as feathers as if she didn't hold or touch you but she will massage you with a great pressures. I really love it. I will highly recommend it to all my friends and colleagues

I went to Massage Addict for the first time today. The RMT that did my massage is named Dean. He was AMAZING! He asked about my concerns, the pressure that I liked and then I just drifted off. I would recommend him. Next month when I am back in Calgary I will be booking an appointment.

Membership is a great deal because it is free to sign up, no hidden fees, just a commitment to come in for a treatment, once a month, in exchange for a discount for you and your family members.
Our Chiropractor Dr. Graeme, is a very nice gentleman to speak with and is highly skilled.
The quality of the Massage treatments given here are excellent and our Acupuncturist Dr. Wai Man (Mandy) Chueng is amazing, she originally practiced in Hong Kong and is a true doctor of Chinese medicine.
We also provide Reflexology and for those of you who have never experienced it we highly recommend booking in with Coreen, she is a veteran reflexologist and our clients love her treatments.
We strive to make our clinic as clean, safe, friendly and comfortable as possible and we are looking forward to continuing to provide a great service to our community!

My husband and I liked our massages here a lot. The facility and massage therapists are awesome! However, the guy at the front desk pushed their membership every time we were there. After a nice relaxing massage, I don’t have the energy to deal with that.

Mrs. Virginia is an amazing massage therapist who listens and helps huge amounts. I went to her with a shoulder concern and my inflammation + pain reduce hugely.

Update: Massage Addict reached out to me and provided me a complimentary massage due to the negative experience that I had. I was able to get a massage from Cheryl and it was honestly one of the best massages ive had! She made sure to focus and address any areas of concern including my neck and shoulders. She also worked on other areas and included warm towels during the massage. It was a great massage. She definitely changed my opinion on Massage Addict and I will definitely be returning! (:

Previous Review: Went in for a 60 minute, first time massage on November 14 with Clara. I was so excited for the appointment because I haven't had a massage in months and my neck was in a lot of pain. When we started the appointment, everything went good and it seemed like she paid attention to my neck pain. However, she worked on my neck while having me lay on my back. This didn't make the massage as effective because a lot of my pain was in my shoulders and lower neck area. When she told me to flip over, she told me we only had 7 minutes left in the massage. I was confused because I couldn't believe the massage was already over, considering I had been laying on my back the whole time. Then she quickly rubbed my back and sent me on my way. Didn't pay attention to any other problem areas I had pointed out on the form I filled prior to the massage. Once I got dressed and looked at the time, it had only been 35 minutes.she finished my 60 minute massage in 30 minutes and left the room. I was so disappointed. The $80 price point was the reason I booked, but I didn't realize that I wouldn't even receive my full massage. Whereas my partner who was also getting a massage at the same time came back after a full 60 minutes. Very frustrating for a first time experience.

I had a gentleman named Walter for my massage experience - it was the best massage of my life. He was very attentive and you could sense my his technique that he has very many years of experience. You can also tell by his queries to your pain level that he truly cares for the client. He definitely crossed his t’s and dotted his i’s for my massage experience. He even recommended me for an affordable product and not go for expensive products to help with my back pain. High recommend trying him on your first visit to this location!

I've been to other spa's but I felt like I wasn't getting what I paid for, more like a nap session. It was my first time coming to Massage Addicts and had Virginia as my massage therapist. She was great! Virginia used cupping techniques to release some pretty bad knots on my shoulders. Then proceeded to give me a deep tissue massage, afterwards I came out all relaxed!

I always go to this place for my lower back and right shoulder problems. I would highly recommend RMT Virginia as she knows where and how to find the problem spot. She's very professional and would make sure all the aches and muscles are well taken cared of. Keep up the good work!
