Purvi is AWESOME! One of the best massages of my life. She's very knowledgeable and great at what she does!

Great massage but the main reason for booking was the supposed direct billing to insurance. I had read previous reviews about this issue so called ahead to check and no problem was mentioned. It wasn't until AFTER my massage that the receptionist informed me that it hadn't processed and I needed to pay with a credit card. I haven't had this issue before in 7 Years so I'm not sure if this company poses an issue to insurers. Very disappointed as I'd liked to have returned for another massage. Paula was fantastic.

My go to massage clinic, clean and professional facility and very accommodating with any requests or appointment changes. Marlon, you're not allowed to retire!

Had to cancel my appointment today, as the receptionist was really rude. I'm sure the masseuse will be great but soon as you walk in, the receptionist should be welcoming.

Amazing second time experience. I loved this place and the massage they give - deep tissue. Recommended any time if you want a relaxed massage.

I enjoyed my deep tissue massage. I liked the fact that the masseuse always tries to understand my needs and helps to customize my massage to my needs is very important. She was very attentive, careful and ensured I was comfortable. I also like the membership idea, massages are $20 less when you join from the regular price. Nice environment, pleasant people.

They were late getting me in for my appointment (I arrived early). I was then told my massage would only be 45 minutes as I was late (I was sitting in the waiting room for 15 minutes). I'm sure I just got a bad massage therapist but she was rude and didn't seem to know what a deep tissue massage was. Unfortunate first experience at this location

Fairly good massage, I guess it just kinda feels like a massage factory in a way lol so many rooms but thats good for them, very clean and a nice massage

Was lucky enough to get a same day appointment with a horrible neck pain. Booked an hour session with Jennifer, she gave me some great tips on what to do later on, and really focused her time on the trouble areas. After the one hour session, I felt almost 100%! Obviously Jennifer did as much as she could, but I was very happy with the service that was provided. I would recommend Massage Addicts in Legacy without hesitation. Thanks again Jennifer!

Customer service is great, but i just wish they gave us a heads up that they didn't have the direct billing set up and the heated massage table before booking.

The massage was so bang on to what I needed. The staff is knowledgeable and so skillful at personalizing the session to what my problem areas were.will see you next week for sure for a hot stone massage.thank you so much

The receptionist is very nice very polite I think her name is Chloe if you have any problems you can always talk to her!

Overall Good Experience, Staff and management team were friendly and they know their work very well.
