I've been coming here for massages for a couple years now and I love it. I see Cindy every time and she is great about finding out what I need worked on and checks in regularly doing the massage to make sure the pressure is okay. The front staff are always friendly and welcoming and some of them know me by name now and are always quick to greet me when I come in the door. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have been enjoying massages at this location for almost a year now. I have experienced a variety of massages and therapists. What I have enjoyed most about each experience is how the therapist takes the time to listen to, understand and treat your most nagging issues. Front desk is always accommodating if I need to change appointments. It's easy to create and account and book appointments online as well.

People are certainly friendly, courteous.

I tried a new place only because I could not get into my regular place.

Not liking this place, my deep tissue was more like I need a tissue, because my back is still out of wack.

Absolutely no pain the next day, because the massage was not nearly as deep as I have experienced with other shops.

Oh well, I won't go back again.

The staff are very professional and amazing at what they do. I recently had a sore back, and after one treatment I felt so much better! I go at least once per month if not twice.

I see Mew every month and she's the best message therapist I've been to. She's very educated and well trained in her craft, she's so kind, and going to see her is like catching up with a friend. She goes through each muscle one by one and stretches you along the way. I suffer with migraines and she has been soooo helpful at keeping them to a minimum. The front end staff are professional, accommodating, and genuinely nice people. I've had nothing but excellent experiences and would highly recommend coming here for your massages. Thank you all!:)

I have been a client at the Sherwood Park Massage Addict for a about a year now. During this time, I have had nothing but issues with the admin desk. Each time I try to resolve one of the issues, no notes get put on my file, so the next visit goes the same.
Between the emails, the numerous telephone calls, being told they’re unable to put my blue cross claims through anymore as it “stopped working” and to submit it manually, and being treated like I’m nothing but an inconvenience when dealing with the admin staff, I’ve decided to leave my great massage therapist to find a massage clinic that actually cares about the people they serve and does what they say their going to do.
Janine, you are so wonderful and I’m truly sorry. It’s just become too stressful to come to this clinic anymore.

New to Sherwood Park. I have never actually attended this place. Made an appointment. Confirmed the appointment yesterday. Appointment was canceled today less than 3 hours from my appointment time. I understand people get sick. But not usually mid-day. Furthermore at my work when someone calls in sick another employee is typically called in. To not give any other reasoning or option for today outside of uhhhh, ummm I think he's sick. Is hugely unprofessional. Time is one of the only commodities that cannot be bought back. I don't like having mine wasted. For that reason I will never book again or consider this place and my new go to.

Easy to book, even last minute. Have been to a few different massage therapists and always happy. Excellent massages and customer service.

I had a massage there a few weeks ago with Jordan W. One of the best massages I ever had. I like that there are plenty of time slots through out the day so I can fit in a massage whenever. I will definitely be back again.

Mew is probably the best massage therapist I've ever had. If you want to be "tenderized" or have a deep massages that include careful stretching, Mew is your lady. She has seen me three times, and I will continue to book with her. THANK YOU!

Deep tissue back massage was the best I've ever had. I think her name was Linessa. I will be returning for sure.
