Trina and Haleh they are so really good. The service is excellent and leaves you feeling very relaxed. One of the best massages I've had. I recommend it to anyone who wants to have a moment to relax and renew.

Bad very bad service, today I have appointment and reception lady said your insurance site is down and we can’t take your appointment and we have to reschedule your appointment, after filling all forms and booking appointment this is ridiculous

I recomend Lillian, she is great! She really understand what I wanted and help me to reduce the pain I was feeling.
The front help Reyah is very helful and friendly.

Their business is very clean and well kept, organized. However I wasn’t super impressed with my massage. Beatrix was my RMT and the massage felt very rushed on parts that were important to me, the pressure wasn’t what I wanted and she also spent an extra 30 mins on my neck which I would’ve preferred on my legs or back at some points it was just her doing the same movement over and over. Nice lady but I won’t be coming back most likely.

Katherine is AMAZING.soft like butter jesus hands while at the same time giving all the right pressure to my problem areas, works out all my knots. She is by far the best RMT I've ever had in my life.
I love the hot towel pull she does to elongate my spine at the very end of each session. Never have I felt so amazing leaving an RMT appointment than I do leaving hers! Everyone enjoys massages differently, to me her sessions are perfection.

I went for my massage for the first time here I usually stick to my regular massage spa but my husband had recommended me to try here. I must say my masseuse Beatrix was amazing. She was so friendly and warm. She asked me what my preferences were and did a fabulous job. The pressure point the technique everything was perfect she was so gentle at the same time, was very impressed by her skills. I would definitely recommend her and would come by again.

This place is amazing especially Beatrix is an excellent professional. She has an incredible ability to adapt to what my body needs to better recover, whether it is deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, or relaxation massage. As someone who has had a muscular issues, I am always incredibly satisfied with my massage experience with Beatrix I have been to many massage therapists in Calgary and I have not found someone who were as good at their job as Beatrix is. I 100% recommend to go this place and book for Beatrix. She goes above and beyond!

Beatrix is my favourite masseuse by far – she is personable and great at her job. I always leave feeling loose and refreshed whenever I see her. Only giving 4 stars because I find the prices at Massage Addict to be too expensive, but the massages I receive from Beatrix are always amazing and I would recommend her to anyone needing a new RMT.

WARNING! Be prepared to have your appointment cancelled on you. I got an email saying my appointment was at 5: 45pm today and this morning I called to verify the appointment time. I have never been here before so it was supposed to be my first visit. On my way, I get a call at 4: 45 from who I assume was the therapist saying I missed my appointment, her tone was rude and I was taken aback. I said nope I have the email and verified with the receptionist earlier TODAY. She instantly changed her tone of voice and said the receptionist had messed up someone else's booking as well because she was new. She then asked if I could come at 7pm. I said no thank you. I understand that mistakes happen. But when they do, it's best to offer a sincere apology at the very LEAST instead of blaming your client for YOUR mistake and then make sure your staff doesn't keep repeating the SAME mistake. Unbelievable

Go with Ashley! I have been getting massages for years now but this was the first time it felt like I was going to a doctors appointment. I went just to use my benefits but after talking to her I realized that the fact that my hips hurt when I stood up for too long wasn’t in fact normal and could be fixed. And I have to say it does feel much better now.

She is very passionate about what she does and actually does try to help, strongly recommend!

This place provides a variety of services with lots of different providers, so you can find what and who is just right for you. The venue is clean and simple and the front desk staff are always friendly. I go back often.

Donald was amazing, the amount of effort he put on me is amazing, he asked me what I wanted and he nailed!

I went with Donald at this location, as my partner has been recommending him to me for ages. It was one of the best massages I have ever had! It was a deep tissue, and it had been quite a while since my last one, and Donald knew exactly what pressure to use, even in the worst/knotted spots. I will for sure be coming again!

Front desk and the confirmation of the massage by front desk via phone was friendly and helpful, so I would like to say thank you to them as well!

My wife and I go here almost exclusively. Their RMTs are amazing, esp. Tracey and Samantha. The place is kept nice and clean, and office staff are very helpful. Keep up the excellent work!

I can't say enough good things about Shin, my massage therapist. I really appreciate how thorough she is and her positive energy. Not only is she excellent at finding the key, problematic areas of the muscle, she reassesses after she treats which I find very helpful. I have definitely noticed a difference in how my body feels after just a couple of visits with Shin! Also very friendly staff at the front. Highly recommend!

I love the staff here! Glenda and KK are awesome. I've been coming for treatment for a year now and am very pleased with the service. From the moment you walk in you're greeted by friendly, smiling faces. They're so good my son, who's never had a massage before, now goes! Great value and worth every cent!

Ka Keung was amazing. My first ever acupuncture appointment went so well. He explained the whole process so well and ensure I was comfortable throughout. The treatment went very well and my back pain was gone the next morning!

So glad to have found this location. They aren’t overly busy, so booking in doesn’t need to be done weeks ahead of time. Great therapists, always clean and welcoming.

Phillip is awesome at what he does! He made sure I was comfortable the entire treatment and focused on the areas that needed the most attention.
