I've been coming here for over a year for therapeutic massages. I always try to book with Jessica because she is a master at her craft. Her hands are like a magnet for muscle knots. If they're there, she will find them and push them out.

Also, I like the app for booking appointments as it seems a little smoother when looking for availability compared to online.

This was my first experience at massage experts, and it was phenomenal! I’ve seen a lot of masseuses, and Leonardo is by far my favourite! Best massage I’ve ever had. Highly recommend booking with him:)

Sam is excellent at what she does! She knows exactly what to do to alleviate pain and provided a management plan as well. I came in with a very sore shoulder and left with relief!

I've been here a couple of times and am consistently enjoying my sessions with Sam. She is a skilled and very considerate massage therapist. She listens to you and ensures that your problem areas are addressed. After a session with her, I feel relaxed and free of muscle tension. Will definitely go again.

Anna is amazing! Her attention to specifc areas of concern is unparralled. She is extrememly knowledgable in her craft and continues to learn new ways of helping her patients. If you haven't tried RAPID, it is a must! It has greatly reduced my chronic pain levels and has increased mobility and range!

Jessica is excellent at listening to her clients? She's wonderful at working on troubled areas, but she's also amazing at identifying tight areas that are becoming increasingly important to work on. Its a fantastic balance.

Always have amazing service at all locations of Massage Experts. I recently went for a 60 minute massage with Paul who was fantastic. Front desk service was also friendly as usual. I always recommend Massage Experts to my friends and family for their amazing customer service and their relaxing atmosphere!

I have been to this clinic twice now and have had great massages by Randi and one by Melissa and both were fantastic! As a tradesmen I am used to having sore muscles and a tight back. Both massages helped relieve my pain so much.
Reception was super friendly and direct billed my insurance. Would definitely recommend this clinic.

Very unprofessional place of business.
The massage therapist canceled not even two hours prior to the massage being scheduled. You ask for 24 hours notice from your clients correct? I would hope you would have same courtesy for clients and or potential new customers. I spoke to the owner Nicole and her answer was people get sick. They sure do! But you as a business should figure it out/ have a back up plan don’t you think?

This massage was supposed to be a surprise for my boyfriend. I called prior to this and I said you have a special for 60 dollars? The receptionist informed me for first time clients they do, I gave her my boyfriends first and last name and also his phone number. At no point did she mention that my boyfriend has already visited this business just another location and it would be over 100 dollars. Again not cool, just be honest in life. Inform me as a paying customer how much it will cost for the service, period. Poor business way of thinking lost me and my boyfriend as customers guaranteed.

As for the snotty responses; my boyfriend found somewhere else to go, no one at your salon found him anything ; how can you lie that much?

I would hope no one would massage someone when they are sick. That would be unethical and disgusting. You are correct
But a professional place a business with professionals working for them do not wake up two hours prior to their shift to find out wow I’m sick today. Nice try though.

I highly recommend this clinic. It is always so clean and refreshing. I always leave feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. The therapists help you with exactly what you need and are able to make you feel the best you ever have! I wish I could come here everyday!

I have had several experiences with Massage Experts and every one has been a delight. It is affordable, the therapists make you feel comfortable, the clinic itself is clean with a soothing atmosphere, and everyone is professional and friendly. Most recently I saw Sarah at the Chapelle location and I would highly recommend her if you are making an appointment!

I unexpectedly developed a soreness in my lower back and tried to find a last minute massage. Conveniently located and timed I was able to get in a few hours. My therapist Johnny was very knowledgeable and professional. He worked right in the targeted sore spot, gave me diagnosis and some stretches to do at home.

I was a bit skeptical when my wife booked me a massage here. For whatever reason, the name made me think it would be like a fast-food version of a massage place. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The environment was clean, relaxing, and well put together.
The massage therapist was great. Right amount of pressure and consistent through the massage.
Price is unbeatable compared to most others. Will be back.

Had a wonderful experience today with Hannah Brown, if you're looking for a massage therapist that has a genuine concern for your well being and trying to address any issues you may be experiencing I highly recommend her! Feel 100x better than I did when I showed up!
