Erin is excellent. She has helped me tremendously with my tight lower back. Highly recommend.

I see Tom every 2 weeks. He does deep tissue massage. Started seeing him after a car accident for whiplash. This dude works miracles. Finds problems you didn't know you had and makes them go away. Highly recommend though you need to book in advance cuz he's in high demand.
The membership system is also nice. Get a bit of a discount and encourages you to be consistent.

I am so impressed with Erin’s performance massaging. She knows exactly what’s she’s doing and listens to what you need and want in a massage. I highly recommend Erin to anyone that wants quality service. ️️️️️

Response to your reply: I already have the agreement. Sending the agreement back to me never resolved my issue. You never re-imbursed my money and I was forced to take the last massage against my wish in a 3 months membership program. As the money will be wasted I had to take the last massage. You should train your receptioninsts so that they can explain the membership well and not hide any information. Very poor service!

I had another great massage here tonight! I am on a year membership, and it works perfect with my benefit plan to bring me well priced massages.

I have had three different MTs here and they all have different techniques but all have been very good!

Gillian gave me a perfect relaxation massage today. The pressure was right where I needed it today, just less than medium pressure. I have some tight areas and this allowed me to fully relax without pain or tensing up. I was close to falling asleep through most of the appointment, kept awake only by the great feeling massage! Gillian found a few areas in my shoulders and neck that were slightly knotted and made them feel great. The best part for me today was the forearm and hand rub at the end. I left feeling absolutely amazing.

NEVER SIGN UP FOR THE ME MEMBERSHIP! IT IS JUST LIKE A SCAM. I SIGNED UP FOR THE 3-MONTH PROGRAM. SOMEHOW WITH TRICKY REASONS THEY CHARGED ME 5 TIMES. THEY JUST SAID NO REFUND. Therapists are

I had a credit for a half hour massage beacuse previously I paid for a 90 min massage and only got 60 mins. They assured me not to worry that I could use that extra 30 mins at a later date. When I went to pay, the receptionist said my credit was expired and she can't "unexpire it. " In her words. I told her it was there fault & I was told I could still use it seeming I paid for it. She basically brushed me off and gave me a tough luck attitude. Almost $200 for a 90 (actually 70min) as I timed it massage. SAVE YOUR MONEY & GO SOM3WHERE ELSE!

So disgusted! I had to take my sister to the hospital so I couldn’t make my appointment and they still charged me!

Front desk area is run really badly. Don’t appreciate having one of the ladies argue with me and me having to calm her down.

Tom, my masseuse is hands down the best I’ve ever had! Fixed my upper back after a few sessions and cured my 20 years of pain. I only go there for Tom as the business is managed very poorly.

Been going for message from a few years and I went to this location and was very displeased at how much of a sales gig it's become with them trying to take prepayments for messages in advance and sighn me on a membership then opon leaving and doing research and scrolling down and reading some of their reviews with the 3.7 rating I will wisely suggest you go to another location or find another message business one that cares for the clients one that has a homeopath and therpist with more styles the place message heights is clean but has become a sales corporation I will not go back and the managers very rude as I voiced my opinion with her and was told to email them I will not go back!

It's okay.
The therapists are hit and miss in terms of effectiveness. Definitely feels more like a franchise spa than a professional therapeutic clinic. That's not a bad thing if that's what you're after.

Pricing is online with in-home mobile therapists once you factor in the 40 minutes of actual hands on therapy you recieve for your hour.

The 'elevations' are pricey and not worth it. I don't know why I'd want to pay a $30 premium to have my feet massaged as part of a full body massage when I've already paid for that time.

That being said, it's a nice and relaxing environment, and some of their therapists can actually do the work on my body I need, even if it's hard to figure out who they are and finding one that has a schedule that lines up.

They'll pressure you to sign up for an annual plan *after* you've had a massage and in a bit more of a compromised state. They're aware of this and call it 'massage brain', be aware of this tactic.

I've signed up for an annual plan, and it's okay. I'm not thrilled about my experiences there and will likely go back to mobile therapists once my contract is over.

They're not scummy or horrible. It may be the right environment and system for you, for me it's not.

I have been a member of massage heights crowfoot for several years. The therapist quality has always been good, but the administration/front desk has absolutely ruined the experience for me. Very shady business model and no accountability for when their staff have made you sign a contract with wrong info. I am familiar with their contract process and my last package had someone new sign me up who told me it would not auto renew, but rather auto cancel. I double checked this and even wrote a note on the contract with her there before signing. When I complained after receiving charges, I was only given Waive of the last massage and after some insisting, an elevation. I tried another branch (beltline) and the staff there are equally as terrible. They don’t even understand their own systems.

Sure the package ends up being a bit cheaper but really an “hour” is 45mins. So it evens out to anywhere else.

*Updating my review: I have had a conversation with one of the owners and was very happy with the prompt follow up and feedback.

I will update my review again in a few weeks with hopefully more positive experiences. *

I may not find the words to describe my experience here, but the number is ZERO! Not sure about other people, but I choose massages for relaxation and because I find it therapeutic. Simply not the case here.

My massage heights experience has been above average overall but this location has been consistently poor.

I requested that my oils be pre-warmed, but constantly get cold oils; the therapists always came in unprepared with my history and preferences. On the bright side, their cold hands don’t shock me anymore.

The last straw was when I arrived on time for my last 8: 00 am appointment and had to wait at the door for over 6 minutes. When I was eventually let in, I had to wait in the lobby for another 8 minutes before someone attended to me. This lady then asked if I had just arrived? (although they let me in).

I was so upset I simply left and will cancel my membership come March.

There are few things In life actually worth what they cost, a bottle of pop is not worth 3$ or a car $100k, but I would pay any amount for the compassion and tenderness of Camilla. She brought me to a place I didn't even know existed and can only travel there with her soft hands working through every tension point of my soul. She's an angel that has been blessed with hands of healing, and by baby Jesus as my witness I will let her take my pain away! Never has my neck felt so cared for, and the conversation was delightful and deep. Thank you Camilla, I can't wait for our next trip!

I had an amazing experience here! The front of house staff were very kind and helpful. Everything was clean and tidy. My massage therapist, Amber was absolutely perfect. She did such a good job I’ve already booked my next appointment. Highly recommend getting your next massage here.

Wow, If I could give 0 stars I would. I am sorry but I am extremely disappointed with the quality and customer service here. I would rather make a trip and go to another massage heights than the crowfoot location or just another business in general.
From the disappointing reviews clearly it shows crowfoot massage heights needs better management. Very disappointed in this massage heights!

I have been going to this place since last 6-7 years but management quality is gone down. I had booked my appointment 15 days ago for today with female therapist but last min I was told it is gonna be male therapist. It was messed up because whoever booked the appointment at their end. Front desk staff was very rude and focusing on different issue rather than focusing on main thing. I drove 15 mins to that place and 15 mins back. I spent my 30 mins and I didn't even get massage. I canceled my membership which I was renewing from Oct. Good luck with appointment mixed up guys. So disappointing experience. I would have continued the service if I could have get apology but the front staff didn't even have decency to do that. Previous front desk people were really nice and accommodating but not any more.

I have been a member for years and am impressed with the level of professional care and kindness I’ve received. In the past there was rehab from a car accident and now I mainly go for physical maintenance and mental well being. Highly recommended and reasonably priced!

I booked a massage in advance at this location with any therapist. I missed a call from them so I called them back 2x before leaving for my appointment. I was unable to reach a staff member as it kept going to their voicemail. When I showed up, the receptionist told me that she tried to call to say they cancelled my appointment because whatever therapist they booked me in with was sick. I asked if they had rebooked me with another therapist for the same time but she continued to say "No, I called you". I informed her that I called back too and that no one responded. The receptionist just shrugged her shoulders and asked if I would like to book again next week. I will never be attending this retreat again. What a waste of time and energy.

Great team, very friendly and accomodating, as for my therapist Carlos, he is the best, always ask during my therapy if I am good, He enjoys what he does.

Honestly I can’t even begin to express how disappointed I’m with our experience today, Monday March. 22nd. I signed myself and spouse up for the membership package only to be told our appointments that were booked two weeks in advance for our SECOND VISIT was not completed!

We came in as a couple spending over $150 on March. 10th, the staff had us sign up for the membership package at the same time planning to spend over $200 for our next appointment recommending we return within two weeks. We showed up today only to be told my wife’s appointment was not booked, we had set aside time to travel to their location today even having confirmed our appointments the day prior only to be turned away. I cannot believe that Massage Heights OVER BOOKED and could not offer another appointment for another two weeks!

If you want to waste your time and money with this company by all means book your appointments now, I on the other hand will be taking my business elsewhere. I only hope they review their booking practices so that future clients and returning clients don’t have the same experience as we did today.

We expect better from such a large company with so many locations to treat there new clients with more care and attention, rather than what we experienced today.

I only hope this review helps more good paying customers to reconsider their next appointment with this company and finds another company that will treat them as valuable customers rather than just another number.

June is the best massage therapist I’ve had. Very knowledgeable in pain release techniques and professional.

I go here regularly for monthly massages. If you get the membership you can get a massage each month for only $74! I've been a member for years and will continue to go for as long as I can.

Went to this place recently and didn’t have a relaxing experience. Seemed like what I asked for wasn’t being heard so I was tense throughout the massage. I probably won’t be going back until they tell their staff to listen to their clients.

My massage therapist Laeda in Crowfoot is the best. Her technic and he skills are unmatched to many massage therapist in this city. Do not like the business model here, it's very pushy. They want you to have a membership and rope you in with a small discount. Do not appreciate the sales pressure from an institution that should be providing relaxation.

Prices are a bit cheaper than most places, especially compared to spas. All of the RMTs’ style and expertise and techniques really vary greatly and you have to figure out your preference through experience. There a couple I personally really didn’t care for but Oliver is my ultimate favourite massage therapist who gives me the amount of firm pressure I like and his technique is really great. He really takes his time and doesn’t rush on the areas I asked to focus on. He works hard and seems to genuinely care about the treatment and taking care of his clients. I also like the Massage Heights products. However, there seems to be a high turnover rate of massage therapists who leave for other places. Anyways, my experience as a client of 2 years has been good so far. Thanks.

I usually enjoy the service and therapists when I come to Massage Heights. However, I found Rose at Crowfoot Massage heights in Calgary rude. I had switched my appointment that I had with another therapist next week to an appointment with Rose as I was in a bit of pain due to this knot and unfortunately I could only get an appointment with Rose. I had requested her to work on this specific area and knot that was in my back right at the beginning of the massage and although she massaged, I felt she didn't work long enough to try and release that knot for which i had specifically requested for. When I said that the knot is still there, her response to me was rude as she said " I am one of the best therapists here and I am always booked! I worked on it and you are telling me that you are still in pain! ". I requested in a nice way to see if she could still release the knot if possible and frankly I don't appreciate a rude response back. As clients we come with the hopes that our pain or tension can be released by the therapists. I have no expectations that my pain or knot will go in one session but when a client is requesting kindly for a service, the least you can do is to listen to the client and attempt to address their concern. Furthermore she did not knock before she entered the room. Good thing I was in the bed and under the covers. Also, she sprayed the aroma right into my face while I was face down rather than fan it like all the other therapists do. Also unlike other therapists, she did not suggest stretches or thank me for accessing their services or request for feedback. She just said the massage was done and left the room. Suffice to say, I will never go back to Rose and will never recommend her to anyone again. I want to say that I have always had a good experience at massage heights and all the therapists i have been to prior have been excellent! This experience was a huge disappointment as I came in with a lot of pain and tightness hoping to feel better and instead left feeling regret that I switched my appointment and went back home still feeling pain.

Very relaxing place to visit after a days long work. Staffs are professional and friendly, clean and inviting rooms. Service here is worth your money.

Massage was good, but these guys are way overpriced. Non-members upwards of 40% more. That's garbage. Probably won't schedule again.

Great massages. Signed a 3 month contract. Cant even remeber when. Been coming maybe 2 years Never left with pain. Very happy. Ask for eucalyptus. Helps with breathing. Wonderful
