I had a great experience with this company! The techs are all knowledgeable but I had a great experience with Ian. He is very professional and you can tell he takes great pride in the quality of his work! He makes great conversation and put me at ease when dealing with my AC cutting out at my condo.

Nothing is ever fixed for more than a week. If you are lucky 2 weeks.

I don't know what they keep ordering parts for. I am sure the management company has spent enough money to replace the whole unit in the last 1 years I have been here.

Don't let them cut your drywall. Even installing the cover plates is not thought out or done properly.

I thought their fancy vans somehow translated to professional.

Shawn Campbell called me in response to my resume. I applied to the company after reading they provide service to commercial and industrial with no mention of residential. I asked Shawn if they do residential as I wasn't particularly interested in doing it and his response was to hang up on me. I called back thinking it was a dropped call and he said "no I'm good" and proceeded to hang up on me again. If they aren't able to provide any professionalism while receiving applicants then thank God I didnt have to deal with them at work. I dodged a bullet by asking questions and not taking this job.

Our Plumber was awesome! Very mindful of the house, cleaned up very well, I was actually surprised that there was no mess as the last company to come left a huge mess behind, and this was a toilet replacement. Keep it up!

Earlier this week my son had mechanical masters do the installation of the dishwasher he purchased from the brick. The installation was ordered through the Brick and contracted to these folks.

After the installation was completed and they left he noticed some leaking and contracted them to come back and check it out.they refused and said it must have been something he did. The Brick was no help in getting this taken care of either.

We realise this was a small job, but if it wasn't worth your reputation to do it correctly in the first place you should not have taken the job to begin with. I understand that mistakes can be made and quite often take how a business takes care of an issue than the initial problem.

We have two jobs needing done in our house right now and if they.had of resolved the issue would have contacted these folks.

If they won't stand behind a 200 dollar job I would not rely on them to do a big job.
