Store is fine, but the staff here are wildly unhelpful. Went in and asked for a toy they showed in stock, staff said we don't have that. Ordered it online for in store pickup and it was amazingly available. Got to the store and waited in line at the cash to pick up order, was told to go wait on line at a wrapping station for that person to be available to help "Hope you're not in a rush" is what I was told. 3 staff members standing around not helping customers, I ask if one of them can help, nope, you have to stand there and wait for that one particular staff member who's busy. Ridiculous system, rude staff, probably won't ever buy from there again

Awesome place to find quality toys that teach and inspire. Service is always excellent. Prices are good.and the stock the really cool items you will not find elswhere.

Very disappointed in this store today. I purchased a 2 in 1 batting tee for my grandchildren to play with. Got it home and parts missing. Appears like box has been previously opened. I phoned the manager to explain I was from out of town and could not make it back within the 30 days to return. She very grudgingly took my information down so that I could return at a later date. She was also very dismissive of the fact that I was very disappointed that my grandchildren would not get to play with it on the days I had already arranged. Extremely poor customer service with that attitude.

Small selection of toys for being a toy store. Went there because my kids got gift cards for Christmas but 50 dollars doesn't get much. The prices are ridiculous! Its disgusting how bad it is. You could literally go across the street to canadian tire and get the same toys for half the price. The owners should be ashamed.

I would be ready to spend alot of money if your thinking about going here. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I love this store. My son loves this store. The only reason I give it 3 out of 5 instead of full stars is because sometimes the prices are a little more inflated then other toy stores with the same merchandise. The staff are always helpful and they know where everything is which is very helpful!
