Purchase hundreds of dollars at this location per year and recently bought 3 paddle ball kits for my son and for gifts. They be of the sets cracked at the base after a couple uses and left it not able to hold water. I took this back to see if they could replace it and unfortunately I did not have the receipt but they could see that I purchased them on my profile. The sales folks would not help me at all and said there is nothing they would do. I am disappointed that after being a loyal customer for years they wouldn’t have even replaced or given a credit that I would have used 10x over. Our family will not te visit this store again.

Not a good service! Staff is really rude!
We got bday gifts and we want to exchange the gifts as we already have same things! And they said we cant take this! We even dont want the refund from them we just want exchange and they said NO! So ridiculous! Never ever recomand them,!
They even dont mention when purchased that its not gona exchange or refund and they gave the gift recipt than what is the meaning of gift receipt!
They need to learn and understand the police first from other stores!
Disapointed! NO NO NO to this stores! Not even give a single star but have to post this review for that! Never purchase any gifts even from them

I bought a drum toy online with dead batteries but they never replaced the batteries which in the first place it was part of the item. I'm not happy with my purchase.

Went in looking for a specific item and when my daughter politely tried to ask a sales associate for assistance she was scoffed and ignored. Too bad they have not friendly staff at this location and I won't be returning

Terrible return policy… do not expect to return something you’re not happy with.
After spending $120 I wanted to return a $15 toy from the same receipt that didn’t perform up to expectations
They wasted my time to put batteries in and demonstrate the toy’s poor performance only to say it’s acceptable to their standards and that the won’t take it back.

Awesome customer service every time I bring my little ones in. The manager is engaging and warm. There is a good selection of lego and pokemon. Always a good day when we get a chance to stop in for a splurge!
