Sold us a gift card on December 12th 2023 for a Christmas gift. Found out today, we had to use it before December 24th 2023, we can’t even use it online.

Both times I've been there the staff was SUPER kind in helping me find the toys on my children's lists. I love the vibe and the friendliness. There's always someone around to help.

Very disappointed in the staff said they had something put aside for me and decided to sell it to someone else not impressed.

I purchased lego at the store but during the transaction, there was an error with their receipt Printer. They issued me a handwritten receipt and said there was an issue with their computer. I left my details with them just in case.
Once I’d returned home, they contacted me to verify if I’d been charged and requested that I return to the store before closing so that they could refund and recharge me and close out their till before they closed the store. They said they would give me a 10% discount for my trouble. I opted to take a screenshot of my banking account so that I could show that everything my end was ok and promptly returned as requested.
On arrival, they said it was a tech issue and that there was nothing they could do. I then left again without a receipt and without said discount.
The staff were polite and apologetic. I'm just glad my time and gas were free.
