Cool store! Employees need to make it less obvious they’re following you around the store though! Not very happy with being targeted as a thief. Probably won’t return. $6 for 3 rocks is a scam.

The inventory system apparently does not update in real time. If you show up here and it says available at this location, prepare to be disappointed. Save the gas and order it elsewhere with a proper tracking system.

They do an excellent job here. Service is very friendly, they wrap the gifts for you for free and have a selection of wrapping paper for you. They even cover up the price tag when before they wrap it and add a gift receipt. Makes it easy, buy a gift, pick a card, get it wrapped and call it a day.

Visited the Countryhill location today December 3,2022. Everyone was very helpful and engaged. Big shout out to the young man doing the wrapping as he was very kind, pleasant and saved me a ton of time I would otherwise have to spend in the middle of the night to get Santa’s work done. Thank you all. Will be shopping here again.

I visited with my toddler to buy toys for my nephews. One of the staff he looked angry and he took away toys everytime my little one touched. That is the toy store for kids. Are they not supposed to touch the toys that was displayed? After I found his attitude for us, I was so uncomfortable. I put back the toys that I tried to buy and left the store immediately. I felt we was not welcomed at all. I will not come back again.

This was my go to place for toys for my kids and others but after today I will not visit again. I even have a membership but unless my concerns are addressed properly I will discontinued business.

The toy I bought had a price tag of $39.99 however when I checked my receipt I was charged $54.99. The lady who wrapped my box already put a sticker on the price tag so there was no way to verify but I come you think I am that low to argue for $15?

It's about the principle for me I had no choice but to take the gift as I was late for my newphews birthday I even accepted the upsell offer to purchase another toy as I like to support you guys but after today this has changed. I would like a refund/ gift card for $15 plus tax otherwise I am moving my business else where.eg Amazon.

The choice is up to you, you will lose lot more than $15 if I discontinue my business as I have numerous nieces, nephews and couple kids of my own.

I would have brought this up before but just looked at my receipt while the gift was being wrapped and noticed I was charged more than I should have been.

Please advise on who to reach if you want to assist.

I had an excellent customer service from Sarah. She is very sweet and extremely helpful, we had a great chat. Looking forward to seeing her soon again, will definitely return for her help.

It was our first time using this store and it has been amazing. We have always used Toys R Us and will use this store going forward. Toys here are educational. Staff are friendly and very prompt. We used curbside pickup by ordering online and it was ready within 15 minutes. So fast! Gift wrapping is free! I will definitely come back again and make sure my friends and family know about this place.
