Mattamy Homes - Cityscape

Its better to buy a doll house than buying Mattamy home.they use the cheapest materials.all the drawers in the kitchen got broken within 6 months. Do not waste your $. I am sure there will be better builders out there.

This show home close at 7: 30pm unlike how it was stated online, was directed by staff in Carrington and drove down to view the show home only to find it close. Please be more accurate between staff and online information to avoid customer wasting time and gas.

By reviewing all reviews, and the pain that the new home owners have gone through, I have decided to drop off my plan of buying and moving into any Mattamy built homes. Good luck guys.

When we purchased house, they told us it would be great park in upcoming years.

Well its been 5 years, all i can see dry park. No grass. Atleast, spend some money on that park and have a look what i said. Talking abt park across the cityside park NE.

Cheapest quality material used. Rip y off in name of upgrade.
Any other builder in Calgary will be better then them in my opinion.

Some of Mattamy responsibles in their head office are rude. I have been struggling to make my point in construction flaws but their customer service has forced me to serve a legal notice.

Horrible workmanship in the year we have been here our pipes have frozen, the water in our fridge has stopped working our dishwasher has malfunctioned 3 times and one burner on our stove doesnt work. In addition the laminate apparently has water damage even though we have not spilled anything on it. Mattamy is aware of all of these concerns but nothing was done before our year end and now they say it's our expense. I'm glad I found out about their service before we put the deposit on the second home we were going to buy from them. To anyone out there dont walk run from this builder.

Make sure to keep on following up, once 1 warranty is up, your are on your own expense no matter what. No more support from Mattamy. I had my issue with at fault by Mattamy, so beware. I have multiple contacts with warranty dept but too bad no help at all. I have to pay up front.

Reasonabley ok place but am not very impressed.
Houses are built too close to each other and have eaten up green space.

Not that great customer service. They dont accommodate buyers requests even though that's possible.

2.5. Customer service was poor. House quality is mediocre. I wont likely buy another house from Mattamy.
