We have just moved into a mattamy home and we have had the best service ever from Jason and Rena we had a small gltch nothing to do with Mattamy homes and they both done everything they could to help us and i mean everything I cant thank the two of them enough. We are now in the home and its beautiful

The decorating style is very unique. I like how they simplify if what kind of design style the house are and I learned a lots of decorating ideas. The people who assisted us are very professional and accommodating. Thank you for letting us take pictures for our school project. We want there jan. 30 Tuesday

This is the dystopian nightmare that is the suburbs. Hideous rows of identical structures crammed together within just a couple of feet of each other. I'd never live here and don't even like visiting people in such neighborhoods. I guess the price is right for some.

I highly recommend Alycia at Mattamy Homes Yorkville location, she is amazing at responding to all homeowners, she is quick at sending trades out to people’s homes and will help out even if homeowners are out of their warranty period! The Yorkville team is amazing, Miriam, Ray and Adrienne are also very amazing to work with! I enjoy working with the team everyday!

I have been in my new Mattamy - Yorkville home for just over a month and from start to finish the process has been excellent. From sales to warranty work and everything in between, every single step was handled professionally and pleasantly. There is not one thing I can complain about - I am thrilled with my new home and have only the highest regard for the Mattamy-Yorkville Team! Thank you!

They will have more clients if they change their representative in their sales center. He was so rude and very unprofessional! But the builders' design I wont lie that they have very decent & beautiful design.

We recently moved in and we love everything about our home. Great quality and beautiful finishes. It’s easy to give a good review when nothing went wrong and for us we had a few issues during the process but Mattamy Yorkville did an amazing job solving these issues. Example one of our choices of backsplash was no longer available and they provided us and a better quality choice.

Worst house-buying experience ever, a rude and unprofessional sales team, I had to cancel an agreement solely due to their unfair business practices - stay away.

We keep attempting make appointments with this sales centre via our realtor and they are not very responsive. Once we were able to get through with them and make an appointment the sales centre was not open and no one was on site despite saying they were open. Very frustrating to work with

Edit: wanted to add on it was very unprofessional of them to have an appointment with us only for no sales rep to be accounted for without explanation. We waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes before finally leaving and attempting to make several calls to the sales centre

Very Slow builders. A friend and I bought properties from different builders in February, while my friend has moved into his home, Mattamy is yet to give me a possession date. They can’t even give a time frame. The last time I asked they stated December, which they initial gave me was July now it’s December. I totally regret choosing them, won’t recommend them to family or friends.
