Very nice to deal, where not pushy, and when you asked a question, they where very informative.

I bought 2 Memory form Mattress from them both are damage in one year. They have bad quality mattress so never recommend. My both mattress loose their elasticity and We cant even sleep on mattress. Both are garbage for us. They have five star ratings because of service not for the products. For products it should be 0️. Waste my money on garbage mattresses.

Our salesman Broody was amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable on his products with a great selection. All other staff were friendly as well. We came back to bye our second bed from them because we had such a great experience the first time. We recommend Mattress Mattress to everyone.

It wasn’t our original intention to buy a mattress right away as hubby wanted to shop around. However after listening to our sales rep a decision was made to purchase immediately as he was knowledgeable about the product and there was no point in going elsewhere. Bed was delivered within a few days and it is fabulous! Highly recommend Mattress Mattress!

Not at all impressed with the Mattress that was delivered to me yesterday April 1 2023. I ordered a Kingsdown Caraway single XL for my Simi and the wrong Matress was ordered a Single was ordered not the Single XL I was offered a Serta Waterloo in its place as the Caraway was no longer available and I was told it was every bit as comfortable as the Caraway. This Mattress is not at all as good as the Kingdown and I can't sleep on it all. All I do is toss and turn. Very uncomfortable as i am a side sleeper and i wake up in agony I guess I'm out $965.98. The sales people just want to make a sale I done think there very educated when it comes to people's sleep habits.

I'm not sure who told you that I accepted the upgrade after instore trial. Everything was done over the phone as I am a long haul truck driver and have not been in your store in over 6 years. I only went by what the sales person told me about it. I am very familiar with the Kingsdown Mattress however as I have one at home and also one in my RV. I have never owned a serta Mattress. Please don't make it sound like I was instore and tested one of your mattresses and gladly accepted the upgrade that is untrue I asked at least 3 times if it was as nice of a Mattress as the Kingsdown that I ordered and every time I was told yes. Great service, bought our bed around 2pm on a Saturday, they worked some magic and we had it delivered it by 6pm. Thank you to Brody and Kelsie for making it happen! The split deluxe bed is awesome.

I had been searching for a decent bed frame, and I will confess. I went to a different place first. Wasn't even acknowledged until I walked out.but then I came here and met Brody. Brody was just 7 days into his employment here. But he instantly greeted me and was beyond helpful! I wish there were more stars to be able to give.

Would like to say from the first day we walked in excellent sales lady.our bed move in guys were respectful and kind.and our schmancy do everything bed is amazing! Thank you so much this is the first boujee bed we have ever purchased it does everything. I have a bad back and my pain is gone. I was met by a very warm friendly associate named Anna, please let her teach you about mattresses it’s worth the 10 minute bEducation, there is so much new technology on the market now. This was probably the most informed shopping experience I have ever had (I have purchased 5 brand new mattresses in the last 20 years). Thank you MattressMattress, I will be sleeping soundly now:)

I am writing this review after my second purchase at Red Deer Mattress Mattress. I’m in love with the bed I bought myself a year ago! This year I needed to get a bed for someone else, Kamila was just awesome once again. When I needed the second bed I didn’t even consider looking around, I called and asked for Kamila and it was just a breeze! I failed to mention I was on a huge timeline and needed this to happen fast! I would not go anywhere else! They go above and beyond!

We worked with Kelsie Hobor at the Red Deer store and she was very helpful in picking the perfect mattress. Kelsie did not have the mattress in stock but called out to all the other stores to find what we wanted. We picked up our new mattress and love it. Thanks for all the help Kelsie.

Worst purchase I ever had made
Mattress is barely 2 years old and is all sagging I will never buy from them agAln

We went to Mattress/Mattress and were met by the sales person, Kelsie Hobor. She explained the different mattresses to us. She listened to what we were looking for and then showed us the options. Kelsie was very professional and knowledgeable.

Kamila was a wonder to shop with. This lady really loves her job and is very knowledgeable in her field. Thank you for helping us.

Found the sales person very pleasant and knowledgeable. Haven't received the mattress yet but feel confident I made the right choice.

Maury, the fellow I dealt with in Red Deer, is an AWESOME, KIND, UNDERSTANDING, FUNNY N KNOWLEDGEABLE MAN! He was able to answer any n all my questions without hesitation and bcuz I was in a pinch, he made sure to put something together n he literally, "saved the day"!
I would recommend the Red Deer MATTRESS MATTRESS and Maury to anyone looking for a new bed of any kind! He's a wonderful man and even though my circumstances seemed very dire, he was able to make something work for me and for that, I AM EXTREMELY GRATEFUL!

We love camping, but our old RV mattress just didn't cut it. I dropped in and had a great discussion with Kamila, bought a new mattress. We had a great sleep our first two nights and look forward to many more. We'll soon be needing a new bed for home, guess where we're going.

Salespeople were amazing. Very knowledgeable, friendly and we never felt pushed or rushed to make a purchase. Clean store to boot! Very pleased with our purchase and would highly recommend shopping here for your mattress purchase!

I will never buy a bed from here again! The salesman who sold us our bed was great and we had picked out a bed that we thought would work. Yes we knew about the no return policy. But we loved the bed we picked out and didn't think there would be a problem. Turns out the bed we got is no where near the same as the one I had laid down on in the store. It's soo disappointing and now I am stuck with a mattress I absolutely hate and my back is getting worse instead of better. So I am stuck with a mattress I can't sleep on. Next time I will go with a company that will allow exchanges. I should have tested this mattress out before I left the store with it! Side note to manager: the bed is softer than the one in the store and so much more "foamy" which I was very firm that I did not want "foamy"

Absolutely outstanding sales professionals! Never pushy, but a wealth of knowledge to share to ensure the range of products they have will match the requested needs.

My first purchase in many years saw me visiting numerous stores.
Mattress Mattress was one of these and I was quite impressed. I then also visited another highly ranked Sleep Store. I experienced a "pushy" salesperson who gave me a quote on what "they" thought was best for me. As it was a fairly significant purchase, I returned to each store. The other store saw a different salesperson who advised, "That's not an accurate quote, it should be this much more. " I returned to Mattress Mattress and the quote was still the same, and a couple of follow-up questions were again answered by a sales associate who had a wealth of knowledge about the products they were offering; and they took the extra time to ensure my decision exactly matched what I felt most comfortable with.

End of story!

All future purchases have seen me return solely to Mattress Mattress and I haven't once been disappointed in the quality of products they sell, and I'm always impressed by the warm and professional manner in which I'm greeted.
