Go see Anthony at this store. His knowledge and patience will win you over. He is not in a rush to sell you anything less than the mattress your body deserves. Anthony is a true star, I highly recommend him.

Never have I received such good service, Anthony gave me such an amazing breakdown on whats important for a good night sleep. Informative, helpful and polite. Bought a pillow, but I'll be coming back for a bed.

At first glance everything was nice, the sales person working with me was a bit rude a few times though. After getting home and trying out the mattress I’ve found that it feels nothing like the one in the store (yes, I’ve waited a few weeks to try and adjust,) and it’s also VERY uncomfortable.

Lastly, there is not return policy at all! I wasn’t told this by my sales rep, I was told that there was a warranty but there was no other explanation. Had I known this, I wouldn’t have bought from Mattress Mattress at all!

So now I’m stuck with a $1100 mattress that is causing me pain and I cannot afford a new one because the sales person couldn’t do their job.

Don’t waste your time buying from here, never trust a store that doesn’t let you make returns or exchanges.
Honestly if I could give this store zero stars, I would.

We wanted to support local during the pandemic but they do not take returns. Really poor customer service, crazy you are unable to return or exchange. Every other mattress store in the city allows you to.

Great service and fantastic pricing. She found stock in a different store so no delay on getting mattresses.

We got a great deal on twin mattresses for our new bunk beds and our girls love them.
We bought a similar mattress for our son's bed from Leon's and it was SO uncomfortable compared to these (and more expensive) we ended up changing his as well.

Will definitely be back for our bed when time comes.

Amazing service from Tom. Patient, gave us space, no pressure and showed us the differences between firm, medium, and soft as well as gave us a briefing on the different kinds of mattresses. Great selection of affordable mattresses too. The ONLY huge downside is the return/exchange policy. (there is none.)

After a competitor mattress seller couldn’t find my order and deliver on time, I called Mattress Mattress. Robin went above and beyond when I called to order a queen bed for my dad last minute. The set arrived 2 days later and It is a great mattress set!

Really great service from the 2 gentleman working there today (Saturday May 23). Super friendly and helpful, made shopping with my kids so easy. One of them even put it on my van and tied it up. So awesome to bring it home same day. Thanks guys!

Best place in town to buy a mattress. The staff is very knowledgeable and very enthusiastic. Kevin was our salesman and was absolutely outstanding!

Staff was very pushy and really didn't know their stuff. Felt like the just wanted to get my money and then get me out of the store.

Bought a twin bed for our son today. Very knowledgable staff, very helpful and kind, he even helped strap it to the top of our vehicle. They Show You Differences in All Beds. You Get A Beducation, just Like They Say In The Commercial. They Are The Only Canadian Bed Shop Left. Their Beds I Find Are A Better Quality and Are Cheaper Than The Brick, Leon's and Some Other Places.

They advertise a very helpful staff, but when I was there it seemed like they didn't want to help.

I bought a mattress here about a year ago and forgot to leave a review at the time. Even so, this far removed from the date of purchase, I still remember how welcoming and helpful the staff were - especially Kevin. This wasn't just shopping for a new mattress - it was a whole experience. Kevin really took his time to walk me through all of my options and helped me find a bed that was both comfortable and supportive, and in my price range. I've slept on it for around a year now and it's still just as comfortable and supportive as the day I purchased it. All of my neck and back pain has gone away and I'm feeling much better on the whole. Thank you to everyone at Mattress Mattress for everything! I cannot speak highly enough of the service and will definitely recommend your store to anyone in the market for a new bed.

Thanks Fae-Lynn! I'm definitely going to recommend this place to friends and family. I thought I would just go in and pick a mattress and buy it and be done, but not so simple. Fae-Lynn was super friendly, informative, gave me quite the beducation and really showed me the differences between mattresses. It was probably the best shopping experience I've ever had!

Eva and Kevin were both very personable and welcoming upon our arrival! When presented with our family's special needs, Eva was very quick to find the best solution for our needs! And so reasonably priced! We will definitely be back!

I decided to purchase my new mattress and boxspring from mattress mattress a few weeks ago. I shopped around at a few other stores but ultimately chose to make my purchase at mattress mattress because they seemed the most honest and willing to help me make an informed purchase.
While the sales advisor I had was adequate, after receiving my mattress and boxspring I can say management for this company as a whole is absolutely horrific.
I received my mattress (exactly what I had ordered) I was happy. Upon looking at the boxspring I noticed it was clearly much higher than I was informed in store that I had ordered. When bringing this issue forward to mattress mattress mere HOURS AFTER DELIVERY I received a call back from a manager Eva that said it was my fault and there was nothing they could do other than offer me $200 off a new boxspring even though mine was still in the plastic wrap it was shipped in and unopened. Trying to get more money out of me after I had already purchased a $2200 mattress and was mislead to what I was buying in store is absolutely ridiculous. When a store is this hard up for a few hundred dollars with no efforts at all of proper customer service is truly just sad. Safe to say I’ll never be spending a cent here again and hopefully you’ll do the same
