Great personalities Teo and Matt. Very patient, informative and staying in my budget. I was not in best of moods when I went, but Teo stayed professional and if he was not sure what I needed he asked Matt for advice.

These two were outstanding. I have worked retail for 25 years and they are exceptional in this field. They found a mattress to fit my needs and price range, no pushy sales. I love the way Teo pronounces pillows. I was in such a better mood when I left. You two rock.

The sales rep that I dealt with was fantastic. His name is Jeff and I got a great mattress at a great price and the customer service was amazing. He showed me the differences between all the different mattress, types and beds and I tried different pillows and just a great overall Experience! I had previously ordered two mattresses in a box and they were expensive more expensive than the mattress. I purchased there and they were half the quality. I ended up buying the Lotus and Super happy with the purchase and experience!

Great deal on Boxing day and very friendly customer service by Teo. He was little busy running customer to customer but never forgot us or push us to buy same day.

Treated to a whole lot of knowledge, had a salesman (Sheldon) help find me the right mattress for me, and walked out with a perfect fit.
10/10 would try out mattresses and almost fall asleep in the store again.

He was not pushy, and his people skills for someone that age were amazing, if I was mattress/mattress I would be looking for ways to keep this young man for sure!

We were originally sent a box spring that was incorrect for our application, but mattress mattress were great about making things right. We have bought lots of mattresses from the store and will continue to do so.

Went shopping for a new mattress. Sheldon was amazing. He was helpful, knowledgeable and patient. We never felt pressured into purchasing anything. Before you start shopping they give you a insightful eduction all about mattresses. Highly recommend you start off your shopping here. We went to three of their competitors afterwards and came back to buy our bed because of how fantastic our experience was.
