Maureen Manor

I lived here for 4 years, it was great. Very reasonable rent, the floor space was really well utilized so less square footage went further, very quiet, friendly staff, maintenance issues dealt with quickly, nice area, and great views depending on your unit. Only downside, which is unfortunately not unique to here, was my vehicle was broken into 3 times in the covered parking. The management should really install a fence/garage door and improve security in the parkade. But otherwise it was great, would recommend.

I've been residing on the 14th floor of Maureen Manor for almost a year now. Things were smooth during my first three months, but the situation took a nosedive when a Both elevators broken. BOTH ELEVATORS are old, and they've BROKEN down multiple times. While they did manage to partially fix one, the other one has been left unresolved. Consequently, we now face long waiting times for both going up and down, and it's become a regular occurrence for neither elevator to be in service. This leaves us with no choice but to trek up and down 14 flights of stairs. It's been quite a frustrating and inconvenient experience for all the residents.

I highly recommend this building and it is because of the terrific office and maintenance staff! They are so quick to help you with any thing you need and are very good at watching the apartment inside and out to make sure we are all safe! This apartment has security camera's inside and out and the lobby and floors are always kept so clean. If you are looking for a terrific apartment to live in and a wonderful location search no further then Maureen Manor

A hidden gem in the downtown area! Amazing staff working here, always clean and everyone always so friendly!

Would highly recommend this property! The building is located in a great area, and the staff are incredibly helpful and kind. Maintenance requests are usually taken care of within 24 hours, and the building is kept very clean.

Very clean apartment building, cherisse is awesome and very friendly and pretty accessible at most times.amir and the other staff are very funny and friendly too!

This place is like our home away from home. The building is always clean and very well maintained, overall quiet and very comfortable. But most importantly the building manager Cherisse and all the staff are very professional and very kind. She helped us a lot in finding a perfect suite. We're very thankful to her.
