I am very happy with my appointment today. It was quite a far drive from me, but it was worth it. I went in for lower back injections, and I was in and out within 20 minutes, and everyone was very nice.
If there was a 0 star option I would use it.my doctor sent me for breast imaging (mammogram & breast ultrasound) I tried to book exactly what my DOCTOR required but Mayfair REFUSED to schedule the breast ultrasound stating " YOU DON'T NEED AN ULTRASOUND" even though my DOCTOR insists I do that is why she is requesting it. Then they tell me " YOU DON'T QUALIFY FOR A BREAST ULTRASOUND". How is that even possible? Mayfair is refusing Doctors ORDERS for specific imaging. WHen did MAYFAIR become my Doctor? I think that my doctor knows what NEED & DON'T NEED when it comes to my health. That is why She went to Medical school right? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, WORST EXPERIENCE, WORST PLACE TO GO FOR ANYTHING. I booked an appt with a different IMAGING COMPANY with NO issues AT ALL getting exactly what the Doctor ordered. BOYCOTT MAYFAIR!
The staff is always polite and professional. I’ve been coming here for years and never had an issue. I also find the staff very efficient, I would recommend this place to anyone.
Been coming to this location for couple years. Recently I had to get a nerve root block done. I have only great things to say about every single staff member I encountered. Courteous, and knowledgeable. I found the technician kind, caring, as well as using some humour to help put me at ease. Wonderful place for care. (and parking isn’t a problem)
Extremely rude receptionist. Would never recommend coming here. No privacy, speak all of your private information very loudly. No respect for any patient. Spoke very rudely to all patients and said everyone’s info out loud so that everyone could hear. Cancelled my appointment because I was 10 minutes late which I spent waiting in line.
Mayfair Diagnostics Castleridge has the worst service ever, they should be looked into for medical malpractice. Not only are they medically negligent in their services, they are extremely unprofessional, lack medical ethics and are discriminating. This is not the first time that this location has shown discriminatory behaviour towards their patients.
My mom was sent a referral by her neurologist for a neck ultrasound and a neck x-ray (because of a lump). When my mom went in for her appointment the lady told her that she doesn't have an ultrasound and just an X-ray. My mom who has limited English tried to explain to her that it was an appointment for her ultrasound and X-ray. Needless to say, the lady told her that she doesn't know what she is talking about and she should leave. She was very rude, dismissive of her health concerns and extremely ignorant. They refused to call her neurologist office to check and make sure even though this is the responsibility of the diagnostic centre. The lady, I believe her name started with a B- bonnie was very dismissive, rude and negligent. As a receptionist and health care professional, it was her responsibility to re-check with the Neurologist office regarding this. Instead, she refused to place the call.
I then proceeded to call her specialist and the neurologist confirmed that they had sent the requisition for the ultrasound and X-ray. While my mom waited over an hour even though she had an appointment, the dismissive behaviour of Mayfair's employees, their negligent employees, rudeness, unprofessionalism and lack of ethics I would never recommend anyone to go to this location.
I was at castleridge location this am, feb7/23 for a bone scan. Great people and prompt, no waiting for a long time and the technician I had was awesome. Thank you so much
The recent overall experience at the Castleridge Mayfair was great! I have been here many times, for routine tests such as X-Rays and Ultrasounds; however, yesterday I went for a Cortisone Injection in my lower back. Having this be my first time getting such a procedure done, the staff who attended to me for the procedure were extremely helpful. The nurse who went over my appointment details, and took into account the questions or anxieties I had really helped me feel less nervous for the procedure. Along with that, the nurses that were inside the examination, and the doctor who went along and did the procedure also made me feel safe and helped overcome obstacles that I had coming into the procedure. Overall, a great experience, everyone that attended to me during the appointment helped a lot!
Today I came here for my appointment for foot scan from Airdrie to Castleridge NE Calgary. Due to snow and accidents on the highway 2 and Stoney trail I reached at 10: 10 instead of 10: 00. They refused to take me and asked for reappointment. Not happy at all will never come back
Alway quick and almost painless. The results of am getting from injection seem to be lasting longer as well. They have supplied information on the differ ent products that are available, which is very important as I move forward.
I had a great experience at the Castleridge Clinic! All staff members were courteous and helpful. I arrived early for my appointment, and got in before my assigned time. I felt seen and heard throughout the process. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.it was a breeze!
Both my husband and myself was well taken care of. The technician who look after us she has done a wonderful job. I would recommend Mayfair clinic at Casleridge to make that clinic your choice.

Went here for cortisone shots on my back. The people at the reception were barely polite. They waiting rooms in the back are super tiny. Staff expects you to know where you are going even if it's your first time & can be quite rude. The shots were quick and painful. The people are in a hurry and you are just a number. I went to another radiology dept. In Seton and the difference was 100%. I will never be back to one of these places again.
Had X-ray with a Beautiful Petite Blonde Young Lady: Very Professional. Had an ultrasound afterwards with another beautiful lady: Very Professional and a great entertainer for making me Laugh the whole time she was doing her job with so much dedication, joy and pride. I have been having consistent knee injections and now aspirations at this location for 9 months. Casey is amazing and compassionate and supports you fully through the procedure. I have had 3 or 4 different doctors but the last two aspirations/injections were with doctor Goodwin (I believe that's his name) were off the charts. He made sure I was well frozen and explained everything fully. He continued to ensure I was good and gave extra freezing when I expressed discomfort. Top notch doctor and all the staff in the pain area took lovely care of me every visit! I specifically go to this location due to the amazing service. Keep taking great care of us.
I have been for treatment at The Castleridge location several time’s over the years, the staff are fantastic, the booking Ladies are fast efficient friendly and most important have great smiles even on the telephone they are a credit to the company my latest visit was July 14th 22. I have been tended by several different medical staff and I should take note of names, yesterday Mike did the setup for my treatment and he was BRILlANT, knowledgeable very efficient and professional great manner and friendly what more can I say, cheers
Called for my appointment and was able to get in on the same day. Was asked to show up 15 minutes before actual appointment which I did. I got there and registered in, was called in for my procedure and was out of the building even before my scheduled appointment time.
I went for a pain relief injection and was nervous about it. Every single staff member was kind and reassuring with me. And the doctor who administered the injection was amazing. It was over before I knew it. I will go back for further treatments.
The Castleridge location is efficient with only a few minutes wait when you have an appointment. The staff is professional, well trained and engaging. I will continue to use Mayfair diagnostics in the future.
The effect of my first injection, applied in a different place, lasted 6 weeks. My second injection at this site only lasted 15 hours and my pain increased.
I had a fantastic experience here at Mayfair Castleridge. I get very nervous whenever a needle is involved but my doctor was fantastic and even the initial jab was almost painless, so thank you. The nurse in the room was really good, she asked me multiple times how I was doing and explained everything very well before the procedure started. I have never had a bad experience at Mayfield Castleridge and they lived up to and exceeded my expectations with this visit.
I had a bone density test at Mayfair Diagnostics. They were super friendly and efficient. I arrived early and they were able to accommodate me right away. Took only around 15 minutes for whole procedure without any inconvenience at all. Thank you!

I arrived 5 minutes before my required check in time expecting to sit in the waiting room for 15 minutes. This did not happen. I was taken back to a second to a second waiting area to fill out paperwork and had just finished that when I was taken in to receive my cortisone injection. The procedure was the most painless of the 4 injections I have received over the past 20 years. I was back in my car heading for home at the time my appointment was booked to start. Everyone there was courteous and professional.

I had an appointment at this location on November 24,2021. My appointment was at 11 am. One of the front desk staff checked in at 10.45 am. I was waiting there upto 11.45 am. My waiting time was too much. As I’m pregnant I felt so bad. Then I had a doubt and enquired with one of the staff that I’m waiting for 1 hour. Then the staff who checked me in came inside and told that they had no technician to do my shoulder scan. The staff informed sick leave in the morning. You have to reschedule it which is not fair. The staff should be informed me before coming or else while checking she have to check everything in my requisition form. She blindly checked me in. Then I asked for the different location at the same time. But she told that she can’t do that. She told that my next available appointment is on Dec 2. So I have to wait for 1 week again. Then she booked me at sun ridge location on Dec 2. She said that she will send a confirmation mail. But I didn’t get anything from her. Again I called to the appointment line and booked my appointment on November 26 at mahogany location. I really had a nice experience there. Worst experience at castle-ridge location and irresponsible staff.
Thumbs up to all the staffs of Mayfair Diagnostics, they are accommodating and friendly. The person assisted me for mammogram explained the risk before doing the scanning and she treated her patient with respect.
My experience was very good. I only had to wait about 5 minutes & the tech brought me into the imaging room. I got on the table & only had to wait about 5 min.for the Doctor to come in. Freezing took quickly & the respiration with Cortisone injection was over quickly.
Very friendly staff and very professional and the treatment was quick with no wait time, i will go back there for the next one even tough i had to drive from Medicine hat it was well worth it. Thanks Rene G,

First of all, lots of parking out front. The receptionist called me over right away. I was processed and sent to a second waiting room. I sat for less than 5 mins and went right in. Such a friendly and streamlined experience. The place was busy, but didn’t feel tense.
Just wow! They were so nice and so fast. From the receptionist to my amazing X-ray tech. I am very impressed. They don’t take appointments for X-rays so I was worried I would have to come back when I had more time (not on my way to work) however she said it wouldn’t take long and she was right. Thank you folks, you really take care of your patients
I have been going to Mayfair Diagnostics for pain therapy and they have been fantastic. I got my most recent referral a bit later than I would have liked, so I called to book and Mayfair got me in on the same day for treatment. Very knowledgeable and efficient staff, its is always a pleasant experience with them.
I found the clinic to be very welcoming. Not a lot of clients/patients in the office. They were very helpful and professional, as always.

Took my 91 yr old Father here today for a cortisone injection. I found the whole process was very well organized. The nurse that explained everything to us prior to the procedure was amazing and answered all our questions.
Very frustrated with this clinic. I have called three separate times today to arrange an appointment and waited on hold over 10 mins each time. Nobody picks up! How does anyone manage to get an appointment scheduled here?
Horrible horrible experience with x-ray technician today. Technician treated my 22 months old Unprofessionally, the technician didn't have any patience, was very rude to me and my little one. He did hold my childs leg with too much pressure causing him lots of pain and didn't even let me soothe him. My child was crying in too much pain and he was still holding him with too much pressure putting on my little ones leg. When he was done with x-ray he made a comment to me in angry way, " don't bring your son here, he is too strong to handle. " He himself doesn't know how to be patient with children but instead he was angry on me and my child. Never recommend this place for x-ray. Very disappointed.
The receptionist at the front desk Ashley was extremely rude and created a very hostile environment. My aunt went in for an appointment and was treated very poorly. In an environment where most patients are anxious due to health-related concerns, all workers at the facility should be more than welcoming and reassure the patients. I hope something is done about this because her behaviour was unacceptable and I hope nobody has to go through this again.
No waits, frontdesk staff great! Technician Alison was very empathetic and supportive made me feel comfortable and guided well during my ultrasound. Very clean place and they have good preventive measures for COVID-19
My husband had an appointment booked for quite a while for an injection which he confirmed three times. When we arrived, they said the appointment was missed as they said they booked it the previous day even though they confirmed. We were told that it was a special pain injection day and we would have to rebook. After explaining to Misty (who by the way is ALWAYS outstanding at her job) that it is not feasible to take another day off, she managed to squeeze my husband in immediately. Mayfair is the only diagnostic place that seems to accept accountability when they make an error. Because of the compassion from Misty and the very accommodating Dr. Patel, my husband was seen, treated and kindly sent home. Mayfair IS the standard for exceptional care and we are very grateful to them for everything they do. The whole company is about kind, efficient service and we will only come to Mayfair. We both need diagnostics regularly so I just want say thank you and continue with your excellence. 5 stars.
Fast, friendly and efficient but they ask way too many questions on the phone to book an appointment. That is the call center - not specific to this location. The thing is, I know they are going to ask me all the same questions when I get there so what is the point?
I would totally recommend this place and it open on Sunday as well! The medical team is really good, modern devices and fast testing time. Totally worth visiting place other side of the city.
Management: Please try to keep reception team more organised and focused on patients with an enthusiasm, as I didn't find much of these elements yesterday.
Had to get an Urgent x-ray and ultrasound. Walked in and they had 2 ultrasound appointments that were canceled. I was able to get both done right away! (I know I was extremely fortunate the time was available exactly when I needed it.)
Third visit to "The Land of Happy Diagnostics"! I would drive the extra for this centre every time! Most medical centres nowadays are extremely depressing places to walk into as staff are moody due to having to work under terrible conditions (I blame the higher ups for this - i.e, owners and doctors). When staff are stressed, the patients feel this and it makes a tense situation of being ill and prodded much worse. Clearly Mayfair at Castleridge "gets it" - treat your staff with respect and thereby happy staff equals happy clients-patients. Thanks for this as anxiety is reduced. Bobbi at the front desk was right on track and offered to make a copy of my requisition as I had multiple tests listed and was only having one conpleted that day (which we booked on the fly last minute and were accomodated - for the one test as giving us last minute access to all my tests would have unfairly made those with appointments wait longer than was fair for them). The technician was soft spoken and gentle. Having an anxious personality, I am not often this comfortable in this type of situation so hats off to the young man who helped me feel so calm - appt was 9: 00 a.m. On Jan 21st. I'm not sure what the tech's name was but I'm guessing it can be figured out by date and time? (It was a neck ultrasound). I will be returning to this clinic so all "awful" experiences of being a patient can mitigated, as best as possible, by a group of lovely health care workers that can remember why they went into this profession in the first place. Thank you for helping build up my faith in the system.
I made an appointment here to get an ultrasound on a Sunday (pleasantly surprised they were even open!) Staff were very friendly and I was in and out with maybe a 3 minute wait to get in! The imaging tech was really sweet and respectful. I totally reccomend this location
Shane is an awesome tech. Appt on a Sunday and I got there early with a full bladder. Shane took me in early and I was done before my appointment time! Front desk lady was great and nice too
I had an appointment at 10.55 today with tech Mastafa for an ultrasound. He was unprofessional and rude. He did not explained me anything about what he is going to do. When ultrasound was done he cleaned his ultrasound stick with the paper towel which was on my stomach and left the room. The paper towel was all covered with the gel that he used. I was never offered for more paper towel to clean myself. I had to put my clothes with the gel on me and had to go to the washroom to clean myself. The only one star i am giving is for front staff and my appointment was on time. I will never come back to this location again for sure.
